Having described the general principles of the invention, reference will now be made in detail to various non-limiting embodiments of the invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings.
Example one
Referring to fig. 1, the present invention provides a method for improving the efficiency of consultation and inquiry of a pediatrician, wherein the method is applied to a system for improving the efficiency of consultation and inquiry of the pediatrician, and the method specifically comprises the following steps:
step S100: obtaining a first on-line appointment table;
particularly, the method for improving the efficiency of the consultation and inquiry of the pediatrician is applied to the system for improving the efficiency of the consultation and inquiry of the pediatrician, and can provide reference opinions and lay a good foundation for follow-up consultation and inquiry of the pediatrician by performing intelligent pre-diagnosis in advance based on the condition of an illness of an infant and establishing communication with the infant through inquiry in advance. The first-line appointment visiting table is filled by a guardian of the infant patient and used for reserving the visiting hospital in advance and providing basic information of the infant patient to relevant personnel of the hospital, such as a main doctor, a guide nurse and the like. In order to ensure accurate diagnosis, the table should be filled in detail, including the age, sex, discomfort, duration, medical history of the infant patient, and related information about whether the infant patient took a doctor or a medicine. Through obtaining the first-line appointment table, the technical effects of knowing the disease condition of the infant in advance, initially evaluating and providing information basis for follow-up system intelligent pre-diagnosis are achieved.
Step S200: obtaining first basic information of a first target visiting user according to the first on-line appointment visiting table, wherein the first basic information comprises first discomfort characteristics of the first target visiting user;
specifically, the first target visit user is the infant patient who is scheduled to visit. By means of the first-line appointment table, the age, the sex, the discomfort condition, the duration and the medical record condition of the infant patient and relevant information such as medical treatment and medicine taking are determined. Further, the system for improving the efficiency of consultation and inquiry of the pediatricians intelligently extracts the sick characteristics of the children in the table to form the first discomfort characteristics. Wherein the first discomfort characteristic comprises characteristic information of discomfort parts, discomfort duration, possible causes and the like of the infant. Through extracting the first discomfort characteristic, the technical effect of providing a data basis for the follow-up system to carry out the pre-diagnosis through the intelligent pre-diagnosis model is achieved.
Step S300: constructing an intelligent pre-diagnosis model according to the historical diagnosis receiving cases;
step S400: inputting the first unsuitable characteristic into the intelligent pre-diagnosis model to obtain a first pre-diagnosis result;
specifically, according to the case information of the historical diagnosis, the intelligent pre-diagnosis model can be constructed based on the disease types corresponding to different discomfort characteristics. And taking the first discomfort characteristic extracted from the appointment table on the first line as input information, and obtaining a disease condition obtained by corresponding intelligent matching through the intelligent pre-diagnosis model, namely the first pre-diagnosis result. Wherein the first prognosis result includes a plurality of diseases having the first discomfort characteristic. For example, if the child has a long-term cough and the discomfort characteristic is the cough, the duration is long, and the first pre-diagnosis result matched correspondingly may include common cold, influenza, bronchitis and the like. By obtaining the first pre-diagnosis result, the range of disease diagnosis of the first target clinic user is reduced, and meanwhile, reference opinions are provided for diagnosis of a pediatrician.
Step S500: inquiring the first target seeing-doctor user according to the first pre-diagnosis result to obtain a first inquiry result;
specifically, after the first pre-diagnosis result is obtained based on the intelligent pre-diagnosis model, the nurse is guided to firstly preliminarily know the illness state of the infant by reading the first pre-diagnosis result, and then simply communicate with the infant and a monitor accompanying the infant based on the actual condition of the infant, and timely reward and encourage the infant to preliminarily inquire the illness state of the infant to obtain the first inquiry result. Wherein, because the infant is young, and the mind is not mature enough, guide nurse and communicate with the infant through gentle intonation, can relax the infant body and mind, avoid appearing uncoordinated, the resistance phenomenon during follow-up inquiry to influence doctor's efficiency of consulting. Furthermore, the system for improving the efficiency of the visit and the inquiry of the pediatrician can record the information obtained by the inquiry of the guide nurse in words and voices, and synchronize the recorded information to the corresponding position in the system for the related medical staff to know.
