Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present application. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
Example one
Referring to fig. 1, a flowchart illustrating steps of a test result determining method provided in an embodiment of the present application is shown, and as shown in fig. 1, the test result determining method may include the following steps:
step 101: after an initial test result of a test item is obtained, whether the initial test result meets a redo condition corresponding to the test item is determined.
The method and the device for testing the rework of the test project can be applied to a scene of automatically triggering the rework of the test project when the test result of the test project meets the rework condition.
The embodiment of the application can be applied to in-vitro diagnostic equipment, in particular to a chemiluminescence analyzer.
The initial test result refers to a test result obtained after the test item is tested.
The redo condition is a condition that is set in advance and used for judging whether the test result of the test item meets the condition of resetting the redo item matched with the test item.
After the initial test result of the test item is obtained, the redo condition corresponding to the test item can be obtained, and whether the initial test result meets the redo condition of the test item is judged.
And if the initial test result does not meet the redo condition of the test item, the initial test result is in accordance with the expectation, and the initial test result is taken as the final test result of the test item.
If the initial test result meets the redo condition of the test item, the initial test result is abnormal, which may be the result of the abnormal test due to the impurities in the test sample, and the redo test item matched with the test item needs to be generated.
In this embodiment, the redo condition may be a set threshold or a threshold range, and the process of determining whether the initial test result satisfies the redo condition corresponding to the test item may be described in detail with reference to the following specific implementation manner.
In a specific implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, the step 101 may include:
substep S1: and under the condition that the initial test result is determined not to be in the threshold range corresponding to the test item, determining that the initial test result meets the redo condition.
In this embodiment, the threshold range refers to a range preset by a service person and used for determining whether a test result corresponding to a test item meets rework, and a specific numerical value of the threshold range may be determined according to a service requirement, which is not limited in this embodiment.
When the rework condition is a threshold range, different threshold ranges can be preset for different test items, for example, the test items include a test item a, a test item B, and a test item C, where the threshold range corresponding to the test item a is 1-5, the threshold range corresponding to the test item B is 2-7, and the threshold range corresponding to the test item C is 2-5. The threshold range is a threshold interval, and when the test result of the test item is not within the threshold interval, the test result meets the rework condition of the test item.
It should be understood that the above examples are only examples for better understanding of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present application, and are not intended to limit the embodiments of the present application.
After the initial test result corresponding to the test item is obtained, whether the initial test result is within the threshold range corresponding to the test item can be judged.
And if the initial test result is within the threshold range, the initial test result does not meet the redo condition. If the initial test result is not in the threshold range, the initial test result meets the redo condition.
Substep S2: and under the condition that the initial test result is determined to be larger than the maximum value corresponding to the test item, determining that the initial test result meets the redo condition.
Sub-step S3: and under the condition that the initial test result is smaller than the minimum value corresponding to the test item, determining that the initial test result meets the redo condition.
When the redo condition is the set threshold, different set thresholds may be preset for different test items, where the set threshold is a threshold of the test result corresponding to the test item, and the set threshold may be a minimum value, for example, when the set threshold is a minimum value, if the test result of the test item is smaller than the minimum value, it indicates that the test result satisfies the redo condition corresponding to the test item.
The set threshold may also be a maximum value, for example, when the set threshold is a maximum value, if the test result of the test item is greater than the maximum value, it indicates that the test result satisfies the rework condition corresponding to the test item.
And executing step 102 when the initial test result is determined to meet the redo condition corresponding to the test item.
Step 102: and under the condition that the initial test result meets the redo condition, generating a redo test item matched with the test item according to the test sample corresponding to the test item.
The redo test item refers to an item that is added with a test sample corresponding to the test item for subsequent retesting.
Under the condition that the initial test result meets the redo condition corresponding to the test item, a redo test item peeled off from the skin of the test item can be generated according to the test sample corresponding to the test item, specifically, the test sample corresponding to the test item can be obtained, the test sample is added into the sample test tube, the sample test tube is added to the sample test area through the sample carrier, the work list corresponding to the test sample is generated in the work list, and the redo test item matched with the test item is generated.
It can be understood that, in this embodiment, the redo test item may be a plurality of test items, at this time, the test sample may be diluted (or not diluted), and the test sample is added into a plurality of sample tubes, the plurality of sample tubes are added to the sample test area by the sample carrier, and a plurality of work orders corresponding to the test sample are generated in the work order list, so that a plurality of redo test items corresponding to the test sample and corresponding to the test items may be obtained.
