A balloon dilatation catheter device comprises a joint (1), an inner tube (3), an outer tube (4) and a balloon (7); the method is characterized in that: the balloon (7) is sleeved in the middle of the inner tube (3); the outer pipe (4) is sleeved on the inner pipe (3); the outer pipe (4) is arranged at the end part of the joint (1) and is connected with the joint (1); the end part of the outer pipe (4) connected with the joint (1) extends into the joint (1); the outer tube (4) comprises a thin tube (41) and a thick tube (42); the thick pipe (42) is fixed at the left end of the thin pipe (41); a thin tube (41) is sleeved in the middle of the inner tube (3); the thin tube (41) is communicated with the end part of the thick tube (42); the middle part of the inner pipe (3) is sleeved with two marks (31); the marker (31) is arranged inside the balloon (7); the end part of the balloon (7) is communicated with the other end of the thin tube (41); the right end of the thin tube (41) is fixedly connected with the balloon (7), and the left end of the thick tube (42) extends into the joint (1); a second fixing ring (10) is sleeved on the end part of the sacculus (7) far away from the thin tube (41); an elastic rope (8) is connected between the balloon (7) and the second fixing ring (10); the middle part of the thin tube (41) is provided with a fixing device; an elastic support rod (17) is fixedly connected inside the sacculus (7); the end part of the elastic support rod (17) is arranged towards the thin tube (41);
the middle part of the elastic support rod (17) is provided with an elastic limiting piece (18); the elastic support rod (17) is connected with the elastic limiting sheet (18) through an elastic support seat (181);
the middle part of the elastic supporting rod (17) is provided with a through hole (19); the middle part of the elastic limiting sheet (18) is connected with an elastic guide rope (191); the other end of the elastic guide rope (191) passes through the through hole (19) and extends to a position between the balloon (7) and the inner tube (3);
the middle part of the elastic guide rope (191) is fixedly connected with a limiting ball (192); a plurality of groups of limiting balls (192) are arranged on the elastic guide rope (191); the middle part of the elastic guide rope (191) is fixedly connected with a flexible brush (193); a plurality of groups of flexible hairbrushes (193) are arranged on the elastic guide rope (191);
an elastic metal wire (194) is connected between the inner side wall of the balloon (7) and the middle part of the elastic guide rope (191);
the fixing device comprises a connecting rod (5), a first fixing ring (6), an elastic rope (8) and a rubber rod (9); a plurality of rubber rods (9) are fixed on the outer part of the balloon (7) in an annular and equidistant manner; the end part of each rubber rod (9) close to the thin tube (41) is connected with an elastic rope (8); the end part of the elastic rope (8) is connected with a first fixing ring (6); the side wall of the first fixing ring (6) is connected with a connecting rod (5); the end part of the connecting rod (5) is connected with the thick pipe (42).

The balloon dilation catheter device of claim 1, wherein: the joint (1) comprises a guide wire penetrating pipe and an inclined liquid injection pipe, and the inclined liquid injection pipe is fixed at the upper end of the guide wire penetrating pipe; the guide wire penetrating pipe is communicated with the inside of the inner pipe (3); the inclined liquid injection pipe is communicated with the inside of the outer pipe (4).
3. The balloon dilation catheter device according to claim 2, wherein: the inner side wall of the joint (1) is fixed with a sealing element (2), and the sealing element (2) is arranged at the annular outer end of the inner pipe (3).
