Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of oil exploitation, in particular to a composite fracturing fluid system slickwater.
Background
Fracturing is a main method for modifying a low-permeability oil layer, and can change the seepage of reservoir fluid, form a spatial reticular fracture in a stratum and increase the flow conductivity. The adopted fracturing fluid determines the fracturing effect to a great extent, and has certain requirements on the viscosity of the fracturing fluid, so that the fracturing fluid can become low-viscosity fluid after fracturing and is easy to flow back, and damage to an oil-gas layer in a stratum is avoided.
The drag reducer used in the slickwater is more in varieties of acrylamide polymers, wherein the guar gum and derivatives thereof are used most widely, but the problems of incomplete gum breaking, easy gum returning, high residue content of gum breaking liquid and the like generally exist, the blockage injury is easily formed, the permeability of a matrix and the flow conductivity of cracks are reduced, the fracturing transformation effect is influenced, and meanwhile, the friction resistance of a vegetable gum fracturing liquid pipeline is high, so that the wellhead pressure under the same discharge capacity is high, and more hydraulic loss and higher construction risks are caused.

As a further improvement of the invention, the biopolymer is made from Sphingomonas sp. (Sphingomonas) Metabolic production, metabolite acquisition process: selecting 1-ring slant strain, inoculating into 100ml seed culture medium, culturing at 25-30 deg.C for 16-18 hr, and culturing until the seed is matureInoculating the seed solution into 200ml of fermentation culture solution according to the inoculation amount of 10-15%, culturing at 25-30 ℃, fermenting for 72-75 hours, metabolizing to produce, and finally carrying out crude extraction on fermentation liquor by 95% alcohol to obtain the fermentation liquor.

The biological enzyme gel breaker decomposes specific glycosidic bonds in the polysaccharide polymer structure, can degrade the polymer into non-reducing monosaccharide and disaccharide, recovers activity after reaction and continues to participate in the reaction, and thoroughly decomposes the biological polymer in a short time. The biopolymer in the biopolymer slickwater system is prepared by microbial fermentation culture, and is further concentrated and purified to obtain an environment-friendly, temperature-resistant and salt-resistant product, so that the problems of incomplete gel breaking, easy gel returning, high friction resistance and the like of the conventional slickwater system are solved. The biopolymer slickwater has the advantages of no residue after gel breaking, low friction resistance, no residue in return liquid and the like.
The composite fracturing fluid system slickwater also has the following beneficial effects:
1. the biopolymer has good temperature resistance, salt tolerance and shear resistance at 90 ℃, good viscosity stability (0.5 percent of biopolymer, 45-90 ℃, 35.6 mPa.s) and strong salt resistance (0.5 percent of biopolymer, 3 percent of standard saline, 90 ℃, 34.6 mPa.s); the fracturing fluid system has good slickwater stability, strong salt resistance and good shearing performance;
2. aiming at the biopolymer, the biological enzyme gel breaker is adopted to decompose specific glycosidic bonds in the polysaccharide polymer structure, the gel is broken thoroughly, and the core damage rate is less than 10%;
3. the surfactant drainage assistant is added into the slickwater system, so that the slickwater system has good drainage capability, and the surface tension of the drainage fluid can reach below 18.0 mN/m.