Through guiding nurse to communicate in advance, the goal of establishing good communication atmosphere and basic confidence with the infant is achieved, meanwhile, the system automatically acquires inquiry results and carries out synchronous recording, the information of the infant is shared among related medical care personnel, and the technical effect of providing a foundation for follow-up consultation and inquiry of pediatricians is achieved.
Step S600: judging the grade of the first inquiry result by using a preset triage standard to obtain a first triage grade;
specifically, the hospital determines the preset triage standard after analysis according to the historical examination receiving condition. The objective evaluation and grading of the illness state of the first target diagnosis user are realized through the preset diagnosis dividing standard, so that the first diagnosis dividing grade is obtained. For example, for children with complicated and serious conditions, the diagnosis and treatment are determined as the first-level triage, and then doctors with exquisite medical skills, abundant clinical experience and high matching degree in good fields are selected for diagnosis and treatment; for the underlying general disease, the diagnosis was determined as a four-stage triage, and a four-stage corresponding assistant physician was selected for targeted therapy. By setting the standard, the guide nurse can have accurate and objective diagnosis basis when conducting diagnosis. The technical effects of improving triage accuracy and further improving the treatment efficiency of the sick children are achieved.
Step S700: and guiding the first target diagnosis user to perform consultation and inquiry according to the first diagnosis grade.
Particularly, according to the determined triage level of the infant, a nurse is guided to conduct the consultation and inquiry instruction on the infant, the condition that an accompanying user, namely an infant guardian hangs a wrong department, or the treatment of the infant is delayed due to the fact that the patient is not familiar with the hospital process is avoided, meanwhile, the doctor-patient relationship is effectively improved, and the medical satisfaction and experience of the user are improved. By acquiring the first on-line appointment table, relevant personnel such as nurses and main doctors are guided to know the illness state of the infant patient in advance, and meanwhile, a pre-diagnosis result is obtained through the intelligent pre-diagnosis model, so that the technical goal of providing reference for diagnosis of doctors is realized; furthermore, the nurse is guided to inquire and communicate with the infant and the accompanying user in advance, so that the technical effects of familiarizing with the infant and establishing communication and further knowing the illness state of the infant are achieved; finally, the nurse is guided to professionally lead the user to take a consultation and ask for a consultation, so that the time waste caused by hanging a wrong department or not knowing the flow of the user is avoided, and the technical effect of improving the efficiency of taking a consultation and ask for a pediatrician is achieved.
Further, step S300 of the present invention further includes:
step S310: according to a historical diagnosis receiving case, obtaining a first historical discomfort characteristic list and a first historical inquiry result list, wherein the first historical discomfort characteristic list corresponds to the first historical inquiry result list in a one-to-one mode;
step S320: and according to the principle of a support vector machine, constructing the intelligent pre-diagnosis model by taking the first historical discomfort characteristic list and the first historical inquiry result list as training data.
Specifically, according to the historical pediatric examination case conditions of the hospital, discomfort characteristic information of the infant in each examination case and inquiry result information of the final diagnosis of the pediatrician are extracted, and a corresponding first historical discomfort characteristic list and a corresponding first historical inquiry result list are respectively formed. The first historical discomfort characteristic list and the first historical inquiry result list have a one-to-one correspondence relationship. Further, the first historical discomfort characteristic list and the first historical inquiry result list are used as training data, and model training is carried out according to the support vector machine principle, so that the intelligent pre-diagnosis model is obtained. The support vector machine is a method for classifying uncomfortable features based on supervised learning.
