Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to an aqueous liquid cosmetic and a pen-type cosmetic.
Background
As a product form of the liquid cosmetic, an automatic pen type cosmetic is used which discharges the cosmetic by the action of the surface tension of the liquid cosmetic and capillary phenomenon. In such cosmetics, an aqueous liquid cosmetic is generally used from the viewpoint of easy acquisition of good discharge properties, high drying speed after application, and the like. On the other hand, aqueous liquid cosmetics tend to have poor water resistance. In general, water-insoluble coating agents are used in cosmetic compositions such as eyeliner to improve water resistance. In the case of an aqueous liquid cosmetic, for example, jp 2003-073220 a proposes a liquid cosmetic containing an emulsion of a polymer and/or copolymer (excluding polystyrene) of a monomer selected from acrylic acid, alkyl acrylate, methacrylic acid, alkyl methacrylate, vinyl acetate and styrene.
Disclosure of Invention
In recent years, demands for colors other than black and brown have been increasing in liquid eyeliners, eyebrow cosmetics, and the like. Therefore, an inorganic pigment such as red iron oxide, yellow iron oxide, titanium dioxide, or iron blue, or another pigment such as an organic colorant lake may be mixed with a black pigment such as black iron oxide or carbon black.
However, it has been found that if an aqueous liquid cosmetic composition in which a pigment is used as the above-mentioned mixed system is used as an automatic pen type cosmetic composition, a shade difference and a color difference may occur in a drawn line.
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object thereof is to provide an aqueous liquid cosmetic composition which can be discharged even when used as an automatic pen type cosmetic composition, has sufficient water resistance, and can form a trace line that suppresses a shade difference and a color difference, and a pen type cosmetic composition containing the aqueous liquid cosmetic composition.
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention provides an aqueous liquid cosmetic composition comprising (a) an inorganic coloring pigment, (B) an anionic dispersant, and (C) a film-forming polymer emulsion, wherein the content of the component (a) is 11 to 35% by mass based on the total amount of the cosmetic composition, the component (a) contains (a1) titanium black having a primary particle size of 0.15 μm or more and (a2) at least one iron oxide selected from the group consisting of red iron oxide, black iron oxide, and yellow iron oxide, and the content of the component (B) is 8 parts by mass or less based on 100 parts by mass of the total amount of the components (a1 and a 2).
According to the aqueous liquid cosmetic of the present invention, by having the above composition, even when used as an automatic pen, the cosmetic can be discharged, has sufficient water resistance, and can form a trace line that suppresses a shade difference and a color difference. The reason why the above-described effects can be obtained is presumed as follows. By combining the component (a1) and the component (a2) in an aqueous liquid cosmetic containing the component (C) and using the component (B) in a specific ratio or less to the component (a1) and the component (a2), it is possible to maintain the dispersed state of the component (a1) and the component (a2) well while suppressing the decrease in water resistance due to the anionic component. From this, the inventors of the present invention concluded that the aqueous liquid cosmetic composition can satisfy all of sufficient discharge properties, water resistance of the cosmetic film, and suppression of shade difference and color difference of the drawn line.
From the viewpoint of discharge properties, the viscosity of the aqueous liquid cosmetic composition at 25 ℃ may be 50mPa · s or less. In this case, it is easy to stably discharge the cosmetic by the automatic pen-type applicator.
In addition, the mass ratio of the component (a1) to the component (a2) [ (a1)/(a2) ] may be 1/10 to 6/1 in order to further improve color developability, suppression of shading and color difference of the line, and discharge properties.
The present invention also provides a pen-type cosmetic including an automatic pen-type applicator and the aqueous liquid cosmetic filled in the applicator.
According to the present invention, it is possible to provide an aqueous liquid cosmetic composition which can be discharged even when used as an automatic pen type, has sufficient water resistance, and can form a trace line that suppresses a shade difference and a color difference, and a pen type cosmetic composition containing the aqueous liquid cosmetic composition.

The aqueous liquid cosmetic according to the present embodiment can be used in a known product form used for cosmetics. Examples of the product form include a pen type (pen type) and a bottle type. The pen type includes a mechanical type including a cosmetic storage portion, such as a fiber bundle impregnated with a cosmetic, or a filling portion filled with a cosmetic, and an application portion, such as a pen or a felt joined to the cosmetic storage portion, wherein the mechanical type forcibly discharges the cosmetic by applying a force to the storage portion by a dial (dial) or a knock (knock) or the like, and the automatic pen type discharges the cosmetic by the surface tension of a liquid cosmetic and the action of capillarity.
The aqueous liquid cosmetic according to the present embodiment is preferably used as an automatic pen type cosmetic from the viewpoint of convenience of the method of use and portability. As the automatic pen-type container, a known container can be used, and for example, a liquid cosmetic container disclosed in japanese patent laid-open No. 2016-87094 can be mentioned.
The pen-type cosmetic according to the present embodiment includes an automatic pen-type applicator and the aqueous liquid cosmetic according to the present embodiment filled in the applicator.