The specific test times of the redo test item may be determined according to business requirements, and this is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
Of course, in this embodiment, the redo test item may also be an item of another test item associated with the test item, and specifically, the detailed description may be described in conjunction with the following specific implementation manner.
In another specific implementation manner of the present application, the step 102 may include:
sub-step M1: and acquiring a target test item associated with the test item.
In the present embodiment, the target test item refers to a test item generated using the same test sample as the test item, for example, test item a and test item B are both test items generated using a blood sample of a certain user, and in this case, test item a and test item B may be regarded as associated test items.
It should be understood that the above examples are only examples for better understanding of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present application, and are not to be taken as the only limitation to the embodiments.
When the initial test result of the test item satisfies the redo condition, a target test item associated with the test item may be obtained.
After the target test item is acquired, sub-step M2 is performed.
Sub-step M2: and generating a redo test item corresponding to the target test item according to the test sample.
After the target test item is obtained, a redo test item corresponding to the target test item may be generated according to the test sample, for example, the test sample is diluted according to the dilution multiple corresponding to the target test item, so as to obtain the redo test item corresponding to the target test item, and the like.
In this embodiment, after the redo test items matched with the test items are generated, the worksheets of the redo test items may be added according to the incomplete worksheets in the worksheet list, and specifically, the detailed description may be made in conjunction with the following specific implementation manner.
In a specific implementation manner of the present application, after the step 102, the method may further include:
step A1: and generating a test work sheet corresponding to the redo test project.
In this embodiment, the test worksheet refers to a worksheet generated by the system for redoing the test project.
After the redo test items are generated, a test worksheet corresponding to the redo test items may be generated.
After the test worksheet corresponding to the redo test project is generated, step A2 is performed.
Step A2: and adding the test worksheet to the next worksheet position after the position of the last unfinished worksheet in the worksheet list.
After the test worksheet corresponding to the redo test item is generated, the test worksheet may be added to a next worksheet position after the position of the last unfinished worksheet in the worksheet list, as shown in fig. 3, there are 5 worksheet positions in the worksheet list, and each worksheet position may be added with an unprocessed worksheet, at this time, the first three positions in the worksheet list are all positions occupied by the unfinished worksheets, and as shown in fig. 3, there are two idle positions, namely an idle position 1 and an idle position 2, and after the test worksheet is obtained, the test worksheet may be added to the idle position 1 in the worksheet list.
It should be understood that the above examples are only examples for better understanding of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present application, and are not to be taken as the only limitation to the embodiments.
After the redo test item matching the test item is generated according to the test sample corresponding to the test item, step 103 is executed.
Step 103: and executing the redo test item, and determining a target test result corresponding to the redo test item.
The target test result refers to a test result obtained after the redo test target is tested.
In this example, when the redo test items are multiple items, the to-be-detected samples of the multiple items may be tested to obtain multiple test results, and then an average value of the multiple test results may be obtained, and the average value is used as the target test result, and the like.
According to the embodiment of the application, the samples of the abnormal results can be automatically processed, the judgment of the abnormal results and the confirmation of the retesting items are not required to be carried out by professionals, and the burden of the professionals is reduced.
According to the method for determining the test result, after the initial test result of the test item is obtained, whether the initial test result meets the redo condition corresponding to the test item is determined, under the condition that the initial test result meets the redo condition, the redo test item matched with the test item is generated according to the test sample corresponding to the test item, the redo test item is executed, and the target test result corresponding to the redo test item is determined. According to the method and the device, the redo conditions of the test items are preset, after the test results of the test items are obtained, whether the test results meet the redo conditions or not is judged, the accuracy of the test results is judged, professionals are not needed to judge the accuracy of the test results, the redo items of the samples with abnormal test results can be automatically added when the test results are not accurate, the professionals are not needed to confirm the redo items of the samples, therefore, the consumption of human resources can be reduced, and the labor cost is saved.
Example two
Referring to fig. 2, a flowchart of steps of another test result determining method provided in the embodiment of the present application is shown, and as shown in fig. 2, the test result determining method may specifically include the following steps:
step 201: after the initial test result of the test item is obtained, whether the initial test result meets the redo condition corresponding to the test item is determined.