The intelligent pre-diagnosis model is obtained through training, a quick and effective method is provided for quick pre-diagnosis of the system based on basic sick characteristics of the sick children, and the technical effect of quickly and accurately carrying out primary disease judgment and screening on target patients is achieved.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, the present invention further includes step S800:
step S810: obtaining first historical data, wherein the first historical data comprises first historical registration data and first historical treatment receiving data;
step S820: obtaining a registration peak time period according to the first historical registration data;
step S830: obtaining a peak month of the visit according to the first historical visit data;
step S840: obtaining a call-receiving peak rule according to the registration peak time and the call-receiving peak month;
step S850: and configuring an emergency plan according to the visit peak rule.
Specifically, the first historical data is all relevant data such as pediatric registration, consultation, inquiry and the like. Extracting pediatric historical registration data and historical clinic receiving data from the first historical data, wherein the pediatric historical registration data and the historical clinic receiving data are the first historical registration data and the first historical clinic receiving data respectively. Firstly, analyzing the first historical registration data to obtain a corresponding time period with the maximum registration number in one day, namely the registration peak time period; and then analyzing the first historical clinic receiving data to obtain the month with the maximum total number of clinic receiving in one year, namely the month with the maximum number of clinic receiving peaks. Furthermore, the registration peak period and the visit peak month are combined to obtain the visit peak law of the pediatricians, for example, in 4-7 months, 8-12 am of each day is the visit peak, and in 1-2 months, the average number of visits at 8-10 am of each day is the minimum. And finally, configuring the emergency plan based on the visit peak rule. The emergency plan refers to that in the peak period of the visit, a hospital can allocate medical staff of other departments to a pediatrics department, share part service work for the medical staff of the pediatrics department, or take the visit in a full-force mode through various modes of recruiting volunteers, flexibly adjusting shift and the like.
The rule of pediatric receiving is obtained by analyzing historical receiving information, an emergency plan is started before the receiving peak according to the receiving peak rule, work such as scheduling and manpower allocation is done in advance, receiving preparation work is done in full, and a basis is provided for a pediatrician to improve the receiving and inquiring efficiency.
Further, step S820 of the present invention further includes:
step S821: acquiring registration data of a first historical day;
step S822: calculating the average number of the registration in each time of each day according to the first historical daily registration data to form a first time average number set, wherein the first time average number set comprises the number of the registration in each time of 24 times of each day;
step S823: and performing descending order on the registration number of each time to obtain a registration peak time period.
Specifically, according to the first historical registration data, daily registration condition data in the historical registration are obtained through analysis, average registration data corresponding to different time periods every day are further obtained through calculation, and an average registration data set corresponding to 24 hours every day and every hour is further formed, namely the first time average registration number set. And arranging the total number of the registered numbers in each hour in 24 hours in a day in a sequence from high to low, so as to obtain the time period with the maximum number of the registered numbers in one day, namely the registration peak time period. Further, the hospital dynamically adjusts the pediatric medical care tasks according to the registration peak time. For example, 8-10 am each day is a registration peak period, and in this period, a plurality of people are coordinated to perform manual registration work, and in the period with less registration, the people are allocated to the work of receiving a doctor and guiding, etc. The time period with the maximum number of registered numbers in one day is obtained through calculation, and visual data reference is provided for manual allocation of the pediatric hospital.
Further, step S830 of the present invention further includes:
step S831: obtaining a first historical number of daily visits;
step S832: calculating to obtain a first historical monthly number of receptions according to the first historical daily number of receptions;
step S833: calculating the average historical number of received diagnoses per month according to the first historical number of received diagnoses per month to form a first month average number of received diagnoses per month set, wherein the first month average number of received diagnoses per month set comprises 12 months of received diagnoses per month in one year;
step S834: and arranging the number of all the visits in each month in a descending order to obtain the month of the peak of the visits.
