In order to realize intelligent starting and vehicle following reminding, corresponding units of a vehicle are required to participate together, such as a Front-view Camera assembly 1 (Front Camera collects vehicle Front information), a gateway 2(GW), a vehicle-mounted display controller assembly 3 (HU information display and setting), a power amplifier 4 (AMP voice reminding), a fatigue monitoring Camera assembly 5 (DMS driver state collection), a transmission system 6 (TCU shifts gears or not), a brake system 7 (ESP loosens or not), and a power system 8 (EMS vehicle starts or not). The interrelationship of these units is shown in FIG. 1.
The sensor arrangement of the present invention is illustrated. The front-view camera assembly 1 is arranged on the inner side of a front windshield, can realize the judgment of the distance between a front vehicle and a following vehicle, the identification of a front lane line, a road identification sign, a traffic light, a cross vehicle and a pedestrian, receives the signal of the fatigue monitoring camera assembly 5, and sends out different following reminding signals; the fatigue monitoring camera assembly 5 is arranged in the A column or near the steering wheel, so that the state of a driver is monitored, and a monitoring signal is transmitted to the forward-looking camera assembly 1.

When a driver encounters a red light stop at the road intersection of the vehicle, the intelligent forward-looking camera assembly 1 recognizes that the red light is changed into a green light, no pedestrian or vehicle passes through the intersection, the driver does not loose a brake or operate a gear shifting action within 3s (demarcatable) time, the fatigue monitoring camera assembly 5 is combined to judge the state of the driver, and the driver is reminded to start through different sounds and characters.
Referring to fig. 3, a schematic diagram of an intelligent car following reminder scenario is illustrated as follows.
