the power transmission coupling assembly is the outer sleeve 520 of the power take-off shaft 310;
one end of each of the two outer sleeves 520 is respectively communicated with two ends of the cylinder of the axle 100, the other end of each of the outer sleeves 520 is respectively connected with a dependent suspension (not shown) of an electric vehicle (not shown), and the other end of each of the power output shafts 310 respectively penetrates out of the other end of the outer sleeve 520 sleeved with the power output shaft for connecting and driving the wheel 10 mounted on the dependent suspension (not shown) of the electric vehicle (not shown).
The external sleeve is used as a power transmission connecting assembly, so that the main structural component of the integrated electric drive axle provided by the embodiment can be installed and connected on the driving wheel of the electric automobile provided with the non-independent suspension, and the structure is simple and convenient.
Further, as can be seen from fig. 2, in the present embodiment, the outer sleeve 520 is an integral component with the axle body 100, so that the structure of the integrated electric drive axle provided in the present embodiment will become more compact.

secondly, the integrated electric drive axle provided by the invention forms two independent differential power systems through two drive motors, two planetary gear reducers and two brakes, and realizes smooth steering of the vehicle under the state of avoiding a differential mechanism, so that the structure of the electric drive axle can become simpler and more compact and occupies smaller space, the height and volume requirements of an electric vehicle with a low floor and a height limit requirement on a chassis on a power distribution drive axle of the electric vehicle are better met, meanwhile, the installation and use requirements of the electric vehicle provided with independent and non-independent suspensions can be met, and the applicability is extremely strong;

the bridge body is a cylinder component, the cylindrical bridge body is horizontally arranged on a frame or an auxiliary frame of the electric automobile, and each driving motor, the planetary gear reducer and the brake are respectively arranged inside a cylinder of the bridge body; and is
The two driving motors are arranged side by side and are jointly located in the middle of a cylinder of the bridge body, the two planetary gear reducers are respectively arranged on two sides of the two driving motors and are respectively connected with one adjacent driving motor, a brake and one set of power transmission connecting assembly are sequentially arranged on the other side of each planetary gear reducer, a power output shaft of each planetary gear reducer respectively penetrates through the brake on one adjacent side of each planetary gear reducer and is connected with one end of the set of power transmission connecting assembly on the adjacent side of the brake, and the other end of each power transmission connecting assembly is respectively used for connecting and driving wheels mounted on a suspension of the electric automobile.
2. The integrated electric drive axle of claim 1, wherein:
the driving motor comprises a stator and a rotor, wherein the stator is installed on the inner wall of the cylinder body of the bridge body, and the rotor is connected with the planetary gear reducer.

the planetary gear reducer further comprises an inner gear ring, a sun gear, a planetary gear and a planet carrier, wherein:
the inner gear ring and the cylinder body part of the bridge body are combined into one, the inner teeth of the inner gear ring are distributed on the inner wall of the cylinder body of the bridge body as the inner gear ring part of the planetary gear reducer, the sun gear is connected with the rotor of the driving motor, the plurality of planetary gears are distributed between the inner gear ring and the sun gear, one side of the planet carrier is connected on each planetary gear, and the other side of the planet carrier is connected with the power output shaft of the planetary gear reducer.
4. The integrated electric drive axle of claim 1, wherein:
the brake includes a brake housing and a brake pad, wherein:
the brake shell and the cylinder part of the bridge body are combined into a whole, the brake disc is installed on the inner wall of the cylinder body of the bridge body as the brake shell part, and the brake disc is used for braking the power output shaft.
5. The integrated electric drive axle of claim 1, wherein:
the power transmission connecting assembly comprises a transmission shaft, a driving shaft and two universal joints, wherein:
one end of the transmission shaft is connected with a power output shaft of the planetary gear reducer through one universal joint, the other end of the transmission shaft is connected with one end of the driving shaft through the other universal joint, and the other end of the driving shaft is used for being connected with and driving wheels mounted on an independent suspension of the electric automobile.

7. The integrated electric drive axle of claim 6, wherein: the outer sleeve and the bridge body are an integral component.
8. The integrated electrical transaxle of claim 1 further comprising:
a support member;
the supporting members are respectively arranged on two sides of each driving motor and one side or two sides of each brake, the supporting members arranged on two sides of each driving motor are used for supporting and stabilizing a rotating shaft of the driving motor, and the supporting members arranged on one side or two sides of each brake are used for supporting and stabilizing the power output shaft passing through the brake.
