The dates corresponding to the multiple historical demand quantities may be continuous or discontinuous, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present application. Taking December 27, 2021 as an example, the dates of December 26, 2021 and December 27, 2021 are consecutive, and the dates of December 25, 2021 and December 27, 2021 are not consecutive.

The embodiment of the present application does not limit the method of obtaining historical demand information. Exemplarily, the terminal installs and runs an application program capable of realizing resource management, and the terminal can obtain the historical demand information of the target resource by accessing the background server of the application program. Optionally, taking the current date as December 28, 2021 and the target resource as meal 1 as an example, the acquisition of multiple historical demand information is described. The terminal obtains 13 historical demand information by accessing the backend server of the application to obtain the number of meals used every day during the 13 days from December 15, 2021 to December 27, 2021.

Exemplarily, in addition to the methods shown in the foregoing embodiments, historical demand information of the target resource may also be recorded manually. For example, the terminal provides an information input interface, and the information collection object manually records the historical demand quantity of the target resource and the date corresponding to the historical demand quantity, and then inputs the recorded information based on the information input interface, and the terminal obtains the history of the target resource accordingly. demand information.

It should be noted that, in addition to acquiring historical demand information of the target resource, the terminal also needs to acquire historical reservation information of the target resource. Optionally, the historical reservation information of the target resource refers to the quantity of the target resource that has been reserved on the historical date, that is, the historical reservation information includes the historical reservation quantity and the date corresponding to the historical reservation quantity. The date corresponding to the historical predetermined quantity is the same as the date corresponding to the historical demand quantity. The manner of acquiring the historical reservation information of the target resource is similar to the manner of acquiring the historical demand information of the target resource shown in the above-mentioned embodiment, and the above-mentioned content can be referred to, and details are not repeated here.

Referring to the relevant description of the above historical reservation information, the predetermined quantity of the target resource on the preset date is the quantity of the target resource that has been reserved on the preset date. Among them, the preset date is any date after the current date. Taking the current date as December 28, 2021 as an example, the preset date can be December 29, 2021, or December 31, 2021, or is another date after December 28, 2021. The manner of acquiring the predetermined quantity of the target resource on the preset date is similar to the manner of acquiring the historical demand information of the target resource shown in the foregoing embodiment, and the foregoing content may be referred to, and details will not be repeated here.

In step 202, the estimated demand quantity of the target resource on the preset date is determined based on the historical information and the predetermined quantity on the preset date.

Regarding the method of determining the estimated demand quantity of the target resource on the preset date, including but not limited to: obtaining the corresponding relationship between the preset quantity and the demand quantity based on historical information; Estimated demand quantity for the set date.

In a possible implementation manner, data fitting may be performed based on historical demand information and historical reservation information to obtain a corresponding relationship between the predetermined quantity and the required quantity on the same date. The acquired corresponding relationship may be a linear relationship or other relationship, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present application. Taking the corresponding relationship as a linear relationship as an example, the above steps will be described. Based on the historical demand information and historical reservation information of the target resource, data fitting is performed, and a linear regression model is obtained through data fitting, that is, the linear regression between the demand quantity and the predetermined quantity. relation.

After the corresponding relationship is obtained, the estimated demand quantity of the target resource on the preset date can be obtained based on the predetermined quantity and the corresponding relationship on the preset date. Taking the corresponding relationship shown in the above embodiment as an example of a linear regression model, the predetermined quantity of the target resource on the preset date can be substituted into the linear regression model, and the estimated demand quantity of the target resource on the preset date can be obtained based on the calculation of the linear regression model.

In step 203, the estimated inventory quantity of the target resource on the preset date is obtained.

In a possible implementation manner, the estimated inventory quantity of the target resource on the preset date is the available quantity of the target resource on the preset date. Taking the target resource as a meal, and the preset date is December 30, 2021, for example, the inventory quantity of the target resource on the preset date refers to the quantity of uneaten meals that can be provided on December 30, 2021. Take the target resource as a hotel bed and the preset date is December 30, 2021 as an example, the inventory quantity of the target resource on the preset date refers to the number of hotel beds available for occupancy on December 30, 2021. The estimated inventory quantity of the target resource on the preset date can be obtained in two ways including but not limited to the following.

Obtaining method 1. Obtain the estimated inventory quantity of the target resource on the preset date based on the application program that implements resource management.