In this embodiment, the redo condition may be a set threshold or a threshold range.
When the redo condition is the set threshold, different set thresholds may be preset for different test items, where the set threshold is a threshold of the test result corresponding to the test item, and the set threshold may be a minimum value. The set threshold may also be a maximum value, for example, when the set threshold is a maximum value, if the test result of the test item is greater than the maximum value, it indicates that the test result satisfies the rework condition corresponding to the test item.
It should be understood that the above examples are only examples for better understanding of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present application, and are not to be taken as the only limitation of the embodiments of the present application.
If the initial test result meets the rework condition of the test item, it indicates that the initial test result is abnormal, which may be the result of the test result abnormal due to impurities in the test sample, and at this time, step 202 may be executed.
Step 202: and under the condition that the initial test result meets the redo condition, diluting the test sample according to a preset dilution multiple corresponding to the test item to generate the redo test item.
The dilution factor refers to a factor set in advance for diluting a test sample of a test item. In this embodiment, the dilution factor corresponding to different test items may be the same or different, and each test item may correspond to one dilution factor or multiple dilution factors, and specifically, may be determined according to a business requirement, which is not limited in this embodiment.
In some examples, the dilution factor may be a predetermined dilution factor of the test sample set by a factory manufacturer of the diagnostic device, for example, when the manufacturer manufactures the diagnostic device, the dilution factor corresponding to each test item may be specified, and the like.
In some examples, the dilution factor may be a factor of diluting the test sample for each test item set by the practitioner, for example, the dilution factor corresponding to each test item may be preset by the practitioner before the sample test is required, and so on.
The redo test item refers to an item that is added with a test sample corresponding to the test item for subsequent retesting.
And under the condition that the initial test result is determined not to be in the threshold range corresponding to the test item, diluting the test sample according to the dilution multiple corresponding to the preset test item to generate a redo test item.
In some examples, when the dilution factor is one dilution factor, the test sample may be diluted according to the dilution factor, and then the diluted test sample is placed into a plurality of sample tubes, and then the plurality of sample tubes are added to the sample test area, so as to generate a rework test item, and the like.
In some examples, when the dilution factor is multiple dilution factors, the test sample may be diluted according to the multiple dilution factors, and then the diluted test sample corresponding to each dilution factor is added to multiple sample tubes, and then the multiple sample tubes are added to the sample test area, i.e., a redo test item and the like may be generated.
It should be understood that the above examples are only examples for better understanding of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present application, and are not to be taken as the only limitation to the embodiments.
After the test sample is diluted according to the preset dilution factor corresponding to the test item to generate the redo test item, step 203 is executed.
Step 203: and executing the redo test items for the set times to obtain a plurality of test results corresponding to the redo test items.
The set number refers to the number of times for executing the redo test item, which is preset by the service personnel, in this example, the set number may be 3 times, 5 times, 8 times, and the like, specifically, the specific value of the set number may be determined according to the service requirement, and this embodiment is not limited thereto.
After the redo test items are generated, the redo test items of the set number of times may be executed to obtain a plurality of test results corresponding to the redo test items, specifically, a test reagent may be added to the sample tubes of the plurality of test samples to perform a test, and then a plurality of test results corresponding to the redo test items may be obtained.
In this embodiment, if the redo test item is a test item generated after the test sample of the test item is diluted by using one dilution factor, the test results corresponding to the redo test item are the test results corresponding to the dilution factor. And if the redo test item is the test item generated after dilution processing is performed on the test sample of the test item by adopting the multiple dilution multiples, the multiple test results corresponding to the redo test item are the test results formed by the multiple test results of each dilution multiple.
After the redo test items are executed the set number of times to obtain a plurality of test results corresponding to the redo test items, step 204 is executed.
Step 204: and determining the target test result according to the plurality of test results.
The target test result refers to a test result obtained after the redo test item is executed.
After obtaining the plurality of test results, the target test result may be determined from the plurality of test results, and specifically, an average value of the plurality of test results may be calculated and taken as the target test result.
In a preferred embodiment, after obtaining a plurality of test results corresponding to the redo test item, a test result that does not meet expectations among the plurality of test results may be eliminated, and a target test result may be calculated by combining the remaining test results, which may be described in detail with reference to the following specific implementation.
In a specific implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, the step 204 may include:
substep B1: and acquiring at least one test result in the plurality of test results within a preset range.
