Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of fresh flower preservation, and particularly relates to a fresh cut flower preservative for paeonia lactiflora and application thereof.
Background
Paeonia lactiflora is a perennial herb flower of Paeonia genus of Paeoniaceae family, and has rich flower shape and color, and is popular with people because of large flower size and gorgeous color, and is a traditional flower comparable to peony in China. The peony has stronger adaptability, is used as ornamental plant for cultivation as early as peony, and is mainly used for urban landscaping, garden planting, potted appreciation and cut-off. In recent years, the cut flowers are developed into high-grade ornamental flowers which are popular at home and abroad, are suitable for various festival occasions, are flowers which are more and more popular in domestic and international markets, and have wide market prospect.
Paeonia lactiflora is rich in variety of colors, including white, green, yellow, powder, light purple, purplish red, multiple colors, etc., and mainly comprises purplish red and pink; the peony has rich flower shape, less petal number has single petal type, lotus flower type, chrysanthemum flower type and rose type, and more petal number has pavilion type, bay type, golden ring type, crown type and embroidery ball type, wherein the half-heavy petal or heavy petal flower type is the preferable flower type of cut flower variety.
The peony has concentrated flowering phase and short bottle-inserted service life, and seriously affects the circulation and commodity value, so how to preserve the cut flowers of the peony becomes a research hotspot in the field of flowers after harvest, and is an impetus for the high-quality development of the cut flowers of the peony industry in China. Phytohormones, bactericides, organic acids and inorganic salts are the focus and main directions of research in cut flower preservation. The preservative is a large tool for prolonging the service life of cut flowers in the circulation process of the cut flowers, and is a hot spot for research in the field of cut flower preservation. Up to now, the action mechanism of the cut flower preservative mainly surrounds the aspects of reducing ethylene production for promoting aging, controlling the water balance inside and outside living cells, providing energy materials, reducing secondary metabolites with toxic actions and the like. Therefore, in the antistaling agent, carbohydrate is often added to provide energy, inorganic salt is added to adjust the water balance, ethylene antagonist and growth regulator are added to control the hormone level, organic acid and bactericide are added to improve the cleanliness of the liquid environment.
Cut flower preservation is a significant factor for restricting the development of cut flower industry, and the active exploration of cut flower preservation technology is an important way for reducing loss and prolonging flowering time.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems in the prior art, the invention provides the following technical scheme:
a fresh cut-flower antistaling agent for paeonia lactiflora comprises the following components: 20-40g/L sucrose, 1000-2000mg/L calcium chloride, 100-200mg/L sodium benzoate, 50-150mg/L growth regulator, 10-80mg/L brassinolide, 10-80mg/L methyl jasmonate; the growth regulation is gibberellin or 6-BA. Preferably, the growth regulator is gibberellin.
A fresh cut-flower antistaling agent for paeonia lactiflora comprises the following components: 30g/L sucrose, 1500mg/L calcium chloride, 150mg/L sodium benzoate, 100mg/L gibberellin as a growth regulator, 25mg/L brassinolide, 25mg/L methyl jasmonate.
A fresh cut-flower antistaling agent for paeonia lactiflora comprises the following components: 30g/L sucrose, 1500mg/L calcium chloride, 150mg/L sodium benzoate, 100mg/L growth regulator 6-BA, 25mg/L brassinolide, 25mg/L methyl jasmonate.
The preservative is used for preserving fresh cut flowers of paeonia lactiflora. In particular to the service life of the fresh cut peony vase.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the brassinolide and methyl jasmonate are added into the mixed solution of sucrose, calcium chloride, sodium benzoate and a growth regulator (gibberellin or 6-BA), so that the cut peony vase life of the peony can be effectively prolonged.
2. The report of using the brassinolide and the methyl jasmonate for fresh cut flowers of paeonia lactiflora is less, and particularly, the research of the applicant discovers that the mixed use of the methyl jasmonate and the brassinolide has a synergistic fresh-keeping effect.
3. The invention utilizes the sucrose nutrition donor to provide energy for fresh cut flowers; inhibiting bacterial reproduction by sodium benzoate; the calcium salt is adopted to keep the water balance; gibberellin and 6-BA are adopted to relieve plant oxidation; the combination of methyl jasmonate and brassinolide further prolongs the bottle-inserting life of the peony cut flowers and ensures the cut flower opening quality.
4. The fresh-keeping effect of the different fresh-keeping agents on the peony cut flowers is different; the S6 and S7 prepared by the invention have excellent fresh-keeping effect, and the cut vase life of the cut vase is respectively increased by 61.54 percent and 38.46 percent compared with the control; the difference is significant compared with the control and other antistaling agents.
Detailed Description
The invention is further illustrated with reference to specific embodiments.
Example 1: fresh-keeping effect of different fresh-keeping agents on peony cut flowers
Experimental environment: a climatic chamber with a temperature of about 25 ℃ and a humidity of about 70%;
experimental materials: the method comprises the steps of (1) placing peony (purple nepheline) in a turning bud period, cooling and rehydrating a flower branch in a cold storage at 4 ℃ for 3 hours, selecting a strong flower branch which is consistent in thickness, complete in leaves and free of mechanical damage and diseases in the bud period, chamfering to a length of 35cm, and reserving 2 top compound leaves as test materials.
The test agents are shown in table 1.
Table 1 formulation and formulation of preservative
The experimental method comprises the following steps: the test material is inserted into 4mmol/LSTS solution for 8min, after being washed by clear water, the test material is inserted into a bottle containing 500ml of fresh-keeping liquid, different fresh-keeping agent bottle insertion tests are carried out, distilled water is used for comparison, and each treatment is repeated for 4 times for 25 branches. Regular flower setting is observed and analyzed.
Bottle insert life: the number of days of bottle insertion from the day of bottle insertion until the day of flower onset withering, abscission or bluing.
The experimental results are shown in Table 2.
Table 2 investigation of the fresh-keeping effect of different antistaling agents
As can be seen from table 2, the fresh-keeping effect of the different fresh-keeping agents on the peony cut flowers is different; the optimal preservative composition for preserving fresh fruits sequentially comprises the following components: s7 is greater than S6; the vase life of the vase is respectively increased by 61.54 percent and 38.46 percent compared with that of a control; the difference between the fresh-keeping agent and the control agent is remarkable. S8, S10 and S12; the cut vase life of the flower vase is respectively increased by 30.77 percent compared with the control.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only for illustrating the technical solution of the present invention, and not for limiting the same.