Fig. 1 is a schematic sectional view showing a pen-type cosmetic. The overall shape of a pen-type cosmetic 100 shown in fig. 1 is a slender round bar shape similar to a writing instrument, and the pen-type cosmetic 100 generally includes a cylindrical container body 1, a storage section 2 provided in the container body 1 and storing an aqueous liquid cosmetic L according to the present embodiment, a writing brush 3 attached to the tip of the container body 1 and used for applying the aqueous liquid cosmetic L in the storage section 2, a shaft-shaped relay core 4 disposed in the container body 1 and connecting the interior of the storage section 2 and the writing brush 3, and a generally cylindrical coil member 5 attached around the relay core 4. Here, the bottomed cylindrical grip tube 6 is detachably attached to the container body 1 by screwing, so that the user can easily grip the container body 1 and apply the paint. The container body 1 is not limited to a cylindrical shape, and may be a rectangular tube or the like.
In the pen-type cosmetic 100, the storage unit 2, the writing brush 3, and the relay core 4 constitute an automatic pen-type applicator, and the storage unit 2 is filled with the aqueous liquid cosmetic according to the present embodiment.
The container body 1 is formed of, for example, PP (Polypropylene) or the like, and is configured in a cylindrical shape with a flange and a tapered tip. The front end surface of the grip cylinder 6 screwed into the container body 1 abuts against the rear end surface of the flange portion provided on the outer peripheral surface of the container body 1, and the open end surface of the cap 10 attached to the container body 1 abuts against the front end surface of the flange portion. The opening at the rear end of the container body 1 is closed by inserting a tail plug 7 having a bottomed cylindrical shape.
The coil member 5 is used for controlling the flow rate of the aqueous liquid cosmetic L, and has a groove (coil) containing the aqueous liquid cosmetic L, and the cylindrical rear end portion of the coil member 5 is attached to the container body 1 by fitting into a recess portion on the inner peripheral surface of the container body 1. The storage portion 2 is formed between the rear end of the coil member 5 and the tail plug 7 in the container body 1, and the aqueous liquid cosmetic L is filled in the storage portion 2.
The relay core 4 is formed of, for example, acrylic resin, and extends in the axial direction so as to pass through the cylindrical hole of the coil member 5, and the relay core 4 is attached to the coil member 5 by fitting the tip side thereof to the tip side of the coil member 5. The relay core 4 has a rear end portion inserted into the housing portion 2 and a front end portion inserted into the writing brush 3, thereby connecting the interior of the housing portion 2 and the writing brush 3. The relay core 4 can suck the aqueous liquid cosmetic L in the storage unit 2 by capillary action and supply the cosmetic L to the writing brush 3.
In the pen-type cosmetic 100 shown in fig. 1, the applied body is a writing brush, but may be replaced with a felt tip or a urethane tip.
A bottomed cylindrical cap 10 for protecting the writing brush 3 and the like is detachably attached to the distal end side of the container main body 1 by fitting.
In the pen-type cosmetic product 100, the agitator 20 movable in the axial direction and the coil spring 21 expandable and contractible in the axial direction are housed in the housing portion 2 together with the aqueous liquid cosmetic L. Here, as a particularly preferable mode, the stirrer 20 is a sphere, but may be a polyhedron, a cone, or the like.
The coil spring 21 is an integrally formed spring in which a plurality of spring portions (here, two spring portions having different diameters) having different diameters are integrally connected in the axial direction, and is formed of SUS or the like, for example. The coil spring 21 includes a small-diameter spring portion having a smaller diameter than the diameter of the agitator 20 in a rear half portion, and a large-diameter spring portion having a larger diameter than the diameter of the agitator 20 is provided adjacent to the small-diameter spring portion in the axial direction in front of the small-diameter spring portion.
Here, since the agitator 20 is provided so as to be movable in the axial direction within the large-diameter spring portion constituting the coil spring 21, if the user vibrates the pen-type cosmetic product 100, the agitator 20 moves in the axial direction, and the aqueous liquid cosmetic product L is agitated by the movement of the agitator 20.
In the pen-type cosmetic 100 configured as described above, the aqueous liquid cosmetic L in the storage portion 2 flows out to the writing brush 3 on the tip side via the relay core 4, and is applied by the user using the writing brush 3. In the pen-type cosmetic product 100 according to the present embodiment, the stirrer 20 and the coil spring 21 are provided, so that the aqueous liquid cosmetic L can be efficiently discharged to the writing brush 3, but the structure may be changed to one not provided with the stirrer 20 and the coil spring 21.
As described above, the pen-type cosmetic according to the present embodiment is described by taking as an example a cosmetic including a container having a so-called direct-liquid type structure, but the container for the cosmetic is not particularly limited to having such a structure, and a known structure may be used. For example, a container having a so-called cotton-core type structure may be used, in which the coil member 5, the stirrer 20, and the coil spring 21 of the pen-type cosmetic 100 are omitted, the cotton-core member filled with the aqueous liquid cosmetic L is stored in the storage portion 2, and the aqueous liquid cosmetic L is sucked up and supplied to the writing brush 3 through the intermediate core 4 having a portion on the rear end side entering the interior of the cotton-core member.
