Description
Technical Field
The present invention provides a large Tent Frame (Big Tent Frame) which is easy to operate and use, more particularly, a Frame (framework) of the large Tent is divided into an upper Frame and a lower Frame, the upper Frame forms a top component by using the structure of the existing automatic folding Tent pole, the lower Frame for lifting the upper Frame is formed by a manual assembly type pillar (post) structure which is inserted and aligned along the longitudinal direction by a plurality of short poles with short length, and the upper and lower components are combined by a single joint to form a combined large Tent Frame.
Background
A known one-button type automatic tent is a structure of a tent in which a frame is folded or unfolded with a minimum volume, like an automatic umbrella, and is applied to a one-button type (automatic folding type) dome type tent.
The one-button Dome (Dome) tent is constructed such that all poles are folded in a W-shape or M-shape like an umbrella when the tent is folded by a circular Center Head (Center Head) located at the Center of the upper end of the tent frame, and poles (Pole) formed of several poles radially gathered at the Center Head, and hinges formed between the poles of each Pole.
Such one-button dome type tents are widely used as a framework of small (1-2 people) dome tents since they can be easily folded and unfolded like a general automatic umbrella.
As related prior art of the one-touch dome tent, there are known utility model publication No. 20-1991-.
Although the above prior art is convenient in that the tent frame can be simply folded and unfolded by the folding poles radially connected to the center head, it has a problem in that it is limited to be used only for a small dome tent because the frame is weak.
In recent years, with the trend of camping on a house-by-house basis, the size of a tent has been gradually increased, and in the tent industry, the product specifications have been changed from small to large.
With the advent of the private car age, one of the living landscapes that has become spotlighted is the choice of car accommodation camping and car camping that attach large tents to cars.
In the camping of the automobile and the camping of the vehicle, most people and family use the large-scale living room tent with the movable and dining inside. Therefore, the tent for camping on an automobile tends to be larger in size in a living room type in which the tent is freely movable, as compared with a simple tent for sleeping (lodging). Therefore, it is necessary to develop a large tent which can secure a wide space in which a user can conveniently move in a standing posture inside the tent while following the unfolding (spreading) plane area of the one-touch tent.
There are many problems to be overcome if the above-described known frame structure of the small one-button dome tent is to be applied to a large tent.
In other words, if the frame structure of the conventional 2-3 people mini-tent is applied to a large tent capable of accommodating at least 5 people or more, the length of the pole must be extended, and if the number of the poles of the mini-tent is 2, the number of the poles of the large tent must be extended to 5 or more, and the large tent can be provided only by increasing the length of the pole to a large extent.
The length of the extension bar can be enlarged along with the expansion of the expansion flat area of the tent, but the automatic folding large tent cannot support the whole load of the automatic folding large tent with the increased number of lifting joints for a long time, and has the weak point that the automatic folding large tent cannot bear strong wind.
Another problem is that it is difficult to unfold or fold a large tent, especially when folding a folding frame with a large number of sections, the poles cannot be folded tightly, but are folded to have a certain space, and the space is generated, so that the folded tent becomes large in size, heavy in weight, and hard for one person to bear, and therefore, there is a problem that it is very inconvenient to package, carry and carry.
Further, if the frame (the bar folded in the W shape) having a large volume due to the increase in the number of nodes is put into the storage bag in a folded state together with the curtain (the canopy), the bar may be scratched or the storage bag may be damaged.

Disclosure of Invention
It is an object of the present invention to improve and utilize the frame construction of a one-touch automatic tent to provide a large tent that is easy to operate and use.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a combination type pole for a tent, characterized in that a frame (framework) of the tent is divided into an upper frame for a roof and a lower frame for a post, the upper frame of the tent is formed in a structure of an automatic folding pole like an automatic umbrella, and a roof constituting body is formed; the lower frame is formed by a manual assembly type supporting column structure which inserts a plurality of short rods into alignment along the longitudinal direction, so that the disassembly and the assembly are convenient; the combined tent frame is formed by integrally combining the upper frame of the automatic folding structure and the lower frame of the manual assembling structure, so that even if the unfolding plane area of the one-button tent is wide, the folding volume is small, the operation such as transportation and storage is easy, and the movement in the tent is convenient.
In order to achieve the above object, the combined large tent frame of the present invention is characterized by comprising the following components in combination: an upper frame which mounts a plurality of automatically folding rods radially at a center head; a joint port which is connected and assembled at the lower end part of each rod; and a manually assembled lower frame inserted into and connected to a lower end of the mouthpiece and composed of a plurality of joint struts.
After the joint struts are inserted into the lower holes of the joints connected to the lower ends of the upper frames, the lower frames are assembled by connecting and connecting the plurality of joint struts at the lower ends thereof.
The awning is assembled on the assembled upper and lower frames, and then sleeves (sleeve) or coupling rings attached to the respective coupling parts are hung on the corresponding frames to assemble the tent completed body.
On each rod of the upper frame, a joint connection part is formed with a hinge configured to be extended long or folded in a W shape.
