Currently, the need to meet the switching operation demands of a plurality of different operator's stations within the cab allows the operator's seat within the cab to slide relative to the floor of the cab. A raised sliding rail is usually arranged on the ground in the cab; however, as the sliding rail protrudes out of the ground of the cab by a certain height, the sliding rail prevents walking and is carelessly and easily stumbled, so that the probability of safety accidents is high; and the driver chair can slide on the slide rail directly, so that the problem that the driver chair is inclined relative to the slide rail easily occurs.
In this regard, in the present embodiment, a pilot chair sliding rail and a ship including the pilot chair sliding rail are proposed. As shown in fig. 1, the ship further comprises a deck 1 and a cab, wherein the cab is arranged on the deck 1, a plurality of operation tables are arranged in the cab, a driving chair is arranged in a sliding manner, and a sliding rail of the driving chair is arranged in the cab; the driver's seat includes wheel 5, connecting piece 10 and seat, and connecting piece 10 connects between wheel 5 and seat, and wheel 5 can slide in this driver's seat slip track to drive the seat and slide in the driver's cabin, and then can satisfy the switching operation demand of a plurality of different operation panels in the driver's cabin. Wherein, an opening 11 extending along the sliding track of the driver chair is arranged on the deck 1; and the dressing layer 12 is paved on the deck 1 in the cab at the position where the sliding track of the driving chair is not arranged, so that the ground in the cab has skid resistance and attractive appearance. The particular dressing forming the dressing layer 12 may be a material having the characteristics of being light, thin, strong in adhesion, and impermeable to water. The sliding track of the driving chair can be set according to specific working condition requirements, and is not particularly limited herein. The driver's seat in this embodiment is a driver's seat commonly known in the art, and therefore, the specific structure of the wheels 5, the seat and the connecting member 10 of the driver's seat will not be described in detail here.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the sliding track of the driver seat comprises a supporting frame 2, a sliding rail piece 4 and two limiting pieces 7; wherein, the support frame 2 is arranged below the open hole 11 in parallel relative to the deck 1, and two ends of the support frame 2 are respectively connected to the deck 1, so that an accommodating groove 3 is formed between the deck 1 and the support frame 2; the slide rail member 4 is positioned in the accommodating groove 3 and fixedly connected to the support frame 2, a rail groove 41 extending along a sliding track is formed on the slide rail member 4, and the wheel 5 of the driver chair can slide in the rail groove 41; two limiting members 7 are oppositely arranged on the deck 1, and on the same side, the end parts of the limiting members 7 protrude out of the end parts of the deck 1 and extend towards the center line of the opening 11, and the seat of the driving chair is limited between the two limiting members 7.
The sliding track of the driver's seat in this embodiment changes the setting position of the slide rail member 4 and adds the limiting member 7 relative to the prior art; the supporting frame 2 and the sliding rail piece 4 are arranged below the deck 1, so that the way of arranging the sliding rail piece to protrude out of the deck 1 is avoided, walking is not hindered, tripping is not easy to occur, and the probability of occurrence of safety accidents is reduced; simultaneously, two limiting pieces 7 are oppositely arranged on the deck 1, and on the same side, the end parts of the limiting pieces 7 protrude out of the end parts of the deck 1 and extend towards the center line of the opening 11, so that the seat of the driving chair is limited between the two limiting pieces 7, the verticality of the seat of the driving chair is better in the sliding process of the wheels 5 of the driving chair, and the phenomenon of deflection does not occur, so that the sliding of the driving chair is stable; in addition, since the pilot chair sliding rail is installed below the deck 1, pre-installation can be performed in advance, and the installation process can be advanced, so that the ship construction period can be shortened.
Further, as shown in fig. 1, the support frame 2 includes a first bottom plate 21, a reinforcing plate 23, and two first side plates 22; wherein the first bottom plate 21 is arranged in parallel relative to the deck 1 and spaced below the deck 1; the two first side plates 22 are oppositely arranged at two sides of the first bottom plate 21, and the first side plates 22 are perpendicular to the first bottom plate 21; and on the same side, the end of the first side plate 22 not connected to the first bottom plate 21 is connected to the bottom end surface of the deck 1; the reinforcing plates 23 are arranged between the deck 1 and the first side plates 22 on the same side, so that the connection stability between the first side plates 22 and the deck 1 is enhanced through the reinforcing plates 23, and the first side plates 22 can be firmly connected to the deck 1, so that the supporting strength of the first bottom plate 21 to the whole slide rail member 4 is enhanced. Wherein, reinforcing plate 23 specific structure is the triangle toggle plate, and the quantity of reinforcing plate 23 is provided with a plurality ofly, and a plurality of reinforcing plates 23 are along the direction interval setting of sliding track between second curb plate 43 and deck 1, and then can strengthen the supporting strength of first bottom plate 21 better.
As shown in fig. 1, on the same side, the side surface of the first side plate 22 on the side close to the accommodating groove 3 is flush with the side surface of the deck plate 1, so that on one hand, the volume of the accommodating groove 3 formed between the support frame 2 and the deck plate 1 can be larger, and on the other hand, the deck plate 1 on the side close to the accommodating groove 3 can be prevented from being arranged in a protruding manner relative to the first side plate 22 to influence the sliding of the driver's seat. In this embodiment, the connection modes between the first side plate 22 and the first bottom plate 21 and the deck 1 are all welding, so that the stability of connection can be enhanced.
Further, as shown in fig. 1, the slide rail member 4 includes a second bottom plate 42, two second side plates 43, and two arc plates 44; wherein the second bottom plate 42 is stacked on the first bottom plate 21; two second side plates 43 are oppositely arranged on two sides of the second bottom plate 42, and on the same side, the second side plates 43 are positioned between the first side plates 22 and the center line of the opening 11, namely, a gap is formed between the second side plates 43 and the first side plates 22; the two curved plates 44 are symmetrically disposed on the second bottom plate 42 about the center line of the opening 11, and one end of the curved plate 44, which is not connected to the second bottom plate 42, is disposed on the second side plate 43, so that a track groove 41 is formed between the second bottom plate 42 and the two curved plates 44. Wherein the width of the track groove 41 is adapted to the thickness of the wheels 5 of the pilot chair to ensure that the wheels 5 are able to slide in the track groove 41.

Afterwards, the wheels 5 slide along the sliding track in the track grooves 41, the wheels 5 drive the connecting piece 10 and the seat to move, and simultaneously drive the wheel cover plate 8 and the whole limiting assembly 6 to move together, and the third side plate 82 of the wheel cover plate 8 moves between the first side plate 22 and the second side plate 43, so as to ensure that the wheel cover plate 8 cannot deviate in the moving process.
When the driving chair moves to the preset position, the driving chair does not slide any more; the limiting piece 64 is released, so that the L-shaped limiting rod 61 is automatically inserted into the limiting clamping groove 431 under the action of the elastic force of the elastic piece 63, and the driving chair is further fixed at the position; when the driver seat is required to be moved, the L-shaped limit lever 61 is pulled away from the cover plate 81 by pulling the operating lever 65, and at this time, the L-shaped limit lever 61 is positioned above the limit clamping groove 431 and is not in contact with the second side plate 43, the elastic member 63 is compressed, and the movement of the L-shaped limit lever 61 is limited by the limiting member 64, so that the L-shaped limit lever 61 is maintained at a position not in contact with the second side plate 43.
Finally, the sliding of the driving chair is carried out according to the process.
