Abstract
The invention belongs to the field of air sterilization and deodorization, and particularly relates to an integrated sterilization and deodorization device and a control method thereof, wherein the device comprises a shell, an air sterilization module, an object surface sterilization module, an ozone concentration detector and a control system; the shell is provided with an air inlet, an air sterilizing and killing air outlet, an object surface sterilizing and killing air outlet, a control system, an ozone concentration detector probe and a control system display screen; an air sterilization module, an object surface sterilization module, an ozone concentration detector and a control system are arranged in the shell; the air sterilizing module comprises an air sterilizing fan, an air sterilizing ozone pipe, a grid and a purifying module; the object surface sterilizing module comprises an object surface sterilizing fan and an object surface sterilizing ozone pipe; the ozone concentration detector is used for detecting the ozone concentration of the air port and transmitting data to the control system; the control system controls the air sterilizing fan, the object surface sterilizing fan and the ozone concentration detector to be connected, and controls the air sterilizing fan and the object surface sterilizing fan to be started and operated for a certain time.

Technical Field
The invention relates to an integrated sterilization and deodorization device and a control method thereof.
Background
With the emergence of new crown epidemic situations, public health is increasingly concerned by people. Common public health concerns include air and its presence, such as the number of airborne colonies, its presence and the resulting odor problems. In the working environment of our daily life, it can be said that bacteria are ubiquitous, countless. The strike is simply not visible to the naked eye. According to statistics, 44050 bacteria exist in each cubic meter of air on the road, and only 24480 bacteria exist after greening. In order to solve the problems, a plurality of solutions are implemented, such as chemical agent spraying, wherein chemical agents, such as hydrogen peroxide and hypochlorous acid, are mainly used, but the chemical agents have strong oxidizability, and if the chemical agents are used for killing in a pure liquid spraying mode, secondary pollution is caused, and even the health of a human body is affected in a serious case. Ozone as a gas oxidant has extremely high spectrum sterilization and odor removal performance, and in addition, ozone has certain natural decomposability, so that the harm is small after the ozone is used. However, the decomposition rate of ozone is not sufficient for certain environments with high bacteria content.
In addition, air sterilization and object surface sterilization have different requirements on the concentration of ozone, and when the object surface sterilization is carried out, higher ozone concentration is required, so that higher requirements on the ozone removal time are provided.
The ozone synergistic catalyst can generate higher-activity oxygen free radicals, and the sterilization and removal with higher efficiency are widely verified. However, how to combine ozone and catalyst into a compact device suitable for air sterilization and odor removal and object surface sterilization is to be solved.
In order to solve the problems, an integrated sterilization and odor removal device is urgently needed.

In view of the above, it is necessary to develop an integrated sterilization and odor removal device and a control method thereof, which can achieve integrated air sterilization and odor removal and object surface sterilization. The invention is mainly implemented by the following technical scheme: an integrated sterilization and deodorization device comprises a shell, an air sterilization module, an object surface sterilization module, an ozone concentration detector and a control system. Wherein the shell is respectively provided with an air inlet, an air sterilizing and killing air outlet, an object surface sterilizing and killing air outlet, a control system, an ozone concentration detector probe and a control system display screen; an air sterilization module, an object surface sterilization module, an ozone concentration detector and a control system are arranged in the shell; the air sterilizing module comprises an air sterilizing fan, an air sterilizing ozone pipe, a grid and a purifying module; the object surface sterilizing module comprises an object surface sterilizing fan and an object surface sterilizing ozone pipe; the ozone concentration detector is used for detecting the concentration of ozone in the indoor environment and transmitting data to the control system; the control system is respectively connected with the air sterilizing fan, the object surface sterilizing fan and the ozone concentration detector; the control system controls the operation of the whole device, and controls the on-off and the operation time of air sterilization and object surface sterilization and sterilization according to the received indoor ozone concentration detected by the ozone detector. The ozone concentration detector is used for detecting the ozone concentration at the air outlet of the equipment and transmitting data to the control system; the control system is respectively connected with the air sterilizing fan, the object surface sterilizing fan and the ozone concentration detector, and is used for receiving an external instruction and detection data transmitted by the ozone generator and controlling the air sterilizing fan and the object surface sterilizing fan to be started and run for a certain time; the ozone concentration detector is used for detecting the concentration of ozone in indoor air and transmitting the concentration of ozone to the control system.
The control system controls the operation of the whole device, and the control method comprises the following steps:
(1) the control system controls the start and stop of the ozone pipe and the fan according to the received indoor ozone concentration detected by the ozone detector;
(2) when air sterilization is selected, the air sterilization fan and the air sterilization ozone pipe are opened, ozone is decomposed into oxygen radicals under the action of the purification module, air enters from the air inlet, bacteria and peculiar smell are removed under the action of the oxygen radicals through the purification module under the action of the air sterilization fan, and clean air is discharged through the air sterilization air outlet;
(3) when the object table is selected for sterilization, the object table sterilization fan and the object table sterilization ozone pipe are opened, the ozone pipe generates high-concentration ozone, the ozone enters the room from the object table sterilization air outlet, after the ozone concentration is detected to reach a required value, the PLC intermittently controls the object table sterilization ozone pipe to be started and stopped, the ozone concentration is maintained, the high-concentration ozone acts on the object table, and bacteria are sterilized;
(4) after the object table is disinfected and killed, the object table disinfecting and killing fan and the ozone pipe are closed, the air disinfecting and killing fan is started, and the indoor high-concentration ozone is forced to be decomposed through the purification module until the ozone concentration in the indoor air reaches a safety value.
Two ends of the air sterilizing and killing module are respectively connected with the air inlet and the air sterilizing and killing outlet as the optimal selection;
two ends of the object table disinfecting and killing module as the optimal selection are respectively connected with the air inlet and the object table air outlet;
the control system can be preferably an intelligent control system such as a PLC control system, an android control system and the like;
preferably, the purification module of the device is arranged on the grid;
the purification module of the device can be preferably selected from one or more of transition metal oxide honeycombs, molecular sieve catalyst honeycombs, alumina honeycombs and precious metal loaded ceramic honeycombs;
preferably, the lower part of the device is an air sterilizing part, and the upper part of the device is an object surface sterilizing part;
preferably, an ozone pipe is arranged below the purification module in the air sterilization module of the device;
