Description

Air conditioning equipment
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of air conditioning equipment, in particular to air conditioning equipment with a dehumidification/humidification function.
Background
The existing air conditioning equipment (such as an air conditioner) is difficult to meet the change of the heat-humidity ratio actually required by a building, generally sacrifices the control of humidity, and compromises the requirement of only meeting the indoor temperature, so that the problems of comfortable temperature but overhigh humidity and comfortable humidity but overlow temperature in summer refrigeration (particularly in a small load working condition) are caused, users feel uncomfortable, and the air blown into the room needs to be dehumidified or humidified.
The humidifying method comprises a water adding method and an anhydrous adding method:
the water humidifying method has the advantages of good humidifying effect, high humidifying speed and the like, various means (such as electric heating, ultrasonic wave and the like) are utilized to change water into water vapor to be sent into a room, but the water humidifying method is provided with a circulating water tank in the air conditioning equipment, so that the equipment cost is high, a user needs to communicate a tap water pipeline and replace the water by himself, and the use is complicated. In addition, when the humidity of the indoor air is high, the water humidification method cannot dehumidify and adjust the indoor air.
The anhydrous humidifying method utilizes moisture-absorbing materials (such as rotating wheels) to absorb moisture in air, the rotating wheels are divided into an absorption area and a desorption area during working, the moisture in the air is absorbed by the moisture-absorbing materials in the rotating wheels in the absorption area and then is desorbed by heated air in the desorption area, and the two air flows act on the rotating wheels simultaneously and are rotated along with the rotating wheels, so that the moisture in the processed air is continuously absorbed and desorbed by regenerated air and then discharged. The anhydrous humidifying runner method does not need to add water and can be continuously used, and has obvious superiority.
However, the rotating wheel in the prior art is commonly applied to a dehumidifier and is not widely applied to air conditioning equipment. In the actual installation of the rotating wheel, the problem that two airflows (return air and fresh air) are leaked mutually because the adsorption area and the desorption area are not sealed in place often exists, and the air dehumidification/humidification effect is influenced.

The air conditioning apparatus realizes the conditioning of air humidity, including dehumidification and humidification, by the wheel module 200.
Referring to fig. 10 and 11, the wheel module 200 includes a wheel 210, and dehumidification and humidification are performed by rotation of the wheel 210.
One part (the first treatment area) of the rotating wheel 210 is opposite to the return air duct, the other part (the second treatment area) is opposite to the fresh air duct, the return air and the fresh air realize air inlet and air outlet through a honeycomb structure on the rotating wheel 210, the two air flows reversely flow, and the rotating wheel 210 can adsorb, dehumidify, desorb and humidify the moisture in the flowing air.
During refrigeration dehumidification, fresh air with high relative humidity is dehumidified by the adsorption side of the rotating wheel 210 through the action of the adsorption material; during the humidification of heating, pass through runner 210 adsorption side with the moisture of return air and retrieve, then utilize the lower new trend of relative humidity to pass through runner 210 desorption side and carry out the desorption, realize the humidification.
In other words, as the wind passes through the adsorption zone of the rotor 210, the moisture is adsorbed by the rotor 210 to become dry, and at the same time, the heated regeneration air desorbs the moisture from the rotor 210. The wheel 210 rotates at a predetermined speed to form a cycle of air dehumidification or humidification.
The adsorbing material of the rotating wheel 210 is a key material of the rotating wheel, and can be silica gel, glass fiber, a composite material of halate, a molecular sieve, and the like. The silica gel rotating wheel is optimized, the regeneration adsorption effect can be improved, the regeneration adsorption and desorption dehumidification treatment can be better carried out on the moisture in the air, and the service life can reach 10 years.
Referring to fig. 10 to 13, the wheel module 200 includes a mounting frame 220, a first sealing part 230, and a second sealing part 240 in addition to the wheel 210.

The first and second sealing portions 230 and 240 serve to separate the two air flows (return air and fresh air) flowing through the rotor 210, and prevent the treated dry air and the regenerated wet air from leaking to each other, thereby improving the air dehumidifying/humidifying effect.
The first sealing portion 230 extends in the circumferential direction of the rotor 210, and is sealed between the outer circumferential surface of the rotor 210 and the inner wall of the mounting frame 220 near the opening, thereby sealing the circumferential direction of the rotor 210.
A second seal 240 is provided at the opening 223 to separate the two air streams from the return air duct and the fresh air duct flowing through the wheel 210.
The installation frame 220 provides an installation carrier and space for the rotating wheel 210 and the driving structure, and facilitates the installation of the rotating wheel module 200 as an installation module in the inner cavity of the air conditioning equipment, thereby facilitating the production and assembly.
Referring to fig. 3 and 10, the mounting frame 220 is provided with a mounting beam 222 crossing the opening 223, the mounting beam 222 is fixedly connected to a partition board separating the fresh air duct and the return air duct, in this embodiment, the fresh air duct and the return air duct passing through the rotating wheel 210 are vertically arranged, correspondingly, the mounting beam 222 horizontally extends, the mounting beam 222 is located on the outer end surface side of the rotating wheel 210, and the second sealing portion 240 is fixed on the mounting beam 222 to seal the gap between the mounting beam 222 and the outer end surface of the rotating wheel 210, so as to prevent the return air and the fresh air from leaking from each other at the gap.
In fig. 3, only one partition (denoted as a third partition 193) on one side of the wheel module 200 can be seen, and a partition for separating the fresh air duct and the return air duct is also provided on the other side of the wheel module 200.
The first sealing portion 230 and the second sealing portion 240 are both made of a composite flat-belt type sealing strip of a silica gel plus teflon coating which is resistant to high temperature and abrasion and has small resistance.
Regarding the specific structure of the second sealing portion 240, in some embodiments of the present application, referring to fig. 14 and 16, the second sealing portion 240 includes a second fixing portion 241 and a second flange portion 242 which are integrally formed, the second sealing portion 240 is of an L-shaped structure, the second fixing portion 241 is fixedly connected to the mounting beam 222, and the second flange portion 242 is in sealing contact with the outer end surface of the wheel 210.
When the rotor 210 rotates, the second seal portion 240 does not move, and the second burring 242 and the outer end surface of the rotor 210 rub against each other and maintain a sealed state.
Further, with reference to fig. 16, the fixing plate 270 is fixed to the mounting beam 222 by screws, the fixing plate 270 extends along the longitudinal direction of the mounting beam 222, the second fixing portion 241 is interference-mounted in the gap between the mounting beam 222 and the fixing plate 270, the mounting beam 222 and the fixing plate 270 are made of metal, and the interference-mounting sealing performance of the second fixing portion 241 is improved.
