Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of tobacco, in particular to a high-precision laser minimally invasive functional film and a manufacturing method thereof.
Background
The BOPP cigarette film is developed for more than forty years, the packaging mode is different day by day, the cigarette taking port of the traditional cigarette, especially the small bag is arranged at the top of the small box, and the packaging film at the cigarette taking port can be directly torn off after a common gold pull wire is torn off. When the cigarettes with special-shaped packages, such as cigarettes opened from the side, are usually pulled open by a gold pull wire, if the direction is not well controlled, the cigarette case with large-area film wrapping cannot be opened.
The tobacco industry has two main methods for solving the problem at present, one is to use parallel double golden pull lines, such as the piloting cigarette of the Hibiscus rise of tobacco in south of lake, the other is to manually use a cutter to make a cut (cut through) on a film, and then use a self-adhesive label to stick the cut to ensure the air tightness of the package. The double-gold stay wire has the defects of high cost (equipment needs to be modified, the production efficiency is low, and the material consumption is high), and if the direction of pulling the gold stay wire is not well controlled, the situation that a local packaging film is not easy to fall off still exists, so that the problem of opening the film package cannot be thoroughly solved; the method of manually making the incision and pasting the self-adhesive label has high cost, low production efficiency and difficult quality control.
