本发明提出了一种具有在线电量监测系统的智能型小母线,包括母线外壳、无线监测器和母线排,所述的母线外壳形状为凸型,母线外壳的底部为母线仓,母线外壳的顶部为监测仓,所述的监测仓和母线仓之间设有母线排通孔,所述的母线仓内设有母线排和母线端子,所述的母线端子设在母线仓两端,所述的母线排形状为L型,母线排一端穿过母线排通孔与监测仓内的无线监测器相连,母线排另一端与母线端子相连,所述的无线监测器设在监测仓内,无线监测器的无线天线穿过监测仓设在检测仓外侧,本发明通过在小母线上增加无线监测器,可远程接收并监控小母线的用电量,可对小母线进行优化分配。

技术领域
本发明属于母线的技术领域,具体涉及一种具有在线电量监测系统的智能型小母线。
背景技术
小母线是控制电源,信号电源,保护电源,交流电压,交流电源等共用汇积线,一般放在保护盘柜顶,用铜棒、铝排或电缆连接,起到汇集、分配电能的作用,属于环网供电方式。可节省二次电缆,使回路简单化,缺点是有可能造成大范围保护、控制回路直流电源消失。电源回路还有用辐射式接线方式的,每个保护的电源、每个断路器的控制电源直接由交直流分配屏分别引接,交流电压有专用的电压分配屏,也采取辐射方式引接到各个保护装置。
为了提高小母线的经济效益和对小母线和的实时监控合理分配,需要对小母线实时用电量和功率进行监控进行汇总。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决以上现有技术的不足,提出了一种具有在线电量监测系统的智能型小母线,包括母线外壳、无线监测器和母线排,所述的母线外壳形状为凸型,母线外壳的底部为母线仓,母线外壳的顶部为监测仓,所述的监测仓和母线仓之间设有母线排通孔,所述的母线仓内设有母线排和母线端子,所述的母线端子设在母线仓两端,所述的母线排形状为L型,母线排一端穿过母线排通孔与监测仓内的无线监测器相连,母线排另一端与母线端子相连,所述的无线监测器设在监测仓内,无线监测器的无线天线穿过监测仓设在检测仓外侧。
更进一步的,母线排通过线缆与母线端子相连。
更进一步的,所述的监测仓和母线仓之间设有隔板,所述的母线排通孔设在隔板上。
有益效果:
通过在小母线上增加无线监测器,可远程接收并监控小母线的用电量,可对小母线进行优化分配。

实施示例:
一种具有在线电量监测系统的智能型小母线,包括母线外壳、无线监测器和母线排,所述的母线外壳形状为凸型,母线外壳的底部为母线仓,母线外壳的顶部为监测仓,所述的监测仓和母线仓之间设有母线排通孔,所述的母线仓内设有母线排和母线端子,所述的母线端子设在母线仓两端,所述的母线排形状为L型,母线排一端穿过母线排通孔与监测仓内的无线监测器相连,母线排另一端与母线端子相连,所述的无线监测器设在监测仓内,无线监测器的无线天线穿过监测仓设在检测仓外侧。
如图1所示;
将小母线通电,电路从母线电子7通过线缆6进入母线排5,母线排5的电路进入无线监测器3,无线监测器3接收电路的用电量和功率,并使用无线天线将数据传输至远端设备。

1.一种具有在线电量监测系统的智能型小母线,其特征在于,包括母线外壳、无线监测器和母线排,所述的母线外壳形状为凸型,母线外壳的底部为母线仓,母线外壳的顶部为监测仓,所述的监测仓和母线仓之间设有母线排通孔,所述的母线仓内设有母线排和母线端子,所述的母线端子设在母线仓两端,所述的母线排形状为L型,母线排一端穿过母线排通孔与监测仓内的无线监测器相连,母线排另一端与母线端子相连,所述的无线监测器设在监测仓内,无线监测器的无线天线穿过监测仓设在检测仓外侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有在线电量监测系统的智能型小母线,其特征在于,所述的母线排通过线缆与母线端子相连。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有在线电量监测系统的智能型小母线,其特征在于,所述的监测仓和母线仓之间设有隔板,所述的母线排通孔设在隔板上。
