Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of shampoo, and particularly relates to agilawood shampoo for regulating scalp microecological balance and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The agalloch eaglewood is high-value wood containing resin, namely radix aquilariae sinensis Aquilaria sinensis (Lour.) belonging to the daphne family, has pungent and bitter taste and slight warmth, has the effects of promoting qi circulation and relieving pain, warming and stopping vomiting, and relieving asthma, is used for treating symptoms such as chest and abdomen distress and pain, gastric cold and vomiting and singultus, kidney deficiency and dyspnea, has the medical care effect, is a medicine capable of dispersing qi and tranquillizing, is qi sinking and coagulating, is not dispersed for a long time, is refreshing and can reduce blood fat and calm the liver, promote spleen and stomach, regulate chest and lung, has the functions of calming mind, ventilating pulse and the like, and is mainly distributed in the provinces of Guangdong, guangxi, hainan, yunnan, taiwan and the like in China. The Chinese herbal medicine is firstly carried in Liang Daitao Honggang Jing Yi Bie Lu (Ming Yi Bie Lu), listed as the top grade, and is a precious medicinal material and a traditional natural spice.
Researches show that the agilawood mainly contains chemical components such as sesquiterpenes, 2- (2-phenethyl) chromones, aromatic and the like, and pharmacological effects show that the agilawood has therapeutic effects on diseases related to digestive system, cardiovascular system, respiratory system and central nervous system, and has activities such as oxidation resistance, bacteriostasis, pain relieving, sedation, anti-inflammatory and anticancer and the like. The agilawood has the functions of sterilizing, diminishing inflammation and inhibiting tinea capitis, can effectively inhibit the ecdysis of hair epidermal cells, protects the color, has good stability, can exert efficacy for a long time, and has the effect of removing dandruff. Beta-caryophyllene in agilawood has inhibitory activity on the growth of 6 human pathogenic bacteria, 2 fungi (bacillus cereus, bacillus subtilis, staphylococcus aureus, escherichia coli, klebsiella pneumoniae, pseudomonas aeruginosa and rhizopus). The foundation is provided for the application of agilawood in shampoo.
The scalp is a unique ecological place compared with the skin at other parts of human body, and has a density of about 10 3 ~10 5 CFU/mm 2 The microbial cells of (2) includeBacteria, fungi and viruses, which are mainly present on the scalp surface and in the skin appendages such as hair follicles, sebaceous glands, and the complex ecosystem composed of these microorganisms and hosts is called scalp microecology. The major bacterial flora on the scalp surface is propionibacterium acnes and staphylococcus epidermidis, and the major fungal microorganisms are malassezia restricta and malassezia globosa. The damage of the microbial balance state of the scalp can change the physiological environment of the scalp and damage the barrier function of the scalp, when the barrier function of the scalp is damaged, on one hand, external stimulus more easily permeates into the stratum corneum, and inflammatory reaction and abnormal desquamation of the scalp are caused; on the other hand, changes in scalp pH, secretion of antibacterial peptide, etc. caused by damage of the barrier may cause changes in scalp microorganism composition and microorganism activity, and finally appear as occurrence or deterioration of scalp sensitivity phenomenon. In recent years, in addition to scalp microorganisms, many scholars gradually transfer their eyes to the barrier function of the scalp stratum corneum, that is, the levels of scalp structural lipids, related proteins, natural moisturizing factors and the like are reduced due to external stimulus or self factors, so that the scalp hydration is further weakened, the TEWL value is increased, desquamation is abnormal and the like.
In the past, people's consciousness and behavior often only pay attention to hair care, so that scalp care is ignored; it is unknown that the scalp problems such as itching, dandruff, oil production, peculiar smell, erythema, alopecia, aging and the like can be caused by factors such as bad work and rest habits, external pressure, atmospheric pollution, surfactants, other chemical raw materials and the like. The health of the scalp directly affects the state of the hair, and the cuticle of the scalp is thinner than the face and the sebaceous glands are more abundant, so the scalp care requirement is higher. The scalp care product needs to have mild and clean, effective anti-drop, effective anti-dandruff, anti-aging and other functions on scalp, so as to protect scalp microecological environment, repair scalp barrier function, enhance scalp resistance and other aspects, maintain scalp normal metabolism function, and promote hair healthy growth.
CN110585283a discloses a traditional Chinese medicine formula for regulating scalp microecological balance and a preparation method thereof, wherein the shampoo is composed of Chinese angelica, biota orientalis, kuh-seng, magnolia officinalis and China rose, and the components are pure natural substances, do not have any chemical additives, are safe to use and have no toxic or side effects. However, the extraction process is complex, and large-scale production is difficult to realize. Moreover, in the effect evaluation, the evaluation conditions for the shampoo performance are too general, visual safety evaluation such as crowd or volunteer test is lacked, and the safety of the shampoo to the scalp of a human body is difficult to ensure.
