Test example 1
The antistatic properties were performed on the fabrics of examples 4-6 and the fabric of comparative example 1. The comparative example 1 differs from the facing material of example 6 in that: the facing in comparative example 1 was not subjected to antistatic finish.
The antistatic performance test refers to textile machinery and textile industry standard FZ/T01042 and 1996 'determination of electrostatic performance and electrostatic half-life period of textile materials', the induced voltage and half-life period of the fabric are tested on an FY 342E-II fabric induction type electrostatic instrument (Wenzhou Square and round instruments, Inc.), and the fabric in the comparative example 1 is taken as a reference, and the results are shown in Table 1.
TABLE 1
Induced voltage/V | Half life/s | |
Example 4 | 2752.0 | 1.25 |
Example 5 | 2683.5 | 1.15 |
Example 6 | 2631.0 | 1.10 |
Comparative example 1 | 3100 | 8.5 |
From the results in table 1, it can be seen that compared with the fabric in comparative example 1, the antistatic, antibacterial and deodorant fabric in the present invention has significantly reduced induced voltage and half-life, i.e., the antistatic performance is greatly improved, which indicates that the surface of the antistatic, antibacterial and deodorant fabric in the present invention can rapidly dissipate charges, so that the charges cannot be collected.
Test example 2
The fabrics of examples 4-6 and comparative example 2 were tested for their antibacterial properties. The comparative example 2 differs from the facing material of example 6 in that: the fabric of comparative example 2 was not given an antimicrobial finish.
Wherein, the bacteriostasis rate test adopts the national standard GB/T20944.3-2008 < evaluation of textile antibacterial performance part 3: the vibration method is used for quantitatively testing the antibacterial property, the washing method of a color fastness to washing tester is adopted to test the antibacterial rate of the fabrics of the examples 4-6 and the comparative example 2, the test results are shown in figures 3-5, and the antibacterial rate of the fabrics of the examples 4-6 and the comparative example 2 which are washed for 30 times is also tested, and the test results are shown in figures 6-8.
As can be seen from fig. 3 to 5, the antistatic, antibacterial and deodorant fabric of the present invention has excellent bacteriostatic rate for staphylococcus aureus, escherichia coli and bacillus subtilis, and compared to the fabric in comparative example 2, which does not adopt an antibacterial finishing agent for antibacterial finishing, the antibacterial performance of the fabric is greatly improved. As shown in figures 6-8, the antistatic, antibacterial and deodorant fabric provided by the invention has a bacteriostasis rate of over 75% after being washed for 30 times, and the safety performance of clothes is improved.
Test example 3
The fabrics in example 6, comparative example 3 and comparative example 4 were subjected to an antibacterial property test. The fabric in comparative example 3 differs from the fabric in example 6 in that: the antibacterial finishing agent in the comparative example 3 consists of 1.5kg of nano zinc oxide, 2.4kg of nano silver sol and 15kg of water. The fabric of comparative example 4 is different from the fabric of example 6 in that the antibacterial finishing agent of comparative example 4 is formed of a group of 2kg of geranium extract, 2kg of shell powder, 3kg of dandelion extract, and 15kg of water.
The antibacterial rate test adopts the national standard GB/T20944.3-2008 < evaluation of antibacterial performance of textiles part 3): the quantitative antibacterial property test is carried out by the oscillation method, and the antibacterial rate of the fabrics of example 6, comparative example 3 and comparative example 4 is tested by adopting a washing method of a color fastness to washing tester. The test results are shown in fig. 9-11.
As can be seen from fig. 9 to fig. 11, the antibacterial performance of the fabric in example 6 is significantly better than that of the fabrics in comparative examples 3 and 4, which shows that the synergistic effect of the geranium extract, the nano-zinc oxide, the nano-silver sol, the shell powder and the dandelion extract in the antibacterial finishing agent of the present invention is excellent, and the antibacterial performance of the fabric in the present invention is greatly improved by adding the geranium extract, the shell powder and the dandelion extract to the nano-zinc oxide and the nano-silver sol.
Although embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made in these embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, the scope of which is defined in the appended claims and their equivalents.
