一种数据处理方法和装置、图像信号处理器、可移动平台，从预设的搜索区间中确定第一量化参数，获取所述第一量化参数对应的码率(101)；基于所述第一量化参数对应的码率更新所述搜索区间，更新后的搜索区间为更新前的搜索区间的一个子区间(102)；基于更新后的搜索区间确定目标量化参数，所述目标量化参数对应的码率小于或等于预设码率(103)。
