A crank center shaft pin mounting seat is arranged between the outer end wallboard and the inner end wallboard, the crank center shaft pin mounting seat comprises a crank center shaft pin outer mounting seat and a crank center shaft pin inner mounting seat, the crank center shaft pin outer mounting seat is fixed on the outer end wallboard, the crank center shaft pin inner mounting seat is fixed on the center end post, and a crank of the side door opening and closing device is arranged between the crank center shaft pin outer mounting seat and the crank center shaft pin inner mounting seat. The outer end wall plate is provided with holes for debugging and maintaining the side door opening and closing device, and the holes are respectively covered by an upper cover plate and a lower cover plate. According to the invention, the end wall of the carriage of the railway automatic dumping car is changed from a single-layer structure to a box structure, and the inclined bracing beams and the like are added at the root of the end wall, so that the strength and rigidity of the end wall are enhanced, and the problems that the strength and rigidity of the end wall of the carriage of the existing railway automatic dumping car are weaker, and cargoes at the root of the end wall are not easy to fall off sometimes are solved.
As shown in fig. 11, the side door opening and closing mechanism 5 includes a first link 5.1, a second link 5.2, and a crank 5.3, and the first link 5.1 and the second link 5.2 can be adjusted in length as needed. One end of the first connecting rod 5.1 is provided with a side door opening and closing upper shaft pin 5.11, and the other end of the first connecting rod 5.1 is provided with a first long guide groove 5.12; one end of the second connecting rod 5.2 is provided with a hinged end 5.21, and the other end of the second connecting rod 5.2 is provided with a second long guide groove 5.22; one end of the crank 5.3 is arranged in the first long guide groove 5.12 through a pin shaft and is movably connected with the first long guide groove, and the other end of the crank 5.3 is hinged with the hinged end 5.21 through a pin shaft; the middle part of the crank 5.3 is provided with a side door opening and closing center pin 5.31, and the middle part of the crank 5.3 is arranged in a crank center pin mounting seat 4.10 through the side door opening and closing center pin 5.31; the first connecting rod 5.1 is connected with the ear plate 3.7 of the side door 3 through a side door opening and closing upper shaft pin 5.11, and the second long guide groove 5.22 is movably connected with the side door opening and closing lower shaft pin 5.23 arranged on the outer side of an end beam formed by the underframe.
As shown in fig. 12, the diagonal brace 6 comprises a long inclined plate 6.1 and a rib plate 6.2, and the rib plate 6.2 is arranged on the inner inclined surface of the long inclined plate 6.1 and fixedly connected with the long inclined plate. After the inclined bracing beam structure is adopted, the included angles between the end wall and the side wall root in the carriage are all changed into obtuse angles which are larger than 120 degrees, so that the cargoes are easier to fall off when the car is dumped for unloading, and the cargoes are not easy to be accumulated. In this embodiment, the diagonal bracing beam is composed of a long sloping plate and a rib plate, and is respectively arranged at the root parts of the fixed end wall and the side wall. The long sloping plate of the diagonal bracing beam can be planar or arc-shaped, and can be in other shapes on the premise of realizing functions; the diagonal bracing beams can be fixed at the root parts of the end wall and the side wall through welding; the end wall and the side wall root are connected and fixed through the fastener, and can be removed when not needed and installed when needed. The structure of non-metal materials such as rubber, nylon and the like is adopted, so that the dead weight can be lightened, and vibration reduction and buffering operations are realized. The surface of the long sloping plate is coated with the wear-resistant polymer material, so that the surface friction coefficient can be reduced, and the goods are easier to fall off during unloading. The heating device is arranged in the diagonal bracing beam, and is suitable for being applied to cold regions. And a vibrating device is arranged in the diagonal bracing beam, so that the falling off and flowing of viscous goods in the carriage are enhanced.
The invention also provides a railway automatic dumping car which comprises a chassis assembly 7, a side turning cylinder 8 and the carriage assembly, wherein as shown in fig. 13 and 14, one side of the chassis assembly 7 is abutted with the carriage assembly, and the other side of the chassis assembly 7 is hinged with the carriage assembly through a rotating shaft; the side-turning cylinder 8 is arranged on one side of the underframe component 7, which is abutted against the carriage component, and is used for driving the carriage component to ascend, turn over or descend for resetting.
According to the tipping unloading operation requirement, the automatic tipping vehicle is divided into a discharging side and a jacking side, wherein a carriage at the discharging side is provided with a side door which can be opened and closed, and the side door is hinged with a carriage underframe through a side door shaft pin. The side wall is fixed on the carriage at the jacking side, and the tipping cylinder for tipping the jacking carriage is arranged at the bottom of the carriage. In the process of tipping unloading operation, the carriage rotates around the rotating shaft, the gravity centers of the carriage and cargoes in the carriage gradually deviate to the unloading side, and when the gravity center deviation distance is overlarge, the self-tipping car tipping accident is easy to cause. In order to avoid the occurrence of overturning accidents, a counterweight is added in advance on the jacking side of the carriage, the gravity center of the carriage is deflected to the jacking side in advance, the deflection of the gravity centers of the carriage and cargoes in the carriage to the unloading side can be reduced in the process of tipping unloading operation, and the tipping safety is improved.
The bottom frame assembly of the railway automatic dumping car is connected with the carriage assembly in a way that a rotating shaft is adopted to be hinged at the bottom of the carriage assembly at the unloading side, an upper supporting table of the carriage assembly is pressed on a lower supporting table of the bottom frame at the jacking side, and the bottom frame assembly supports the weight of the carriage assembly and particulate cargos in the carriage assembly and simultaneously limits the longitudinal movement and the transverse movement of the carriage assembly. Meanwhile, an upper pin shaft of the tipping cylinder is connected with a carriage underframe, a lower pin shaft of the tipping cylinder is connected with the underframe, an external thrust jacking carriage of the tipping cylinder rotates around a carriage rotating shaft, and an outward pushing stroke controls the tipping angle of the carriage; the upper side door opening and closing shaft pin, the middle side door opening and closing shaft pin and the lower side door opening and closing shaft pin of the side door opening and closing device are respectively arranged on the end wall and the bottom frame assembly formed by the side door and the carriage and are connected with the side door, the end wall and the bottom frame assembly, so that the function of controlling the opening and closing angle of the side door according to the tipping angle of the carriage is realized.

the side door (3) comprises a side door plate (3.1), a side door upper side beam is arranged above the side door plate (3.1), a side door lower side beam (3.2) is arranged above the side door plate (3.1), a side door middle side beam (3.3) is arranged in the middle of the side door plate (3.1), a plurality of side door side columns (3.4) which are vertically arranged in the middle of the side door middle side beam (3.3) are arranged, and a plurality of side door hanging plates (3.5) are further arranged on the side door plate (3.1); the side door plate (3.1) is covered with a side door abrasion plate (3.6);
the end face of the side door (3) is provided with an ear plate (3.7), the inner side of the side door (3) is provided with a baffle plate (3.8), a hinge (3.9) is arranged below the side door (3), and the hinge (3.9) is hinged with the end wall (4) through a side door pin shaft (3.10);
