the cutter (28) is rotatably fixed on the cutter base (27).

the lower roller (31) is fixed on the frame (1) and is rotatably connected with the internal driving device;
two slide ways (32) are symmetrically distributed and are respectively fixed at two ends of the lower roller (31);
the sliding block (33) is slidably arranged in the slideway (32);
the hydraulic shaft (34) is arranged in the slide way (32), the bottom of the hydraulic shaft is fixed at the top end of the slide way (32), and the extending end of the hydraulic shaft is fixed with the sliding block (33);
the upper roller (35) is positioned right above the lower roller (31), and two ends of the upper roller are fixed with the sliding block (33).