Exemplarily, the terminal obtains the predetermined quantity of the target resource on the preset date and the supply quantity of the target resource by accessing the background server of the application, and uses the quantity obtained by subtracting the predetermined quantity from the supply quantity as the expected quantity of the target resource on the preset date. Inventory quantity. Taking the target resource shown in the above embodiment as hotel beds as an example, the application program is a hotel application program that can realize the function of booking hotel beds. Since the number of beds that the hotel can provide is fixed, that is, the supply number of hotel beds. If it is fixed, the supply quantity of the hotel beds is subtracted from the reserved quantity on the preset date, and the obtained quantity is the estimated inventory quantity of the hotel beds on the preset date.

The second acquisition method is to acquire a model for calculating the inventory quantity, and based on the model for calculating the inventory quantity, acquire the estimated inventory quantity of the target resource on the preset date.

Exemplarily, the terminal acquires historical inventory information of the target resource, where the historical inventory information of the target resource includes the historical inventory quantity of the target resource and a date corresponding to the historical inventory quantity. Data fitting is performed based on the acquired historical inventory information to acquire a model for calculating the inventory quantity, and the model for calculating the inventory quantity can indicate the relationship between the date and the inventory quantity. By substituting the preset date into the model for calculating the inventory quantity, the estimated inventory quantity of the target resource on the preset date is calculated based on the model for calculating the inventory quantity. Wherein, the acquisition of the historical inventory information of the target resource is similar to the manner of acquiring the historical demand information of the target resource shown in the above-mentioned embodiment, and the above-mentioned content can be referred to, and details are not repeated here.

Taking the target resource shown in the above embodiment as meals as an example, since the estimated stock quantity of the meals on the preset date will be affected by the quantity used in the time period between the current date and the preset date, it cannot be reduced by the supply quantity. Obtained from the predetermined quantity, at this time, a model for calculating the inventory quantity can be obtained through data fitting, and based on the model for calculating the inventory quantity, the estimated inventory quantity of the meal on the preset date can be calculated.

In step 204, if the estimated inventory quantity on the preset date is less than the estimated demand quantity on the preset date, an early warning for the target resource on the preset date is triggered.

In a possible implementation manner, the method of triggering an early warning for the target resource on the preset date includes but is not limited to: if the estimated inventory quantity on the preset date is less than the estimated demand quantity on the preset date, determining the warning level, different warnings The level corresponds to different warning methods; according to the warning method corresponding to the warning level, the warning for the target resource on the preset date is triggered.

Exemplarily, the corresponding relationship between the warning level and the difference is shown in Table 1.

差值(x)Difference (x) 级别level 0<x≤500<x≤50 第一级first level 50<x<10050<x<100 第二级second level x≥100x≥100 第三级third level

Wherein, the difference (x) in Table 1 refers to the value obtained by subtracting the estimated demand quantity of the target resource on the preset date from the estimated inventory quantity of the target resource on the preset date, and the level refers to the warning level. It can be seen from Table 1 that on the preset date, when the value obtained by subtracting the estimated quantity of the target resource from the estimated quantity of demand is greater than zero and less than or equal to 50, the warning level is the first level. See Table 1 above for the correspondence between other differences and warning levels, and will not be repeated here.

It should be noted that Table 1 is intended to illustrate that different levels of early warning can be selected based on the difference, rather than limiting the correspondence between the warning level and the difference. The terminal can select the correspondence shown in Table 1, or Other corresponding relationships may be selected, which are not limited in this embodiment of the present application.

Optionally, in addition to the difference-based division shown in the foregoing embodiment, the warning level may also be divided based on the importance of the target resource. Exemplarily, among the target resources, the importance of medical resources is the highest, followed by the importance of edible resources. When the difference between the estimated demand quantity and the estimated inventory quantity is in the same range, the warning level of medical resources is higher than that of edible resources. level. For example, taking medical resources as masks, edible resources as meals, and the preset date as December 31, 2021, the difference between the expected demand for masks and the expected inventory on December 31, 2021 is 40. The difference between the estimated demand and the estimated inventory of the food on December 31, 2021 is 40. At this time, the warning level of the meal is the first level, and the warning level of the mask is the second level.

Regarding different warning levels corresponding to different warning methods, take the application program for implementing resource management installed and running on the terminal shown in the above embodiment as an example, the application program provides a first application program interface, and the first application program interface includes a plurality of areas , each area corresponds to a target resource, the terminal can add different colors to the area corresponding to the target resource based on the warning level, and mark the date of resource shortage in the area corresponding to the target resource to achieve the target. Resource alert.

