The invention discloses a spray valve and a spray device for metallization of the surface of a 5G filter, and the spray valve and the spray device comprise a valve body, a firing pin, a piston, a slurry inlet, a metal slurry nozzle and an atomization spray head, wherein the piston is fixed at the upper part of the firing pin, the valve body is provided with an air inlet channel and an air exhaust channel, the piston and the firing pin reciprocate in the valve body under the action of air pressure, a sealing assembly is arranged between the firing pin and the valve body, the slurry inlet is arranged at the lower part of the valve body, the bottom of the valve body is detachably provided with a switching block with a central hole, the metal slurry nozzle is detachably assembled at the bottom of the switching block, the bottom end of the firing pin penetrates through the central hole and extends into the metal slurry nozzle, the atomization spray head is assembled outside the metal slurry nozzle, and the side wall of the metal slurry nozzle is uniformly provided with a plurality of guide grooves. The spray valve has compact structure, small volume and stable and reliable operation; and the atomization effect is good, the spraying amount of the slurry is convenient to adjust, the control precision is high, and the metal slurry is saved.

With the advent of the 5G era, 5G communication products such as a filter industry are rapidly developed. 4) accurate spraying can be achieved, so that metal slurry is saved when the spraying device is used, and the processing cost is reduced.

Referring to fig. 1 to 4, in the present embodiment, a spray valve for metallizing a surface of a 5G filter includes a valve body 1, a plunger 2, a piston 3, a slurry inlet 4, a metal slurry nozzle 5 and an atomizer 6, a central cavity is disposed in the valve body 1, the piston 3 is disposed on an upper portion of the plunger 2 and is of an integral structure, an upper section of the central cavity is a piston cavity 7, the piston 3 is located in the piston cavity 7, the valve body 1 is provided with an air inlet passage and an air outlet passage, the piston 3 and the plunger 2 reciprocate in the central cavity under the action of air pressure, a sealing assembly 8 is disposed between the plunger 2 and the central cavity, the slurry inlet 4 is disposed on a lower portion of the valve body 1, a adapter block 9 having a central hole is detachably disposed at the bottom of the valve body 1 through a bolt, an external thread is disposed at the bottom end of the adapter block 9, an internal thread is disposed at the bottom end of the central hole of the adapter block 9, the upper end of metal thick liquids nozzle 5 is fixed in the bottom of centre bore through the external screw thread, the bottom of firing pin 2 passes the centre bore of switching piece 9 and stretches into in metal thick liquids nozzle 5, the tail end of atomizer 6 is provided with round boss 10, coupling nut's bottom inwards extends has the spacing face of round, coupling nut 11 assembles on the external screw thread of switching piece 9 bottom and compresses tightly boss 10 in the bottom surface of switching piece 9 through spacing face to this assembles atomizer 6 outside metal thick liquids nozzle 5.
The metal slurry nozzle 5 comprises a large cylindrical section 50, a small cylindrical section 51, a conical section 52 and a conical nozzle head 53 which are sequentially and concentrically arranged from top to bottom, the outer diameter of the large cylindrical section 50 is larger than that of the small cylindrical section 51, a plurality of diversion trenches 54 for uniformly cutting supplied atomizing air are uniformly distributed on the side wall of the large cylindrical section 50, the atomizing nozzle 6 comprises an atomizing cylindrical section 60 matched with the large cylindrical section 50 and an atomizing conical section 61 matched with the conical section 52, the diversion trenches 54 and the inner wall of the atomizing cylindrical section 60 form a channel for cutting the atomizing air, so that the supplied atomizing air is uniformly cut, the air pressure distribution in each part of the cavity of the atomizing nozzle is uniform, and the atomizing effect is achieved through the Venturi principle.
