Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a photocatalytic sterilization fresh air device which is beneficial to avoiding the diffusion of harmful bacteria and viruses in a toilet and preventing public health accidents.
To achieve the above objects and other advantages and in accordance with the purpose of the invention, as embodied and broadly described, there is provided a photocatalytic sterilization fresh air device, comprising: the box body is positioned at the air inlets at the lower parts of the two sides of the box body; and air outlets positioned at the upper parts of the two sides of the box body;
wherein, a fan, a first filter screen, an ozone generator, a photocatalyst plate, an ultraviolet generator, an ozone destroying catalyst module, a second filter screen and a silencing structure made of silencing materials are sequentially arranged in the box body along the air running direction.
Preferably, the silencing structure is arranged at the upper part of the second filter screen and consists of a central splitter plate and a pair of side wind shields.
Preferably, the central splitter plate is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the top of the box body, the side wind guide plates are symmetrically and respectively connected to the inner side wall of the shell, and the central splitter plate and the side wind shield plates form an air outlet channel with a V-shaped section.
Preferably, the silencing structure comprises a silencer fixed on the upper part of the second filter screen through a bracket strand, and a group of silencing sheets vertically arranged are arranged in the silencer.
Preferably, the photocatalyst plate is a three-dimensional honeycomb ceramic net loaded with nano titanium dioxide.
Preferably, the wavelength of the ultraviolet light emitted by the ultraviolet light generator is 187nm, 254nm, or 365 nm.
Preferably, the first filter screen is a primary filter cotton filter screen.

Preferably, the ozone destroying catalyst module is used for consuming redundant ozone, and comprises an activated carbon plate and an ozone destroying agent, wherein the ozone destroying agent is attached to the activated carbon plate in a dipping or gluing mode.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the air fresh air device is provided with the ozone generator, the photocatalyst plate and the ultraviolet generator, and the air in the toilet is sterilized, so that the condition that harmful bacteria in the toilet overflow and are finally led out of the room is avoided, and the possibility of public health accidents caused by the leakage of the bacteria is avoided. In addition, the sterilization effect is ensured by ozone sterilization and photocatalyst sterilization, and the possibility of overflowing harmful bacteria is further avoided.

Example 1
Referring to fig. 1, a photocatalytic sterilization fresh air device comprises a box body 1, air inlets 3 positioned at the lower parts of two sides of the box body, and air outlets 11 positioned at the upper parts of two sides of the box body.
Wherein, a fan 2, a first filter screen 4, an ozone generator 5, a photocatalyst plate 6, an ultraviolet generator 7, an ozone destroying catalyst module 8, a second filter screen 9 and a silencing structure 10 made of silencing materials are sequentially arranged in the box body along the air running direction.
In this embodiment, the fresh air photocatalytic sterilization device includes an ozone generator 5 and an ozone destruction catalyst module 8, wherein the ozone generator 5 includes an ozone chamber, the ozone chamber is used for fusing air entering from an air inlet with ozone generated by the ozone generator to achieve the purpose of killing bacteria, ozone is a strong oxidant, the molecules of which are extremely unstable and can be decomposed to generate monatomic oxygen and hydroxyl with extremely strong oxidizing ability, and the ozone is a unique bacteria-melting preparation, which can rapidly melt cell walls, destroy the internal structures of microorganisms such as bacteria and viruses, and has extremely strong killing effect on various pathogenic microorganisms. In the ozone chamber, an ozone catalyst is included, and the ozone catalyst is Al2O3. In some other embodiments, the ozone catalyst is also Fe2O3Or Pt, in some other embodiments, the ozone catalyst is Al2O3、Fe2O3Or any two or three of Pt, through ozone catalyst, is more beneficial to killing bacteria. The ozone destruction catalyst module 8 is used for consuming redundant ozone, the ozone destruction catalyst module 8 comprises an active carbon plate and an ozone destruction agent, and the ozone destruction agent is an ozone decomposer MnO2Which is attached to the activated carbon plate by means of gluing. Although ozone has a sterilization effect, ozone is harmful to the upper and lower parts of the whole body of a human body due to strong oxidizing property of ozone, and the high-concentration ozone can damage a respiratory system and a visual system, so that the visual sensitivity and the eyesight are reduced. At the same time, ozone can also damage the central system, causing headache, chest pain, thought and memory deterioration, etc. Therefore, in the fresh air sterilizing device, an ozone destruction catalyst module is further included for ablating redundant ozone.
