As is known, the size of the volume of the rear cavity of the speaker has a large influence on the low-frequency performance of the sound box, and specifically, the larger the volume of the rear cavity of the speaker is, the better the low-frequency performance of the sound box is. However, in the prior art, the volume utilization rate of the sound box is not high, and taking a SoundBar sound box as an example, the volume occupation ratio of the rear cavity of the loudspeaker in the sound box is small, so that the low-frequency performance of the sound box is not ideal.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a sound box, which is used for solving the problem that the volume of a rear cavity of a loudspeaker in the sound box is small in the prior art.

the loudspeakers are arranged in the corresponding mounting holes;
and the additional sound cavity is positioned in the accommodating space and corresponds to the loudspeaker, and is communicated with the corresponding rear cavity of the loudspeaker.
According to the loudspeaker box provided by the invention, the loudspeaker is arranged on the mounting plate of the bottom shell, the rear cavity of the loudspeaker is formed in the bottom shell, the additional sound cavity communicated with the rear cavity of the loudspeaker is additionally arranged in the accommodating space formed by the enclosure of the cover body and the bottom shell, and the originally idle space in the loudspeaker box is utilized, so that the volume of the rear cavity of the loudspeaker is obviously increased under the condition that the whole volume of the loudspeaker box is not changed, and the volume ratio of the rear cavity of the loudspeaker in the loudspeaker box is improved. And the increase of the volume of the rear cavity of the loudspeaker enables the low-frequency performance of the sound box to be optimized and improved, and meanwhile, the low-frequency distortion of the sound box can be reduced.
Optionally, the speaker is a single speaker, and the rear cavity is formed between the rear end of the single speaker and the bottom case.
Optionally, an additional cover plate is included, and the additional cover plate is fixedly arranged on the bottom shell and cooperates with the bottom shell to define the additional sound cavity.
Optionally, a sound guide channel is arranged on one side, facing the bottom shell, of the additional cover plate, one end of the sound guide channel is communicated with the additional sound cavity, and the other end of the sound guide channel is communicated with the outside.

the loudspeaker comprises a bottom shell 1 and a cover body 2 which covers the bottom shell 1 and is fixedly connected with the bottom shell 1, wherein the bottom shell 1 comprises a mounting plate 11, the mounting plate 11 and the cover body 2 are matched to enclose an accommodating space, and the mounting plate 11 is provided with a mounting hole for mounting a loudspeaker 3; a rear cavity 12 of the speaker 3 is formed in the bottom case 1, as shown in fig. 3;
the loudspeaker 3 is arranged in the corresponding mounting hole;
an additional sound chamber 4 located in the receiving space and corresponding to the loudspeaker 3, the additional sound chamber 4 communicating with the rear chamber 12 of the corresponding loudspeaker 3.

