For example, if the reservation information indicates that the reservation status of the target conference room in any time slot is not reserved, the displayed busy information of the time slot may be "pause conference", "free", "not reserved", "reservable", and the like. If the reservation information indicates that the reservation state of the target conference room in any time slot is reserved, the displayed busy and idle information of the time slot may be "XX's conference", "reserved", "not reservable", and the like.
Fig. 3 is a schematic view illustrating a display interface of an electronic device disposed in a target conference room in a conference room management method provided by an embodiment of the present disclosure. In the example shown in fig. 3, the target conference room is a "306-seven pump road" conference room, and the displayed busy and idle information of the target conference room in the time period after the current time includes "11: 30-12:30 tentative meeting", "12: 30-13:30 lix meeting", "14: 00-15:30 XX meeting", "15: 30-16:30 max meeting", and the like.
In the related art, even if a user sees that there is no person in a conference room, it cannot be determined whether the conference room is available (there is a possibility that others reserve the conference room but do not yet come), and therefore, the user needs to take out a mobile phone or a computer to check whether the conference room is available through a conference reservation system.
In the implementation manner, the busy and idle information of the target conference room in the time period after the current time is displayed according to the reservation information, so that a user can directly check the busy and idle information of the target conference room in the time period after the current time through the electronic equipment arranged in the target conference room, and does not need to log in a conference reservation system through a mobile phone or a computer of the user for checking, and therefore when the user is near the target conference room or in the target conference room, the convenience of checking the reservation information of the target conference room by the user can be improved.
As an example of this implementation manner, the displaying busy and idle information of the target conference room in the time period after the current time according to the reservation information includes: for any time period after the current time, responding to the reservation information indicating that the target conference room is reserved in the time period, and displaying busy and idle information of the target conference room in the time period according to the name of a reservation person who reserves the target conference room in the time period. In the example shown in fig. 3, the target conference room has been reserved at 12:30-13:30, and busy and free information "conference of 12:30-13:30 li X" of the target conference room at 12:30-13:30 may be displayed according to the name "li X" of the reserved person who reserved the target conference room at 12:30-13: 30. Similarly, the target conference room has been reserved at 14:00-15:30, the busy and free information "conference of 14:00-15:30 XX" for the target conference room at 14:00-15:30 may be displayed according to the name "XX" of the reservation person who reserved the target conference room at 14:00-15: 30.
When the time slot that the user wants to reserve is reserved by other people, the user can be coordinated with the reservation personnel in the reservation target meeting room of the time slot. In the related art, a user needs to log in a conference reservation system through a mobile phone or a computer of the user to check the name of a reservation person who reserves a target conference room in the time slot, and then can contact the reservation person.
In the above example, the electronic device disposed in the target conference room responds to the reservation information to indicate that the target conference room has been reserved in the time slot for any time slot after the current time, and displays the busy/idle information of the target conference room in the time slot according to the name of the reservation staff reserving the target conference room in the time slot, so that the user can quickly know the name of the reservation staff in each reserved time slot through the electronic device disposed in the target conference room, and does not need to log in the conference reservation system to check the name of the reservation staff through a mobile phone or a computer of the user, thereby facilitating the coordination of the user and the corresponding reservation staff in the target conference room.
In another possible implementation manner, the method further includes: and displaying busy and idle information of the target conference room in each time period of the current date according to the reservation information. In this implementation, not only the busy and free information of the target conference room in each time period after the current time of the current date but also the busy and free information of the target conference room in each time period before the current time of the current date may be displayed.
In one possible implementation, the method further includes: acquiring relevant information of the target conference room, wherein the relevant information comprises at least one of the following: the equipment information configured by the target meeting room, the name of the target meeting room, the position information of the target meeting room and the maximum number of people in the target meeting room; and displaying the related information. Wherein the device configured for the target conference room may comprise at least one of a projector, a television, a telephone, a remote device, and the like. For example, in the example shown in fig. 3, the location of the target conference room is 306, the name of the target conference room is "seven pump road", and the maximum number of persons accommodated in the target conference room is 10.
In the related art, a user needs to log in a conference reservation system through a mobile phone or a computer of the user to check related information of a target conference room, or needs to confirm the related information of the target conference room by naked eyes inside the target conference room.
In the implementation manner, the electronic device arranged in the target conference room displays the relevant information of the target conference room, so that a user can check the relevant information of the target conference room through the electronic device arranged in the target conference room without logging in a conference reservation system for checking through a mobile phone or a computer of the user, and the efficiency of acquiring the relevant information of the target conference room can be improved.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the current state of the target conference room may be determined according to the reservation information.
