Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of air conditioning, and particularly relates to a suspended ceiling mounting structure of an air pipe machine.
Background
In recent years, because the indoor unit of the household central air conditioner is installed as a suspended ceiling (also called an air duct machine), the household central air conditioner has the advantages of attractive installation and small occupied space, and the market share is continuously increased. The air pipe machine of traditional mainstream only has an air outlet, can't realize the horizontal air supply of refrigeration, heats the lower air supply, and user comfort level is experienced relatively poor. In order to overcome the above problems, an air duct machine having both a horizontal air outlet and a lower air outlet is proposed in the prior art, but the air return opening of the air duct machine needs to be matched with a ventilation opening formed in a ceiling, and the ventilation opening formed in the ceiling causes the ceiling to damage the lower wall of the ceiling, so that the uniformity of the ceiling structure is poor, and the aesthetic feeling of the appearance is reduced.
Disclosure of Invention
Therefore, the invention provides a suspended ceiling installation structure of an air duct machine, which can overcome the defect that the suspended ceiling structure of the air duct machine in the related art is provided with a ventilation opening on the bottom surface for the return air of the ventilation duct machine to damage the consistency of the lower wall structure of the ceiling.
In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a ceiling mounting structure of an air duct machine, which comprises the air duct machine and a ceiling, wherein the ceiling is provided with a bottom wall extending along the horizontal direction and a side standing wall which is positioned at one side edge of the bottom wall and extends upwards, a horizontal ventilation opening is formed in the side standing wall, the air duct machine is provided with a horizontal air outlet and a horizontal air return opening, the horizontal ventilation opening is provided with an air outlet area corresponding to the horizontal air outlet and a return air area which is positioned outside the air outlet area, and the air return opening is used for air inlet through the return air area.
In some embodiments, a ventilation grille is disposed within the horizontal vent; and/or the opening of the horizontal air outlet is provided with a horizontal connecting flange.
In some embodiments, the air duct machine further has a lower air outlet, and a lower ventilation opening is configured on the bottom wall, and the lower air outlet is disposed corresponding to the lower ventilation opening.
In some embodiments, the air duct machine is provided with an air supply duct, and an air valve is arranged in the air supply duct and can control one of the horizontal air outlet and the lower air outlet to be communicated with the air supply duct.
In some embodiments, a flexible air pipe is connected between the horizontal air outlet and the air outlet area of the horizontal air vent; and/or, a flexible air pipe is connected between the lower air outlet and the lower ventilation opening.
In some embodiments, the air duct machine has a housing, the return air inlet includes a lower return air inlet, and the lower return air inlet and the lower outlet are both configured on a floor of the housing.
In some embodiments, a lower connection flange is disposed at the opening of the lower air outlet, and the lower connection flange has a flange protruding from the outer wall surface of the bottom plate and extending toward the bottom wall side.
In some embodiments, the end of the flange is above the bottom wall and the flange extends no less than 15mm in length.
In some embodiments, the lower return air inlet has at least two, and at least two lower return air inlets are respectively arranged at two opposite sides of the water receiving disc.
In some embodiments, the housing further comprises a front side riser, the horizontal air outlet is configured on the front side riser, a first repair through hole is further configured on the front side riser, a first repair cover plate is connected to the first repair through hole, and the first repair cover plate can be detachably connected to the first repair through hole to form a cover for the first repair through hole.
In some embodiments, the front side riser is adjacent to the side riser, a second repair hole is configured on the side riser, a second repair plate is connected to the second repair hole, and the second repair plate can be detachably connected to the second repair hole to form a cover for the second repair hole.
In some embodiments, the second repair via is in communication with the first repair via.
In some embodiments, the return air inlet further comprises a horizontal return air inlet.
According to the suspended ceiling installation structure of the air pipe machine, the bottom wall is not required to be provided with the corresponding return air channel aiming at the return air inlet on the shell, and the return air flow of the return air inlet enters through the return air area of the horizontal ventilation opening, and the horizontal ventilation opening is positioned on the side vertical wall, so that the structural consistency of the suspended ceiling is improved, and the overall attractiveness of the suspended ceiling installation structure is improved.