Exemplarily, the target resource includes resource one, the area corresponding to resource one is area one, and when the warning level of resource one is the first level, the area one is filled with the first color used to represent the first level, and the first color is used to represent the first level. The preset date is marked in the area. Optionally, the first color is yellow. For another example, the target resource includes resource two, and the area corresponding to resource two is area two. When the early warning level of resource two is the second level, the area two is filled with the second color used to represent the second level, and is displayed in the area. The default date is marked in the . Optionally, the second color is orange. For another example, the target resource includes resource 3, and the area corresponding to resource 3 is area 3. When the warning level of resource 3 is level 3, fill area 3 with the third color used to represent level 3, and place it in the area. The default date is marked in the . Optionally, the third color is red. The first color, the second color, and the third color may also be other colors used for differentiation, which are not limited in the embodiment of the present application.

Optionally, in addition to adding different colors to realize the early warning, the terminal may also use other methods. For example, sending an information prompt to the resource manager's terminal. Regarding sending the information prompt, in a possible implementation manner, the information prompt may be sent to the terminal where the resource manager is logged in based on the communication connection. The sent information prompt may include the name of the target resource, the difference between the estimated demand quantity and the estimated inventory quantity, and the preset date. For example, taking the target resource as Meal 1, the difference between the estimated demand quantity and the estimated inventory quantity is 45, and the preset date is December 31, 2021. There is a lack of 45 copies on the 31st of March, please fill in in time.", the information prompt may also be other content, which is not limited in the embodiments of this application.

In a possible implementation manner, the terminal not only prompts the resource manager to replenish resources in time by triggering an early warning, but also generates a resource replenishment scheme to assist the resource manager to replenish resources. Exemplarily, if the estimated inventory quantity on the preset date is less than the estimated demand quantity on the preset date, determine the difference between the estimated inventory quantity on the preset date and the estimated demand quantity on the preset date; determine an alternative of the same type as the target resource. Resources; generate resource supplements based on alternative resources and differences.

In a possible implementation manner, determining the candidate resource includes but is not limited to the following two manners.

Determining method 1: Determine a reference area based on the target resource; determine a resource located in the reference area with the same type as the target resource as a candidate resource, and select a candidate resource from the candidate resources.

Optionally, the way of determining the reference area is to determine a circle with the target resource as the center and the first length as the radius, and determine the area covered by the circle as the reference area. Regarding the first length, it may be set based on an empirical value, or may be set based on other manners, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present application. After the reference area is determined, resources of the same type as the target resource located in the reference area are determined as candidate resources. Exemplarily, taking the first length of one kilometer as an example, and the target resource being Hotel A that provides beds, the candidate resources are all hotels within one kilometer from Hotel A.

In a possible implementation manner, after the candidate resource is determined, the quality level of the candidate resource needs to be acquired, and based on the quality level, the candidate resource with the closest quality level is selected as the candidate resource. Illustratively, take hotel A as the target resource, hotels B and C in the reference area, and the quality level of the candidate resource as the star of the hotel, the star of hotel A is five-star, and the star of hotel B is Five-star, hotel C has a four-star star, and hotel B is determined as an alternative resource at this time.

The second determination method is to determine a resource of the same type and quality as the target resource as a candidate resource, and to determine a candidate resource from the candidate resources.

Optionally, the resource matching the quality of the target resource may be other resources of the same type of the same brand as the target resource, or may be other resources of the same type with a quality level close to the target resource, wherein the quality level may be the target resource. 's rating. Take the target resource as a hotel that provides beds, and the target resource's rating as a star rating. Optionally, hotel A is located in area A, and the hotel has a chain hotel (hotel D) located in area B. At this time, hotel D is a candidate resource. . Optionally, hotel A has a five-star star rating, and there is a hotel F, which is of a different brand from hotel A, but hotel F has a five-star star rating, so hotel F is also a candidate resource.

In a possible implementation manner, after the candidate resources are determined, the distance between each candidate resource and the target resource among the multiple candidate resources needs to be obtained, and the candidate resource with the closest distance is selected as the candidate based on the distance between each candidate resource and the target resource. resource. Exemplarily, taking the target resource as hotel A and the candidate resources as hotel D and hotel F as an example, the distance between hotel D and hotel A is two kilometers, and the distance between hotel F and hotel A is five hundred meters. When determining Hotel F as an alternative resource.

