A plurality of fixing pieces 5 are sewn at the rear end edge of the air bag 6 so that the air bag is mounted around the frame on both sides of the seat back and the outer edge of the headrest. The gas generator 3 is fixed in the air inlet channel 601 through two hoops 2 sleeved outside the air inlet channel 601 respectively, and a support 1 is further fixed outside the air inlet channel 601 through the hoops 2 so as to fix the gas generator 3 and the air inlet channel 601 conveniently.