The cover body 2 is a sound outlet surface of the sound box, and obviously, a plurality of sound outlet holes are densely distributed, for example: the cover body 2 is of a mesh enclosure structure, as shown in fig. 4.
Specifically, when the speaker 3 is arranged, as shown in fig. 5, in an alternative technical solution, the speaker 3 is a single speaker, and the rear cavity 12 is formed between the rear end of the single speaker and the bottom case 1.
Compare from taking the casing in loudspeaker 3, form rear chamber 12 in the casing from taking, then install the audio amplifier on the drain pan 1 again, form rear chamber 12 between the free rear end of speaker is direct and the drain pan 1 in this embodiment, and rear chamber 12's limitation is littleer, and the volume is bigger to can further increase rear chamber 12's volume.
In an optional technical solution, the sound box includes an additional cover plate 5, where the additional cover plate 5 is fixedly disposed on the bottom case 1, and cooperates with the bottom case 1 to define an additional sound cavity 4. In particular, the additional cover plate 5 may be provided on the mounting plate 11 of the bottom shell 1, for example: and is connected with the mounting plate 11 through bolts.
Alternatively, the additional cover 5 may be formed integrally with the bottom case 1 in order to maximize the volume of the rear cavity 3 of the speaker 3.
The additional sound cavity 4 is located in the accommodating space formed by enclosing the bottom shell 1 and the cover body 2, and the additional cover plate 5 is directly arranged on the bottom shell 1 to form an additional sound box, so that the volume of the additional sound cavity 4 is as large as possible, and the volume of the rear cavity 12 of the loudspeaker 3 is as large as possible.
Compared with the sound boxes with the same specification in the prior art, the volume of the back cavity 12 of the loudspeaker 3 of the sound box provided by the embodiment is increased by about one fourth, and the low frequency of the sound box can extend to the low frequency by about one octave (the sound boxes have different structures and are slightly different); meanwhile, since the rear cavity 12 is directly formed between the rear end of the speaker unit and the bottom case 1 in this embodiment, compared with the speaker 3 with a case, the structure of the rear cavity 12 is formed, so that the installation space is saved, and more possibilities are provided for the model selection of the speaker 3, for example: a larger diameter speaker 3 may be selected. Therefore, the sound box provided by the embodiment improves the whole acoustic system architecture, and the sound box is promoted and optimized in each level. For example: the sound box provided by the embodiment can submerge the original 200Hz response to 100Hz, and the sound box with larger volume can improve more low-frequency submerging space.
In a specific implementation manner, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, a sound guide channel 51 is provided on a side of the additional cover plate 5 facing the bottom case 1, and one end of the sound guide channel 51 is communicated with the additional sound cavity 4 and the other end is communicated with the outside.
The sound guide channel 51 is directly integrated on the inner side of the additional cover plate 5, so that the installation space of the sound guide channel 51 is saved, and the utilization rate of the space in the sound box is further improved. Meanwhile, the low-frequency response width can be better improved by utilizing the acoustic radiation principle of the acoustic leading sound channel 51; meanwhile, by extending the low frequency, the low frequency distortion is optimized, and abnormal conditions caused by the low frequency distortion in the music playback process are improved.
When the sectional shape of the speaker is circular, the sound guide channel 51 integrated on the additional cover plate 5 can also effectively utilize the narrow space of the speaker, thereby improving the space utilization rate of the speaker.
Optionally, the end of the sound-guiding channel 51 communicating with the outside (i.e. the air outlet of the sound-guiding channel) is located further away from the corresponding loudspeaker 3 than the end communicating with the additional sound chamber 4, so as to reduce the influence of the air flow on the performance of the loudspeaker 3.
As an alternative, it is also possible to change the sound-conducting channel 51 to a radiator (i.e. a pseudo-diaphragm design) according to the principles of acoustic design.
As shown in fig. 8, a side of the additional cover 5 facing away from the bottom case 1 may be formed with a terrace portion 52, and functional devices and the like may be disposed on the terrace portion 52.
Electronic components such as functional devices are isolated outside the acoustic cavity, so that the larger volume of the acoustic cavity is ensured; of course, electronic components such as functional devices may be placed in the acoustic cavity according to the operation requirements.
In order to make the sound production effect of the sound box better, in an optional technical scheme, the sound box comprises two loudspeakers 3 which are arranged at intervals.
When specifically arranged, the additional cover plates 5 corresponding to the two speakers 3 may be located between the two speakers 3, and the platform portions 52 of the two additional cover plates 5 cooperate to provide a larger supporting surface, which is more convenient for installation of the functional device. For example: the control circuit board of the cabinet may be provided on the platform portion 52 of the two additional cover plates 5.
In order to make the sound and light effect of the sound box good, as shown in fig. 9, in a specific implementation manner, the sound box may include a decorative lamp assembly 6, and the decorative lamp assembly 6 may also be disposed on the platform portion 52 of the additional cover plate 5; the cover body 2 is provided with a light outlet 21 corresponding to the decorative lamp assembly 6. Optionally, the decorative light assembly 6 includes a lamp panel 61 and a light guide plate 62 opposite the lamp panel 61.
As shown in fig. 10, the sound box may have a column structure, for example: the sound box can be a bar-shaped sound box with a cylindrical structure or a prismatic structure; when a plurality of speakers 3 are included, the plurality of speakers 3 are arranged at intervals in the axial direction of the cabinet. For example: the loudspeaker box can be a SoundBar loudspeaker box.

Claims (11)

1. An acoustic enclosure, comprising:
the loudspeaker comprises a bottom shell and a cover body which covers the bottom shell and is fixedly connected with the bottom shell, wherein the bottom shell comprises a mounting plate, the mounting plate and the cover body are matched to enclose an accommodating space, and mounting holes for mounting a loudspeaker are formed in the mounting plate and the cover body; a rear cavity of the loudspeaker is formed in the bottom shell;
the loudspeakers are arranged in the corresponding mounting holes;
and the additional sound cavity is positioned in the accommodating space and corresponds to the loudspeaker, and is communicated with the corresponding rear cavity of the loudspeaker.
2. An acoustic enclosure according to claim 1, wherein the speaker is a single speaker unit, and the rear cavity is formed between a rear end of the single speaker unit and the bottom case.
3. The acoustic enclosure of claim 2, comprising an additional cover plate secured to the bottom enclosure and cooperating with the bottom enclosure to define the additional acoustic chamber.
4. A sound box according to claim 3, wherein a sound guiding channel is provided on a side of the additional cover plate facing the bottom case, one end of the sound guiding channel is connected to the additional sound cavity, and the other end is connected to the outside.
5. An acoustic enclosure according to claim 4, wherein the end of the sound-guiding channel communicating with the outside is further away from the corresponding loudspeaker than the end communicating with the additional cavity.
6. An acoustic enclosure according to claim 3, wherein a face of the additional cover plate facing away from the bottom enclosure is formed with a platform portion.
7. An acoustic enclosure according to any one of claims 1 to 6, comprising two of the loudspeakers spaced apart.
8. An acoustic enclosure according to claim 7, wherein an additional cover plate corresponding to two of the loudspeakers is located between the two loudspeakers.
9. The acoustic enclosure of claim 8, comprising a control circuit board disposed on the platform portion of the additional cover plate.
10. The acoustic enclosure of claim 8, comprising a decorative light assembly disposed on the platform portion of the additional cover panel;
the cover body is provided with a light outlet corresponding to the decorative lamp component.
11. An acoustic enclosure according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the acoustic enclosure is of a cylindrical configuration, and when comprising a plurality of the loudspeakers, the plurality of loudspeakers are spaced apart along the axis of the acoustic enclosure.