After the candidate resources are determined, a resource supplement scheme may be generated based on the candidate resources and the difference. For example, taking the determination of hotel B as an alternative resource shown in the above embodiment as an example, and the difference is 79, a resource supplement scheme in which 79 beds are provided by hotel B is generated. For another example, taking the determination of hotel F as an alternative resource shown in the above embodiment as an example, and the difference is 79, a resource supplement scheme in which 79 beds are provided by hotel F is generated. Optionally, when one candidate resource cannot complete the resource supplementation of the target resource, multiple candidate resources may be determined, and resource supplementation can be realized based on the multiple candidate resources.

Illustratively, taking the determination of hotel B as an alternative resource shown in the above-mentioned embodiment as an example, the difference is 79. At this time, the number of beds that can be provided by hotel B is 40, which is less than the difference. Based on the method for determining candidate resources shown above, it is determined that Hotel C is the second candidate resource, and the number of beds that Hotel C can provide is 40, then a resource with 40 beds provided by Hotel B and 39 beds provided by Hotel C is generated Supplementary program. It should be noted that the above examples are intended to illustrate that resource supplementation may be implemented based on one candidate resource, or resource supplementation may be implemented based on multiple candidate resources, rather than limiting the number of candidate resources. The number of candidate resources for realizing resource supplementation may be one shown in the foregoing embodiment, or may be two, or may be any other number, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present application.

In a possible implementation manner, in addition to the quantity warning of the target resource, the terminal can also perform item detection on the target resource to obtain the item detection result. The item detection includes at least one of quality detection and safety detection; if the item detection result Indicates that the detection fails and triggers a detection alarm.

304。Exemplarily, the embodiments of the present application also provide a method for project detection of resources, which also belongs to resource management. Item detection can be further performed on the basis of the above-mentioned resource management, and can also be performed before the above-mentioned resource management. Item detection, or performing the above-mentioned resource management and item detection at the same time, the embodiment of the present application does not limit the sequence of execution of the above-mentioned resource management process and item detection process. FIG. 3 is a flowchart of a method for item detection according to an embodiment of the present application. Referring to FIG. 3 , performing item detection on a target resource includes steps 301 to 304 .

In step 301, the initial frequency of item detection is obtained.

The item detection is realized by the item detection instrument, and the terminal controls the frequency of the item detection of the item detection instrument based on the communication connection with the item detection instrument. For item testing including at least one of quality testing and safety testing, the item testing instrument may be a quality testing instrument or a hygiene testing instrument. Certainly, the item detection may also be the item detection of other aspects, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.

In a possible implementation, the initial frequency can be determined in the following three ways.

Method 1: Set the inspection frequency based on the target resource.

For example, if the inspection frequency of the target resource is two hours/time, the initial frequency is set to two hours/time based on the inspection frequency. For another example, if the inspection frequency of the target resource is four hours/time, the initial frequency is set to be half of the inspection frequency (two hours/time) based on the inspection frequency. Wherein, the inspection frequency may be set through an empirical value, or may be set based on other methods, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present application.

The second way is to set based on experience value.

Considering the resource consumption of running the project inspection instrument and the immediacy of project detection problems, determine the initial frequency of two hours/time.

Method 3: Set based on user requirements.

The user may be a resource providing object of the target resource, may also be a resource management object responsible for managing the target resource, or may be other objects related to the target resource, which are not limited in this embodiment of the present application. Exemplarily, based on the requirements of the resource management object, two hours/time is set as the initial frequency.

It should be noted that the above examples are intended to illustrate that the initial frequency can be set in a variety of ways, rather than limiting the initial frequency. The initial frequency can be two hours/time as shown in the above embodiment, and can also be other frequencies. This is not limited.

In step 302, item detection is performed on the target resource according to the initial frequency, and an item detection result is obtained.

Optionally, after the item detection instrument performs item detection on the target resource based on the initial frequency, the terminal obtains the item detection result based on the communication connection with the item detection instrument. Among them, the test results of the project include two kinds of results, qualified and unqualified, qualified indicates that the test has passed, and unqualified indicates that the test has not passed. When there is one target resource for project detection, the target resource is qualified to be detected, that is, the project detection result indicates that the detection has passed, otherwise, the detection has failed. When there are multiple target resources for item detection, the method for determining the item detection result is as follows.

