The safe lifting device for electric power construction according to claim 1, wherein a sliding groove (30) is formed in the inner cavity of the base (1) relative to the inner wall, sliding blocks (31) are fixedly connected to the two side surfaces of the movable plate (4), and the sliding blocks (31) are movably connected in the sliding groove (30).