In this embodiment, the preset range refers to a result range preset by a service worker for determining whether the test result meets an expectation. In this example, different preset ranges may be preset for different test items, or the same preset range may also be set, and specifically, the preset ranges may be determined according to business requirements, which is not limited in this embodiment.
The at least one test result refers to a test result screened from the multiple test results and within a preset range, for example, the multiple test results include a result a, a result b, a result c, and a result d, where the test result within the preset range includes the result a and the result c, at this time, the result a and the result c may be used as at least one test result screened from the multiple test results, and the result b and the result d that are not within the preset range may be output as reference information or prompt information, so that a user may determine whether a target test result is normal or whether an instrument has a fault.
It should be understood that the above examples are only examples for better understanding of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present application, and are not to be taken as the only limitation to the embodiments.
After at least one test result within the preset range among the plurality of test results is obtained, sub-step B2 is performed.
Substep B2: and acquiring an average value of the at least one test result, and taking the average value as the target test result.
After obtaining the at least one test result, an average value of the at least one test result may be calculated, and the average value may be used as a target test result, in this example, when the at least one test result is 1 test result, the test result may be directly used as the target test result; and when at least one test result is 2 or more than 2 test results, an average value of the test results may be calculated and the average value may be taken as a target test result.
In a preferred embodiment, target test results may be obtained in combination with a number of pairs of dilution factors. The specific manner is described in detail as follows.
When the redo test item is a test item obtained by diluting the test sample by using one dilution multiple, a plurality of test results corresponding to the redo test item can be obtained, the screening operation of the plurality of test results is performed, and after at least one test result is obtained, the average value of the at least one test result can be used as a target test result. And other screening results can be output as reference information or prompt information so that a user can judge whether the target test result is normal or whether the instrument has a fault.
When the redo test item is a test item obtained by diluting the test sample by using a plurality of dilution factors, a plurality of test results of the test sample corresponding to each dilution factor can be obtained. In a preferred embodiment, screening of multiple test results may be performed for each dilution factor. After at least one test result corresponding to each dilution multiple is obtained, the average value of the test result corresponding to each dilution multiple is calculated, then the average values of a plurality of dilution multiples are combined, the secondary average value is calculated, and the average value obtained by the secondary calculation is used as the target test result.
It should be understood that the above two cases are only examples for better understanding of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present application, and are not to be taken as the only limitation to the embodiments.
After obtaining the average value of at least one test result and taking the average value as the target test result, step 205 is performed.
Step 205: determining whether the target test result satisfies the redo condition.
After the target test result is obtained, whether the target test result meets the redo condition corresponding to the test item can be judged.
If the target test result does not satisfy the redo condition of the test item, it indicates that the test result obtained after executing the redo test item is already in accordance with the expectation, and the target test result may be used as the final test result of the test item.
If the target test result satisfies the redo condition of the test item, go to step 206.
Step 206: and generating and sending retest prompt information corresponding to the redo test item under the condition that the target test result meets the redo condition.
In this embodiment, the retest prompt message is a message for prompting the user that the test result of the redo test item is abnormal.
In some examples, the retest prompt message may be a text prompt message, for example, when the target test result is abnormal, a text message of "test result of test item xxx is abnormal" may be generated to prompt the user, and the like.
In some examples, the retest prompt may be an audio prompt, for example, when the target test result is abnormal, a red indicator light may be blinked on the test page to prompt the user that the test result of the test item is abnormal, and the like.
It should be understood that the above examples are only examples for better understanding of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present application, and are not intended to limit the present embodiment.
And under the condition that the target test result meets the redo condition of the test item, generating redo prompt information corresponding to the redo test item, outputting the redo prompt information corresponding to the redo test item to prompt the user that the test result of the test item is abnormal, and further adding the redo item manually by the user or automatically adding the redo item by the system and carrying out a test flow again.
According to the embodiment of the application, the redo condition of the test item is preset, after the test result of the test item is obtained, whether the redo condition is met by judging the test result is judged, the accuracy of the test result is judged, professionals are not needed to judge the accuracy of the test result, the redo item of the sample with the abnormal test result can be automatically added when the test result is inaccurate, the professionals are not needed to confirm the sample redo item, therefore, the consumption of manpower resources can be reduced, and the manpower cost is saved.
