When the first breaking wheel 4 and the second breaking wheel 22 break the wall and the wall has been opened and the wall reaches a suitable depth, the electromagnetic valve in the exhaust pipe 27 is closed, the exhaust pipe 27 is in a closed state, the air pressure value detected by the air pressure sensor is stable and does not change any more, the cutting motor continues to drive the first breaking wheel 4 and the second breaking wheel 22 to rotate and cut the wall, meanwhile, the stepping motor 12 starts to drive the first breaking wheel 4 to move up and down to break the wall, the driving motor 18 starts to drive the second breaking wheel 22 to move left and right to break the top of the wall, meanwhile, the air pump 32 starts to recover dust and impurities falling from the wall, and the dust and the impurities are filtered through the filter plate 34 and the internal filter holes 35, so that the situation that the air is full of the impurities and dust, and the influence on the surrounding environment and the health of constructors is avoided.

When the wall body is dismantled under the combined action of the first breaking-in wheel 4 and the second breaking-in wheel 22, if the cutting heights and widths of the first breaking-in wheel 4 and the second breaking-in wheel 22 are overlapped, the wall body can be broken-in at one time, meanwhile, the wall body is prevented from directly toppling over and further causing a safety accident by virtue of the fixed clamping protection effect of the suction disc 30 and the damping air bag 26, the wall body is stably placed between the suction disc 30 and the damping air bag 26 at the moment, the stability and the reliability of the device are greatly improved, when the cutting heights and widths of the first breaking-in wheel 4 and the second breaking-in wheel 22 are not crossed, the first breaking-in wheel 4 and the second breaking-in wheel 22 are at non-breaking positions in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction, namely so-called breaking dead angles, and when the first breaking-in wheel 4 and the second breaking-in wheel 22 reach the maximum breaking-in height and breaking width, the distance between the positioning plate 5 and the wall body needs to be further reduced, the first breaking wheel 4 and the second breaking wheel 22 are further extended into the wall, the cutting radius of the first breaking wheel 4 and the second breaking wheel 22 is larger, the height and the width which can be cut are increased, and therefore the situation that the wall is not completely cut and part of connection conditions still exist is guaranteed.
The controller increases the air suction degree of the air suction pump 32 at the moment, so the air suction force of the air suction pump 32 is larger, the electromagnetic valve is opened, the passage of the air suction pipe 27 is opened, at the moment, due to the increase of the air suction force, the filter plate 34 can stretch the connecting spring 36 to move towards the end of the air suction pump 32, the filter plate 34 can drive the positioning plate 5 to extrude the damping air bag 26 through the air suction pipe 27 and move towards the wall end under the clamping action of the wedge-shaped clamping block 40 and the clamping groove 39 when moving, at the moment, the gas in the damping air bag 26 reaches the inside of the air suction pipe 27 along the air suction opening 29 and is discharged into the impurity suction box 31, the gap between the positioning plate 5 and the wall is reduced, the depth of the first breaking and dismantling wheel 4 and the second breaking and dismantling wheel 22 penetrating into the wall is increased, the breaking radius of the first breaking and dismantling wheel 4 and the second breaking wheel 22 is increased, the cutting height and the cutting width of the wall are increased, and therefore, the wall can be further cut through the driving of the stepping motor 12 and the driving motor 18, thereby avoiding incomplete cutting.
When the first breaking-in wheel 4 and the second breaking-in wheel 22 reach the proper depth, the controller controls the air extracting pump 32 not to increase the air extracting force, the electromagnetic valve is closed, the whole device is in a stable cutting state at the moment, and the gap between the positioning plate 5 and the wall body can be changed through the change of the air extracting force of the air extracting pump 32, meanwhile, the filter plate 34 and dust impurities blocked in the filter holes 35 can be cleared, the cleaning performance of the device is further improved, and the device is ensured to be in a stable and efficient impurity absorbing effect.
When the cutting is finished and the wall is completely broken, the two sides of the wall are respectively positioned between the suction cup 30 and the damping air bag 26, further, the danger of collapse and the like can not occur, and at the same time, the controller controls the air pump 32 to stop, and the electromagnetic valve is opened, therefore, the wedge-shaped sliding block 42 can restore to the original position in the groove 38 under the action of the pulling force of the return spring 41, the extrusion force on the wedge-shaped clamping block 40 is cancelled when the wedge-shaped sliding block 42 restores to the original position, the wedge-shaped clamping block 40 reversely moves under the action of the return pulling force of the extension spring and is separated from the clamping groove 39, the air suction pipe 27 is separated from the clamping connection, at the moment, only the positioning block 5 needs to be reversely moved, the suction pipe 27 is pulled out from the suction box 31 and the connection pipe 28, the air bag 26 is restored to its original shape under the atmospheric pressure and the suction port 29, the suction cup 30 is separated from the removed wall or the wall which is not removed, and the removed wall is recovered to be restored to its original shape.

