when the sealing cover (13) moves downwards, the piezoelectric ceramic (15) can be impacted, the piezoelectric ceramic (15) can generate instantaneous current and is conducted to the electromagnet (16), the electromagnet (16) generates instantaneous suction to attract the conductive block (19) upwards, when the conductive block (19) moves upwards, two sides of the conductive block (19) are in contact with the two third connectors (18) to enable the current to be communicated, and after the electromagnet (16) loses suction, the conductive block (19) can slowly move downwards under the influence of friction force of the two third connectors (18) to finally release the release of the third connectors (18), so that a time-delay electrifying process is realized.