Specifically, the average total number of the pediatric patients in the historical clinic visits during the historical clinic visits is obtained through analysis according to the first historical registration data, and the average total number of the pediatric patients in the monthly clinic visits in one year, namely the first historical monthly clinic visits, is further obtained through calculation. Further, the average historical number of visits per month in a year is calculated, so that the average total number of visits per month in 12 months in a year constitutes the set of the average number of visits in the first month. For example, in a certain paediatrics, the number of patients in 6 months in 2018 is 900 per day, the number of patients in 6 months in the whole month is 27000 per 6 months, similarly, the number of patients in 6 months in 2019 is 29000 per 6 months, and the number of patients in 6 months in 2020 is 33000 per 6 months, so that the average number of patients in 6 months in history is 29667 per calculation. Finally, the average total number of the historical visits in each month in 12 months in a year are arranged in the order from high to low, so that the peak month of the visit in the department of pediatrics in the year can be obtained. For example, the average total number of the received calls in the past 6 months is 29667, the average total number of the received calls in the past 7 months is 29820, the average total number of the received calls in the past 8 months is 23900, and the three months are arranged in descending order to be 29820 in the past 7 months, 29667 in the past 6 months, 23900 in the past 8 months, namely 7 months, 6 months, and 8 months, wherein, in combination with the actual situations of hospital medical resources and the like, the total number of the received calls in the past 25000 is defined as a peak period, and then the corresponding 7 months and 6 months are the pediatric peak period.
The month with the largest total number of the interviews in one year is obtained through calculation, visual decision data reference is provided for manual allocation and starting of emergency plans of a pediatric hospital, and the technical effect of providing a foundation for a pediatrician to improve the efficiency of interview and inquiry is achieved through the effective emergency plans.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, step S400 of the present invention further includes:
step S410: obtaining first historical inquiry data of a first historical visiting user according to the historical visiting case, wherein the first historical inquiry data comprises first inquiry time, a first inquiry result and a first inquiry age;
step S420: acquiring seasonal regularity of the pediatric diseases according to the first inquiry time and the first inquiry result;
step S430: obtaining a stage rule of the pediatric disease according to the first inquiry age and the first inquiry result;
step S440: adjusting the first pre-diagnosis result according to the seasonal rule and the stage rule of the pediatric disease.
Specifically, children are ill and have relatively obvious characteristics, so that the pediatric disease rule can be obtained through visual and accurate analysis by combining a historical examination receiving case, and reference can be provided for the preparation of diagnosis and treatment for pediatric medical care. According to the historical hospital receiving case information, the system for improving the receiving and inquiring efficiency of the pediatrician automatically extracts the receiving time, the receiving age and the final diagnosis result of the infant patient in each case, namely the first inquiring time, the first inquiring age and the first inquiring result. Further, establishing the correlation between the inquiry time and the inquiry result of the children patients, so as to obtain the seasonal regularity of the pediatric diseases; and establishing the correlation between the inquiry age of the children patients and the inquiry result to obtain the stage regularity of the pediatric diseases. Finally, based on the seasonal and episodic laws of the pediatric disease, the system intelligently adjusts the first pre-diagnosis result. For example, in the historical examination case, a plurality of cases show that the results of the inquiry of the infant in 3-6 months are respiratory diseases, which indicates that the respiratory diseases are high in the season, and after a plurality of possible disease types are obtained according to the discomfort characteristics of the infant, the respiratory diseases can be highlighted, so that the possibility that the relevant medical staff pay attention to the diseases is prompted. The technical effect of providing relevant data reference for diagnosis of medical personnel is achieved.
Further, as shown in fig. 4, step S600 of the present invention further includes:
step S610: obtaining a first accompanying user of the first target visiting user;
step S620: acquiring first image information for inquiring the first target visiting user based on the image acquisition device;
step S630: determining a first state of the first accompanying user according to the first image information;
step S640: taking the first status as a first influencing factor, wherein the first influencing factor is used for adjusting the first diagnosis level.
Specifically, when a guide nurse communicates with a child patient and a guardian thereof, the system for improving the efficiency of the consultation and inquiry of the pediatrician utilizes the image acquisition device to perform communication inquiry shooting in real time, and therefore first image information for the guide nurse to inquire the first target visiting user and the first accompanying user is obtained.
