The invention discloses a production method of a film-coated interior trim part, which is characterized in that the interior trim part comprises an interior trim part body and a membrane, wherein the membrane is attached to the surface of the interior trim part body; before the membrane is attached to the surface of the interior trim part body, a hole is drilled in the interior trim part body, and then the membrane is attached to the surface of the interior trim part body. According to the invention, the hole is drilled before the membrane is attached to the interior trim part body, and when the membrane is attached, gas between the membrane and the interior trim part body is discharged from the drilled hole, so that bubbles can be prevented from being formed, and the membrane and the interior trim part body can be better attached. The drilled hole has a small diameter without affecting the appearance of the trim piece. The adhesion of the film and the appearance of the interior trim piece are good.

Background
In some cases, the automobile interior part needs to have a sense of touch and a stereoscopic impression, and therefore, a groove is formed in the structure of the automobile interior part. a production method of a film-covered interior trim part comprises the steps that the interior trim part 1 comprises an interior trim part body 11 and a membrane 12, wherein the membrane 12 is attached to the surface of the interior trim part body 11; before the membrane 12 is attached to the surface of the interior trim part body 11, a hole 13 is drilled in the interior trim part body 11, and then the membrane 12 is attached to the surface of the interior trim part body 11. According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, when the recess 14 is formed in the interior trim part body 11, the hole 13 is drilled in the recess 14 of the interior trim part body 11. The shape of the hole 13 can be a round hole, a square hole, a triangular hole or a hole with other shapes. The circumference of the hole is 0.2-1 mm. Preferably the aperture is a circular aperture. The diameter of the hole is 0.1 mm-0.15 mm or 0.15 mm-0.2 mm; preferred hole diameters are 0.1mm, 0.2mm, 0.15mm, 0.18mm, 0.17mm, 0.19mm, 0.16mm, 0.11mm, 0.12mm, 0.13mm, 0.14 mm. The drilling may be performed by laser drilling. The hole 13 drilled in the interior trim body is a through hole, and the hole 13 penetrates through the interior trim body 11 along the thickness direction of the interior trim body 11. According to an embodiment of the present invention, when the membrane 12 is attached to the surface of the interior trim body 11, the membrane 12 and the portion of the interior trim body 11 contacting the membrane 12 are heated, so that the gas between the membrane 12 and the interior trim body 11 can be better exhausted.
The film-covered interior trim part can be prepared by the production method of the film-covered interior trim part. 8. The production method of a film-covered interior trim part according to claim 1 or 7, wherein the membrane and a portion of the interior trim part body in contact with the membrane are heated.
9. A film-covered interior trim part, characterized by being produced by the production method of the film-covered interior trim part according to claims 1 to 8.