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, according to an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a ceiling mounting structure of an air duct machine, including an air duct machine 1 and a ceiling 2, the ceiling 2 has a bottom wall 21 extending along a horizontal direction and a side wall 22 extending upward and located at one side edge of the bottom wall 21, the side wall 22 is configured with a horizontal ventilation opening 23, the air duct machine 1 includes a housing 14, the housing 14 has a horizontal air outlet 11 and a return air inlet, a heat exchanger 34 and a fan 35 are disposed in the housing 14, under the action of the fan 35, an external air flow can enter the housing 14 and be sent out from the horizontal air outlet 11 and/or the lower air outlet 13 after heat exchange by the heat exchanger 34, the horizontal ventilation opening 23 has an air outlet area corresponding to the horizontal air outlet 11 and a return air area located outside the air outlet area, and the return air inlet is fed through the return air area. In this technical scheme, no longer need be directed against on the diapire 21 return air inlet on the shell 14 sets up corresponding return air passageway, and the return air current of return air inlet is through the return air region entering of horizontal vent 23, because horizontal vent 23 is in on the side standing wall 22, thereby promoted the structural consistency of furred ceiling 2 has promoted the whole aesthetic property of furred ceiling mounting structure.
In some embodiments, a ventilation grille 24 is disposed within the horizontal vent 23 to enable filtering of the airflow in the return air region through the ventilation grille 24, protecting the heat exchanger 34 disposed therein.
In some embodiments, the air duct machine 1 further has a lower air outlet 13, and a lower air vent 211 is configured on the bottom wall 21, and the lower air outlet 13 is disposed corresponding to the lower air vent 211. Further, the air duct 1 has an air supply duct 15, the air supply duct 15 is internally provided with an air valve 32, the air valve 32 can control one of the horizontal air outlet 11 and the lower air outlet 13 to be communicated with the air supply duct 15, specifically, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, when the air duct is in a heating mode, the air valve 32 is controlled to close the horizontal air outlet 11 and to conduct the lower air outlet 13; when the air pipe machine is in a refrigerating mode, the air valve 32 is controlled to conduct the horizontal air outlet 11 and close the lower air outlet 13; when the air duct machine is in the air supply mode, the air valve 32 can be controlled to be positioned between the two air outlets, namely, the horizontal air outlet 11 and the lower air outlet 13 can be ensured to be communicated with the air supply duct 15, distributed wide-area air supply is realized, and the human comfort experience is met.
Specifically, the return air inlet includes a lower return air inlet 121 and a horizontal return air inlet 122, the lower return air inlet 121 and the lower air outlet 13 are both configured on a bottom plate (not labeled in the figure) of the casing 14, a lower connection flange 131 is disposed at an opening of the lower air outlet 13, and the lower connection flange 131 has a flange protruding from an outer wall surface of the bottom plate and extending toward one side of the bottom wall 21; and/or, the opening of the horizontal air outlet 11 is provided with a horizontal connecting flange, preferably, the tail end of the flange is located above the bottom wall 21, and the extending length of the flange in the vertical direction is not less than 15mm, so that a sufficient distance between the lower air return opening 121 and the suspended ceiling 2 can be ensured, and smooth air return is ensured.
In some embodiments, the number of the lower air return openings 121 is at least two, and at least two of the lower air return openings 121 are respectively disposed on two opposite sides of the water tray 31, so as to ensure a larger amount of return air and improve the heat exchange efficiency of the heat exchanger 34.
In some embodiments, the housing 14 further includes a front side vertical plate (not labeled in the drawing), the horizontal air outlet 11 is configured on the front side vertical plate, a first maintenance through hole (not shown in the drawing, labeled in the drawing) is further configured on the front side vertical plate, a first maintenance cover plate 331 is connected on the first maintenance through hole, and the first maintenance cover plate 331 can be detachably connected on the first maintenance through hole to cover the first maintenance through hole, at this time, it can be understood that the front side vertical plate is opposite to the horizontal air vent 23, at this time, a maintenance person can maintain the interior of the air duct machine through the horizontal air vent 23 during maintenance, and the air duct machine is simple and convenient. Further, the front side vertical plate is adjacent to an edge side vertical plate (not marked on the drawing), a second repair hole (not shown in the drawing and marked on the drawing) is configured on the edge side vertical plate, a second repair plate 332 is connected to the second repair hole, and the second repair plate 332 can be detachably connected to the second repair hole to form a cover for the second repair hole. Further, the second repairing hole is communicated with the first repairing hole, that is, the first repairing hole and the second repairing hole form a large repairing window, further, the first repairing cover plate 331 and the second repairing cover plate 332 are connected into a whole, so that the repairing and assembling are more convenient, and the shape of the first repairing cover plate 331 is matched with the shape of the front side vertical plate and the shape of the side vertical plate, for example, the shape of the first repairing cover plate 331 can be L-shaped.
In some embodiments, a flexible air duct 4 is connected between the horizontal air outlet 11 and the air outlet area of the horizontal air vent 23; and/or, a flexible air pipe 4 is connected between the lower air outlet 13 and the lower air vent 211, so that separation of return air and air outlet can be realized.
It will be readily appreciated by those skilled in the art that the above advantageous ways can be freely combined and superimposed without conflict.
