Abstract
The invention relates to an information management method, a scanning registration method and a device for animal image experimental objects, wherein the management method comprises the following steps: acquiring animal experimental object information uploaded by a user and experimental project parameters corresponding to the animal experimental object; determining scanning parameters according to the animal experimental object information and the experimental project parameters; and establishing and storing an experimental data model according to the corresponding relation among the animal experimental object information, the experimental project parameters and the scanning parameters. One embodiment of the present invention provides a registration device for an experimental subject of an imaging device, which includes a processor and a memory, where the memory stores a computer program, and when the computer program is executed by the processor, the method for scanning and registering an animal image as described above is implemented.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when executed by a processor, implements the method for managing information of an animal image experimental subject as described above, or the method for scanning and registering an animal image as described above.
One embodiment of the invention provides an information management and scanning registration system for animal image experimental objects, which comprises an experimental object management platform and an image equipment system, wherein:
the subject management platform comprises the management device of the imaging device subject and the registration device of the imaging device subject, and is used for realizing the information management method of the animal image subject or the scanning registration method of the animal image.
The equipment management system comprises a plurality of image equipment and an experimental object management platform, wherein the image equipment is in communication connection with the experimental object management platform, a user uploads animal experimental object information and experimental item parameters corresponding to animal experimental objects to the experimental object management platform through the image equipment so as to establish an experimental data model, the image equipment is also used for displaying the experimental data model uploaded by the experimental object management platform, and the user selects the experimental item parameters through the image equipment; in addition, after the imaging device experimental subject management platform determines the default scanning protocol through the animal image scanning registration method, the imaging device is further used for displaying the default scanning protocol uploaded by the experimental subject management platform.
In an embodiment of the present invention, a unit where the preclinical equipment management system is located is equipped with a relevant subject management platform, the subject management platform is generally disposed in a cloud platform server, and the subject management platform registers relevant information of all imaging devices in the equipment management system, including: relevant experimental projects and experimental groups administered by the experimental projects; according to experimental projects and experimental targets of experimental groups, formulating one or more groups of default image scanning protocols corresponding to experimental schemes and schemes, and default drugs and drug dosages corresponding to protocols; the obtained subjects were registered according to the experimental plan: the experimental subject belongs to a specific experimental group, and the number, the type, the birthday, the weight, the length, the illness condition and other information of the experimental subject need to be registered; when the weight, the length, the sick condition and the like of the experimental object change, relevant information is updated in the experimental object management server, and all changes are automatically recorded in a log mode.
In a specific embodiment of the present invention, a plurality of image devices in the preclinical device management system are connected to the subject management platform, and information (i.e., parameters of the experiment items) of the experiment items, the experiment groups, the experiment subjects, and the like, which are registered in advance, can be directly obtained from the subject management platform, and corresponding display is performed according to the authority of the experimenter; before an experiment starts, an experimenter selects experiment project parameters corresponding to a current experiment in an image device before clinic, and an experimental object management platform determines and feeds back a default scanning protocol according to the selected experiment project parameters and a stored experiment data model; in addition, the laboratory technician can modify the scanning parameters (protocol parameters, actually used medicines, medicine dosage and other data) in the default scanning protocol according to the actual situation and the self authority situation; preparing an animal experimental object by an experimenter according to the animal experimental object information in the default scanning protocol, and scanning images according to the default scanning protocol or the modified default scanning protocol; the data of the drugs, the drug dosage, the injection time and the like used in the actual experimental process are used as part of experimental subject result data and are automatically uploaded and stored to an experimental subject management platform (namely a cloud platform server); meanwhile, when the experimenter finishes the experiment, the experimenter can record an experiment remark and upload the remark to the experimental object management platform.
The invention discloses an information management method, a scanning registration method and a device of an animal image experimental object, wherein in the information management method of the animal image experimental object, firstly, corresponding scanning parameters are determined through animal experimental object information and experimental project parameters uploaded by a user so as to determine the scanning parameters under different conditions; furthermore, an experimental data model is established and stored, so that the corresponding relation among the animal experimental object information, the experimental project parameters and the scanning parameters is fed back, a subsequent user can conveniently and quickly find out a corresponding recommended default scanning protocol directly through the experimental data model under different experimental conditions, and the effective data information input and management of the imaging equipment experimental object are ensured. In addition, in the animal image scanning registration method provided by the invention, the experimental data model is displayed at first, so that a user can conveniently make further selection based on the displayed experimental data model; furthermore, the experimental project parameters selected by the user are obtained, the default scanning protocol is recommended to the imaging equipment system for displaying through the corresponding relation of the experimental project parameters in the experimental data model, the user can conveniently scan according to the recommended default scanning protocol, the user is prevented from carrying out complex adjustment on the scanning parameters, the workload of the user is reduced, meanwhile, the possibility of misoperation of the user is greatly reduced, the scanning efficiency and accuracy are guaranteed, and the purpose of efficiently carrying out preclinical imaging equipment inspection registration workflow management is achieved.