In this embodiment, the ozone in the ozone generator 5 is generated by high-voltage ionization, and includes a circuit board and two metal strips, wherein the circuit board is provided with a high-voltage converting member, the high-voltage converting member converts low voltage into high voltage, and the high-voltage converting member has a high-voltage positive terminal and a high-voltage negative terminal; the inner ends of the two metal strips are respectively and correspondingly communicated with the high-voltage positive end and the high-voltage negative end, the outer ends of the metal strips are provided with ionization sections, insulating tubes are sleeved outside the ionization sections, and the two insulating tubes are arranged in parallel at intervals; after the circuit board is electrified, high voltage is communicated between the two metal strips through the action of the high-voltage conversion piece, the two ionization sections are arranged at intervals to generate high-voltage electric arc ionized air, ozone is generated to break chemical bonds of harmful substances through molecular motion and air flow, and therefore the functions of disinfection and peculiar smell are achieved, the air purification effect is achieved, the structure is simple, and the cost is low.
In the embodiment, the photocatalytic sterilization fresh air device is provided with a photocatalyst plate 6 and an ultraviolet generator 7 behind an ozone generator, wherein the photocatalyst plate is a three-dimensional honeycomb ceramic mesh loaded with nano titanium dioxide, and the ultraviolet generator emits ultraviolet light with wavelengths of 187nm, 254nm and 365 nm. Firstly, a photocatalyst plate and an ultraviolet generator are installed, so that the effect of photocatalytic sterilization is achieved; secondly, a photocatalyst plate and an ultraviolet light generator are arranged behind the ozone generator, which is more beneficial to killing bacteria after cell membranes are damaged. Finally, the photocatalyst plate is a three-dimensional honeycomb ceramic net, and compared with porous ceramic plates and other photocatalyst plates in the prior art, the photocatalyst plate increases the contact area with airflow, has sufficient reaction and good purification effect. The ultraviolet generator emits light with different wavelengths, and the photocatalysis sterilization reaction is promoted under different light, so that the sterilization effect is further improved.
In this embodiment, the first filter screen is a primary filter cotton filter screen, and is used for filtering particulate matters in the air and achieving the purpose of air purification.
In this embodiment, the second filter screen is the compound filter screen of integral type that silver ion filter screen and active carbon filter screen are constituteed, except that further promoting the sterilization effect through the silver ion filter screen, through active carbon filter screen adsorption of impurities, further promoted air-purifying's ability.
In this embodiment, the silencing structure is provided on the upper part of the second filter, and is composed of a central splitter plate 102 and a pair of side wind shields 101. The central splitter plate 102 and the pair of side wind shields 101 form an air outlet channel with a V-shaped cross section. The central splitter plate 102 and the side wind guide plates 101 are made of sound absorbing materials such as glass fiber cotton, and the purpose of sound attenuation is achieved.
In conclusion, in the embodiment, the ozone generator is used for primary sterilization, the photocatalyst plate is used for secondary sterilization, and finally the silver ion filter screen of the second filter screen is used for Sanni sterilization, so that the possibility that harmful bacteria in a toilet overflow to the outside of the toilet is avoided, and the possibility of public safety and sanitation accidents caused by the leakage of the bacteria is avoided.
Example 2
Referring to fig. 2, the embodiment is different from embodiment 1 in that the sound-deadening structure 10 is a sound-deadening device fixed on the upper portion of the second filter screen by a bracket, a group of sound-deadening sheets 103 is vertically arranged in the sound-deadening device, the sound-deadening sheets 103 are made of sound-absorbing material, and one end of the sound-deadening sheets 103 close to the second filter screen 9 is arc-shaped. The air current through the second filter screen can be divided into the hillock more than two when the terminal surface of noise elimination piece stays for the sound of air current can absorb better, effectively reduces the noise of sterilization new trend device.