Exemplarily, if the detection of any target resource fails, the item detection result of the target resource indicates that the detection fails, otherwise, the item detection result indicates that the detection passes. For example, taking the target resource as Meal 1 and the project detection as safety testing, Meal 1 for safety testing includes Meal 1 A, Meal 1 B, Meal 1 C and Meal 1 D. Four Meal 1 are passed. The safety testing instrument detects that meal 1 A does not meet the hygienic conditions (unqualified), and meal 1 B, meal 1 C and meal 1 D meet the hygienic conditions (qualified). At this time, the item test result of meal 1 Indicates that the test failed.

Exemplarily, if the failure rate of the target resource is higher than the preset threshold, the item detection result of the target resource indicates that the detection fails, otherwise, the item detection result indicates that the detection passes. The threshold value may be acquired based on an empirical value, or may be acquired based on other methods, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present application. For example, taking the target resource as Meal 2, item detection as safety detection, and the threshold set to 40%, Meal 2 for safety testing includes Meal 2 A, Meal 2 B, Meal 2 C, and Meal 2 D 4 Meal 2, through safety testing equipment, it is detected that Meal 2 A and Meal 2 B do not meet the hygienic conditions (unqualified), Meal 2 C and Meal 2 D meet the hygienic conditions (qualified), and the failure rate is 50%, which is greater than the threshold, at this time, the item test result of the second meal indicates that the test fails.

In a possible implementation manner, as shown in FIG. 3 , after the item detection is performed on the target resource, the operations of step 303 to step 304 may also be performed based on the item detection result.

In step 303, the initial frequency of item detection is adjusted based on the item detection result to obtain the target frequency.

No matter how the item detection result is determined, the initial frequency can be adjusted based on the item detection result to obtain the target frequency. Optionally, the mode of adjusting the initial frequency includes but is not limited to: if the item detection result indicates that the detection fails, increase the detection frequency to obtain a target frequency greater than the initial frequency; or, if the item detection result indicates that the detection is passed, reduce the detection frequency to obtain A target frequency that is less than the initial frequency.

When the test result of the item indicates that the test failed, the test frequency can be increased. Exemplarily, the frequency increment is set, and the detection frequency is increased based on the frequency increment and the initial frequency, thereby obtaining the target frequency. The setting of the frequency increment may be set based on an empirical value, or may be set based on other manners, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present application. Taking the initial frequency of two hours/time and the frequency increment of half an hour/time as an example, if the item detection result of the target resource indicates that the test fails the test, increase the test frequency to obtain the target frequency of one and a half hours/time, that is, The time interval for the next item inspection is one and a half hours.

When the item detection result indicates that the detection passed, the detection frequency can be reduced. Exemplarily, the frequency decrement is set, and the detection frequency is reduced based on the frequency decrement and the initial frequency, thereby obtaining the target frequency. The setting of frequency decrement is similar to the manner of setting of frequency increment shown in the above-mentioned embodiment, and details are not repeated here. Taking the initial frequency as two hours/time and the frequency reduction as half an hour/time as an example, for the case where the item detection result of the target resource indicates that the test has passed, reduce the detection frequency and obtain the target frequency of two and a half hours/time. That is, the time interval for the next item inspection is two and a half hours.

It should be noted that the frequency increment (or frequency decrement) for each adjustment of the detection frequency may be the same or different. The numerical values of the frequency decrement and the frequency increment may be the same as those shown in the foregoing embodiments, or may be different, which are not limited in the embodiments of the present application. In a possible implementation manner, in order to ensure the quality (or safety) of the target resource, the minimum item detection frequency needs to be determined, that is, when the item detection frequency of the target resource continues to decrease, after reaching the minimum item detection frequency, even if the subsequent The item detection result of the target resource indicates that the detection is passed, and the detection frequency of item detection will not be adjusted. Wherein, the lowest item detection frequency refers to the lowest detection frequency among all the detection frequencies of item detection. The setting of the minimum item detection frequency is similar to the setting of the initial frequency, and details are not repeated here. Exemplarily, the minimum item detection frequency is set to be one hour/time.

In step 304, item detection is performed according to the target frequency.

To sum up, the resource management method provided by the embodiment of the present application can predict the expected demand quantity on a preset date in the future in advance by obtaining the corresponding relationship between the historical reservation information of the target resource and the historical demand information, based on the estimated inventory quantity.
