技术领域
本发明涉及塑胶地板技术领域,尤其涉及一种基于UV固化的塑胶复合膜、复合板及其制备工艺。
背景技术
现有技术中,塑胶复合板主要是通过在基板与功能膜(如PVC)之间是直接通过加热融合基板与膜材,粘结层通过加热固化或自然固化作用,以将功能膜与基板粘合于一体;现有技术中的塑胶复合板,其固化效率低,固化需要加热等步骤,不利于塑胶复合板的快速成型,成本高,且在固化过程中容易生成VOC,影响工人的健康。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种基于UV固化的塑胶复合膜的制备工艺,通过紫外固化的工艺,在透明薄膜和底膜之间设置UV图案层和UV预涂层,对透明薄膜和底膜进行复合,使透明薄膜与基板实现复合。
本发明的目的在于提出一种基于UV固化的塑胶复合板的制备工艺,将上述的塑胶复合膜的制备工艺制备成的塑胶复合板压合于基板上。
本发明还提出一种基于UV固化的塑胶复合板,其包括:基板、底膜、UV图案层、UV预涂层和透明薄膜。
为达此目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种基于UV固化的塑胶复合膜的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤(1):在底膜的表面通过数码打印机使用UV墨水打印UV图案层,并通过LED-UV灯对UV图案层固化;
步骤(2):将透明薄膜通过UV预涂层复合到所述UV图案层的表面,形成复合膜;
步骤(3):利用UV灯照射复合膜,以使UV预涂层固化。
优选地,所述步骤(2)中,透明薄膜的材质为PVC薄膜、PET薄膜、PP薄膜或PC薄膜。
优选地,所述步骤(3)中,UV灯照的照射端照射于带透明薄膜的所在面。

步骤(4):在基板上表面贴合底膜。

本发明的有益效果:
本塑胶复合板将UV预涂层和UV图案层依次置于透明薄膜的下方,通过紫外固化的工艺,在透明薄膜和底膜之间设置UV图案层和UV预涂层,对透明薄膜和底膜进行复合,使透明薄膜与基板实现复合,提高了塑胶复合板的装饰效果,使塑胶复合板更环保和低成本,解决了现有技术中在UV图案层与透明薄膜无法复合的问题。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
一种基于UV固化的塑胶复合膜的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤(1):在底膜的表面通过数码打印机使用UV墨水打印UV图案层,并通过LED-UV灯对UV图案层固化;
用户可将自行定制的图案输入于UV墨水数码机,由UV墨水数码机打印出用户定制的UV图案层;
步骤(2):将透明薄膜通过UV预涂层复合到所述UV图案层的表面,形成塑胶复合板;
UV预涂层用于将底膜与透明薄膜结合,当UV固化后,以PVC为原料的底膜与透明薄膜能有效地复合于一体,实现了跨材料复合的效果。
步骤(3):利用UV灯照射塑胶复合板,以使UV图案层和UV预涂层固化;
一种基于UV固化的塑胶复合板的制备工艺,包括上述步骤(1)-步骤(3),以及步骤(4);步骤(4):在基板上表面贴合底膜;
将底膜的材质为PVC,当其被加热时,其表面处于可加工的状态,容易贴合于基板的表面。
由于本方案使用的是透明薄膜,UV光线可穿过PVC膜,进入UV预涂层和UV图案层,为UV预涂层和UV图案层进行固化。
本塑胶复合板将UV预涂层和UV图案层依次置于透明薄膜的下方,通过紫外固化的工艺,对透明薄膜和底膜进行复合,使透明薄膜与基板实现复合,提高了塑胶复合板的装饰效果,使塑胶复合板更环保和低成本,解决了现有技术中在UV图案层与透明薄膜无法形成树脂层以使其复合的问题。
具体地,本方案使用的是UV固化的方式将基板与透明薄膜复合,以实现两板之间的连接;而其中,当UV灯照射透明薄膜时,紫外光可穿过透明薄膜,将UV墨水打印UV图案层充分固化,其成型过程环保,无有害分子排出,且膜与膜之间的成型效率高,成本低。
优选地,所述步骤(4)中的基板为PVC板、SPC板、PP板和PET板。
基板的选材可优选为PVC,当底膜贴合于基板时,两者相容性更好,PVC材质的底膜在基板上的附着力更好。同时,基板可由SPC、PP和PET代替,与透明薄膜结合时,通过与透明薄膜之间的UV涂层,提高跨材料的复合度。
优选地,所述步骤(2)中,UV预涂层中UV墨水的涂覆量为10-50g/m2。
UV墨水的涂覆量不能过多或过低;过多容易造成固化时间长,固化不完全的问题;过低容易造成基板与透明薄膜复合不稳定,固定力差的问题;而涂覆量为10-50g/m2时,基板与透明薄膜之间的结合稳定,两者不容易脱落。
优选地,所述步骤(3)中,UV灯照的照射端位于透明薄膜的正上方。
当UV灯照正对于透明薄膜的正上方时,照射范围最大,UV图案层和UV预涂层接收到的紫外光最多,固化效率最高。
优选地,所述步骤(2)中,将UV预涂层涂覆于UV图案层的表面,再将透明薄膜设置于UV预涂层的表面,以使基板和透明PVC复合,形成塑胶复合板。
优选地,所述步骤(2)中,将UV预涂层设置于透明薄膜的底面,再将透明薄膜通过UV预涂层设置于UV图案层的表面,形成塑胶复合板。

步骤(3):利用UV灯照射塑胶复合板,以使UV图案层和UV预涂层固化;
步骤(4):在基板上表面贴合PVC底膜;基板为PVC板。
实施例2:
一种基于UV固化的塑胶复合板的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤(1):在PVC底膜的表面通过数码打印机使用UV墨水打印UV图案层,并通过LED-UV灯对UV图案层固化;
步骤(2):将UV预涂层设置于透明薄膜的底面,再将透明薄膜通过UV预涂层设置于UV图案层的表面,形成塑胶复合板;UV预涂层中UV墨水的涂覆量为50g/m2;
步骤(3):利用UV灯照射塑胶复合板,以使UV图案层和UV预涂层固化。
步骤(4):在基板上表面贴合PVC底膜;基板为PET板。

7.使用权利要求4-6任意一项所述塑胶复合板的制备工艺制备的塑胶复合板,其特征在于,包括:基板、底膜、UV图案层、UV预涂层和透明薄膜;
所述底膜设置于所述基板的上表面;所述UV图案层设置于所述底膜的上表面;所述UV预涂层设置于所述UV图案层的上表面;所述透明薄膜为透明,其设置于所述UV预涂层的上表面。
8.根据权利要求7所述的塑胶复合板,其特征在于,所述基板为PVC板、SPC板、PP板、PET板、木板、夹板、密度板、刨花板、硅酸钙板或金属板。