According to the technical scheme, an effective experimental data model is established through an information management method of the animal image experimental object, so that a large amount of redundant information registration work of preclinical image equipment during examination registration is avoided, and the preclinical image examination efficiency can be effectively improved. In the scanning registration method of the animal images, an experimental data model is applied based on user requirements, a default scanning protocol is recommended, the workload of operators is reduced, and the scenes that the information entry of the operators is possible to make mistakes are reduced.
The above description is only for the preferred embodiment of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any changes or substitutions that can be easily conceived by those skilled in the art within the technical scope of the present invention are included in the scope of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. An information management method for an animal image experimental object is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring animal experimental object information uploaded by a user and experimental project parameters corresponding to the animal experimental object;
determining scanning parameters according to the animal experimental object information and the experimental project parameters;
and establishing and storing an experimental data model according to the corresponding relation among the animal experimental object information, the experimental project parameters and the scanning parameters.
2. The method for managing information on an animal image subject according to claim 1, further comprising:
and acquiring the updated animal experiment object information of the user, and updating the experiment data model according to the updated animal experiment object information.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the animal subject information includes at least one of a number, a type, an age, a birth date, a weight, a length, and a health status of the animal subject;
the experimental project parameters comprise at least one of experimental project names, experimental project targets, experimental groups administered by the experimental projects, experimenters administered by the experimental projects and experimental authorities;
the scanning parameters comprise at least one of scanning protocol, medicine type, medicine dosage and animal experiment object positioning.
4. An information management device for an animal image subject, comprising:
the first acquisition unit is used for acquiring animal experimental object information uploaded by a user and experimental project parameters corresponding to the animal experimental object;
the first processing unit is used for determining scanning parameters according to the animal experimental object information and the experimental project parameters;
and the modeling unit is used for establishing and storing an experimental data model according to the corresponding relation among the animal experimental object information, the experimental project parameters and the scanning parameters.
5. A method for scanning and registering animal images is characterized by comprising the following steps:
displaying an experimental data model, wherein the experimental data model is determined using the information management method of the animal image experimental subject according to any one of claims 1 to 3;
acquiring experiment project parameters selected by a user according to the experiment data model;
determining a default scanning protocol according to the selected experimental project parameters and the experimental data model;
and carrying out experimental scanning according to the default scanning protocol.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein said determining a default scan protocol based on said selected experimental project parameters and said experimental data model comprises:
according to the selected experimental project parameters, determining animal experimental object information and scanning parameters corresponding to the selected experimental project parameters through the corresponding relation in the experimental data model;
and determining the default scanning protocol according to the animal experimental object information and the scanning parameters.
7. The method of claim 5, wherein the default scan protocol is displayed after the default scan protocol is determined.
8. The method for scanning and registering animal images as claimed in claim 6, further comprising:
obtaining the adjusted animal experimental object information and the adjusted scanning parameters;
and updating the default scanning protocol according to the adjusted animal experimental object information and the adjusted scanning parameters.
9. The method for scanning and registering animal images according to any one of claims 5 to 8, further comprising:
judging whether the user has a user-defined requirement, if so, judging whether the user authority of the user meets the user-defined condition;
if the user-defined user conditions are met, acquiring user-defined experimental project parameters, user-defined animal experimental object information and user-defined scanning parameters, and determining a user-defined scanning scheme;
and if the user-defined user condition is not met, reminding the user to select the experiment project parameters according to the experiment data model.
10. An apparatus for scanning and registering animal images, comprising:
an uploading unit for displaying an experimental data model, wherein the experimental data model is determined by using the information management method of the animal image experimental object according to any one of claims 1-3;
the second acquisition unit is used for acquiring the experiment project parameters selected by the user according to the experiment data model;
the second processing unit is used for determining a default scanning protocol according to the selected experimental project parameters and the experimental data model; and also for performing experimental scans according to the default scan protocol.