When the tent is folded, several sections of the poles constituting the lower frame are separated and detached one by one, and the upper frame is elastically folded by pressing the hinge portions of the one-key folding type poles. Since the lower frame separated from the mouthpiece is separated into several pieces, the volume of the fold is also small. The upper and lower frames are put together or separated into separate bags for transportation and storage.
Effects of the invention
According to the present invention, the one-touch upper frame forms the top structure, so that the top structure in a state where the lower structure is disassembled can be quickly and easily assembled or folded, and the lower frame is a multi-stage manual connection assembly assembled by insertion alignment, so that the assembly or the separation disassembly can be easily performed without difficulty.
In addition, the lower frame formed by inserting and aligning the plurality of short rods can realize the function of a firm lower half part, the length can be easily adjusted, and the lower frame can be effectively applied to the large-scale of the one-button tent with the firm lower half part.
Since the separate one-key folding type upper and lower frames can be disassembled separately and managed separately or stored together, it is possible to improve the operability by weight dispersion of the folded combined tent, and to easily install and disassemble even if the unfolded flat area of the large tent is wide.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, the technical configuration and embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, which are made on the basis of preferred embodiments of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the frame structure of the large tent according to the present invention is characterized in that the structure of the combined frame dedicated to the large tent comprises the following components: an upper frame 10 of an automatic folding structure forming a tent top, a lower frame 20 of a multi-section combined column forming a tent, and a connecting port 30 connected between the upper and lower constituting bodies for integrally connecting the upper and lower frames 10, 20.
The upper frame 10 is used as a top structure of the large tent of the present invention.
The top construct is centrally installed at the upper portion thereof with a center head 1 having a circular main body, to which respective rods 2 are coupled in a plurality of rod coupling grooves formed around the circumference thereof to be easily folded and unfolded. The segments of the rod 2 are connected by hinges 3 and are folded in a zigzag manner.
The rods 2 connected to the periphery of the center head 1 are formed by long connecting rod members 2a and 2b having a plurality of equally divided lengths, and the free ends 4 of the rods 2 are inserted into upper holes of the adaptor ports 3 described below.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the upper frame 10 of the present invention is used as a top construction of a large tent, but does not have legs (poles) for firmly supporting the top at the bottom.
Therefore, the lower frame 20 is connected and installed to serve as a support for firmly supporting the bottom of the top structure.
The lower frame 20 is a combination of sectional legs 21 equally dividing the entire length of the leg a, and is formed by connecting a plurality of short sectional-type sectional legs 21 for long use, and each sectional leg 21 is formed with a bolt head 22 at its upper end and a hole 23 formed at its lower end for inserting the bolt head 22, and is assembled by male-female (male, female) connection.
The strut a, which is extended longer by the male and female type coupling structure, must be strong and not bent to be deformed. Therefore, the poles a of the lower frame 20 are formed of a pipe body thicker than the poles 2 of the upper frame 10, thereby realizing a strong pole function for lifting the entire load of the large tent.
If necessary, an elastic pin functioning as a stopper may be attached to the connection and engagement portion of each of the support columns 21 to fix the engagement state of the pipe bodies on both sides so as not to be arbitrarily separated.
In this way, the upper frame 10 functioning as the top of the large tent and the lower frame 20 functioning as the support pole (post) are connected and connected to each other through the connection ports 30 to form a single body, and the upper, middle and lower portions are independently separated from each other when the tent is disassembled.
The adaptor 30 is formed with upper and lower engaging holes 31, 32 in the form of socket pipes, the free end 4 of the rod 2 is inserted into the upper hole 31, and the head 22 of the upper end of the support is inserted into the lower hole 32.
Since the rods 2 of the upper frame 10 only need to bear the weight of the top awning, the thickness of the rods is formed by a small diameter. In contrast, the pillar a of the lower frame needs to bear the entire weight of the upper roof structure, the canopy, and the like, while also being subjected to strong wind from various directions, and therefore needs to be constituted by a large-diameter pipe body that is more rigid than the rod 2.
The adapter port 30 of the present invention is used to connect the free end 4 of the rod 2 and the upper end of the post a, and the rod engaging portion and the post engaging portion are formed integrally at an obtuse angle.
It is necessary that the pole coupling portions and the post (pole) coupling portions form an obtuse angle at the coupling ports 30 so that the poles 2 are arched upward without sagging even by the weight of the awning when the assembled tent is installed.
It is also within the technical scope of the present invention that the mouthpiece 30 has a flow member at the middle portion of the main body so as to be movable according to the installation angle or the inclination angle of the upper and lower frames when the tent is installed.
Fig. 3 shows an example of a combined tent in which poles 2 are unfolded, poles 2 and poles a are connected by means of connectors 30 after assembling poles a, and poles for a one-button type combined tent are assembled, and a canopy is installed on a frame for a combined tent.
Preferably, the bar 2 and the uprights a are selected from aluminium, general metals, duralumin and synthetic resins.
In folding the large tent, after the poles a are detached and disassembled first, the upper one-touch folding type pole is folded to minimize the unfolded plane area. Since the poles are separated from the tent body, the weight of the poles is reduced, so that the one-touch folding type pole becomes light and the folding volume becomes small. The disassembled one-touch folding type bar and the support are put into a bag together or into different bags respectively, thereby being conveniently carried and kept.
