monitoring whether a target object appears in a preset range of the target vehicle;
correspondingly, the determining whether the current status information is the emergency status information includes:
and if the target object is monitored to appear in the preset range of the target vehicle, judging that the current state information is the emergency state information.
In some embodiments, the processor, by executing the computer program stored in the memory, may specifically implement the following steps:

In some embodiments, the processor, by executing the computer program stored in the memory, may further implement the following steps:
monitoring whether the emergency video recording function of the current target vehicle is started;
and if the current emergency video recording function is started, triggering the step of monitoring the current state information of the target vehicle.
In some embodiments, the processor, by executing the computer program stored in the memory, may further implement the following steps:
acquiring an emergency video recording function configuration parameter sent by a user; the emergency video recording function configuration parameters comprise a first configuration instruction for turning on or turning off the emergency video recording function and a second configuration instruction for configuring the running time of the emergency video recording function;
and carrying out parameter configuration on the emergency video recording function of the automobile data recorder according to the emergency video recording function configuration parameters.
In some embodiments, the processor, by executing the computer program stored in the memory, may further implement the following steps:
controlling the automobile data recorder to record an emergency video according to the emergency video recording function configuration parameters;
and uploading the emergency video to a server so that the server sends the emergency video to a user. In this embodiment, the power supply 26 is used for providing an operating voltage for each hardware device on the electronic device 20; the communication interface 25 can create a data transmission channel between the electronic device 20 and an external device, and a communication protocol followed by the communication interface is any communication protocol applicable to the technical solution of the present application, and is not specifically limited herein; the input/output interface 24 is configured to obtain external input data or output data to the outside, and a specific interface type thereof may be selected according to specific application requirements, which is not specifically limited herein.
In addition, the memory 22 is used as a carrier for resource storage, and may be a read-only memory, a random access memory, a magnetic disk or an optical disk, etc., and the resource stored thereon may include the computer program 221, and the storage manner may be a transient storage or a permanent storage. Claims (10)

1. A vehicle monitoring method is applied to vehicle-mounted equipment, the vehicle-mounted equipment is arranged in a target vehicle, the target vehicle is provided with a driving recorder, and the vehicle-mounted equipment is in communication connection with the driving recorder, and the method comprises the following steps:
monitoring current state information of the target vehicle;
judging whether the current state information is emergency state information or not;
if the current state information is monitored to be the emergency state information, a video recording instruction is obtained, and the video recording instruction is sent to the automobile data recorder to control the automobile data recorder to start video recording.
2. The vehicle monitoring method of claim 1, wherein the monitoring the current state information of the target vehicle comprises:
monitoring whether a target object appears in a preset range of the target vehicle;
correspondingly, the determining whether the current status information is the emergency status information includes:
and if the target object is monitored to appear in the preset range of the target vehicle, judging that the current state information is the emergency state information.

The vehicle monitoring method according to claim 2, wherein the target vehicle is further equipped with a radar, the vehicle-mounted device is in communication connection with the radar, and the monitoring whether the target object is present within a preset range of the target vehicle comprises:
and monitoring whether a target object appears in a preset range of the target vehicle through the radar.

The vehicle monitoring method according to claim 3, wherein if it is monitored that the current state information is the emergency state information, acquiring a video recording instruction, and sending the video recording instruction to the event data recorder to control the event data recorder to start video recording, the method includes:
if the target object is monitored to appear in the preset range of the target vehicle through the radar, controlling the radar to generate a warning signal and sending the warning signal to second vehicle-mounted equipment;
controlling the second vehicle-mounted equipment to report warning information determined based on the warning signal to a server;
and acquiring a video recording instruction generated and returned by the server after the warning information is received, and sending the video recording instruction to the automobile data recorder so as to control the automobile data recorder to start video recording.
5. The vehicle monitoring method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized by, before the monitoring the current state information of the target vehicle, further comprising:
monitoring whether the emergency video recording function of the current target vehicle is started;
and if the current emergency video recording function is started, triggering the step of monitoring the current state information of the target vehicle.
6. The vehicle monitoring method according to claim 5, further comprising:
acquiring an emergency video recording function configuration parameter sent by a user; the emergency video recording function configuration parameters comprise a first configuration instruction for turning on or turning off the emergency video recording function and a second configuration instruction for configuring the running time of the emergency video recording function;
and carrying out parameter configuration on the emergency video recording function of the automobile data recorder according to the emergency video recording function configuration parameters.
7. The vehicle monitoring method according to claim 6, wherein after the controlling the tachograph to start video recording, the method further comprises:
controlling the automobile data recorder to record an emergency video according to the emergency video recording function configuration parameters;
and uploading the emergency video to a server so that the server sends the emergency video to a user.

The vehicle monitoring device is applied to vehicle-mounted equipment, the vehicle-mounted equipment is arranged in a target vehicle, a vehicle event data recorder is installed on the target vehicle, the vehicle-mounted equipment is in communication connection with the vehicle event data recorder, and the device comprises:
the monitoring module is used for monitoring the current state information of the target vehicle;
the emergency state judging module is used for judging whether the current state information is the emergency state information;
and the video recording module is used for acquiring a video recording instruction when the current state information is monitored to be the emergency state information, and sending the video recording instruction to the automobile data recorder so as to control the automobile data recorder to start video recording.