positioning plates are arranged on two sides of the top of the bottom plate and two sides of the bottom of the top support, a damping air bag is arranged on the other side of the positioning plates, air exhaust pipes are arranged in the damping air bag, and a plurality of groups of air exhaust ports are uniformly arranged in the damping air bag in an array mode;
the other side of the wall body is uniformly provided with a plurality of groups of gettering boxes in an array mode, one side, away from the wall body, of each gettering box is provided with an air pump, one side, close to the wall body, of each gettering box is provided with an electromagnetic box door, two groups of connecting pipes are symmetrically arranged on one side of each gettering box, suckers are arranged at the other ends of the connecting pipes, a plurality of groups of connecting springs are symmetrically arranged inside each gettering box, a filter plate is arranged at the other end of each connecting spring, a butt joint hole is formed inside each filter plate, the other end of each air suction pipe sequentially penetrates through the damping airbag, the wall body, the connecting pipes and the gettering boxes, a plurality of groups of clamping grooves are uniformly arranged on one side, close to the butt joint hole, of each air suction pipe in an array mode, the butt joint hole is clamped and fixed with the clamping grooves through an air suction fixing component, an air pressure sensor is arranged inside each air suction pipe, and a port, away from one side of the positioning plate, of each air suction pipe is provided with an electromagnetic valve;
when the first breaking-in wheel and the second breaking-in wheel are started to work, the air pump pumps gas in the shock absorption air bag and drives the positioning plate to move towards the wall body end, the controller controls the electromagnetic valve to be closed, and when the wall body vibration degree is larger than the shock absorption buffering capacity of the shock absorption air bag, the shock absorption air bag drives the positioning plate to rock and drives the filter plate to move through the air exhaust pipe; when the wall body appears brokenly tearing open the dead angle, controller control solenoid opens just the increase of aspiration pump suction, the shock attenuation gasbag volume reduces, the locating plate drives first brokenly to tear open the wheel and the broken wheel of tearing open of second removes the broken degree of tearing open of increase to the wall body end.

The device for safely dismantling a wall body with a human body protection function according to claim 1, wherein the first driving device comprises a lifting plate, the lifting plate is located at the inner horizontal center of the supporting frame, two sides of the supporting frame are vertically provided with sliding grooves penetrating through the side walls of the supporting frame, two sides of the lifting plate are respectively provided with a sliding rod having one end penetrating through the sliding grooves, one end opposite to the two sliding rods is respectively provided with a mounting frame, one side of the mounting frame is detachably connected with the cutting motor, the bottom center of the lifting plate is vertically provided with a first lead screw having one end penetrating through the lifting plate through a threaded sleeve, one end of the extending section of the first lead screw is rotatably connected with the inner wall of the top of the supporting frame, the other end of the extending section is rotatably connected with the top of the bottom plate, one side of the mounting frame is provided with a moving block, one side of the moving block is provided with a first electric telescopic rod, the output end of the first electric telescopic rod is fixedly connected with the cutting motor through a bolt.

The wall safety dismantling device with human body protection function as claimed in claim 2, wherein the elastic coefficient of the return spring is smaller than that of the connecting spring, and when the first breaking-in wheel is located at the maximum height, the maximum breaking-in radius of the first breaking-in wheel is larger than the height difference between the center of the first breaking-in wheel and the center of the second breaking-in wheel; when the second break-in wheel is positioned at one side end part, the maximum break-in radius of the second break-in wheel is larger than the width difference from the center of the second break-in wheel to the center of the first break-in wheel.

The device for safely dismantling a wall body with a human body protection function as claimed in claim 5, wherein a sliding plate slidably connected with the side wall of the supporting frame is provided at a side of the mounting frame close to the supporting frame, a supporting frame is provided at a side of the top of the bottom plate, and a side of the supporting frame is connected with the side wall of the supporting frame.
