The invention solves the problems of convenient and quick disassembly of the drain pipe joint, has high disassembly efficiency, and can fix the position of the disassembled drain pipe joint so as to prevent the drain pipe joint from falling off.

In a first aspect, the invention provides a joint quick-release assembly, comprising a base, a drain pipe joint and a connecting frame, wherein the base is provided with a drain pipe, the drain pipe is sleeved outside the drain pipe and is detachably matched with the drain pipe, the connecting frame is arranged on the drain pipe joint and is movably connected with the base, and the connecting frame is used for driving the drain pipe joint to be detached from the drain pipe when the drain pipe joint is released from the drain pipe. Compared with the prior art, the joint quick-dismantling assembly provided by the invention has the advantages that the connecting frame which is arranged on the drain pipe joint and is movably connected with the base is adopted, so that the drain pipe joint can be conveniently and quickly dismantled, the dismantling efficiency is high, the position of the drain pipe joint after the disassembly can be fixed, and the drain pipe joint is prevented from falling.
Further, the base includes base body and locating part, and the outlet pipe sets up on the base body, and base body and locating part fixed connection, the one end and the drain pipe joint fixed connection of link, the other end and locating part sliding connection. The connecting frame can slide relative to the limiting piece to drive the drain pipe joint to slide relative to the water outlet pipe, the limiting piece can limit the position and the sliding direction of the connecting frame, and therefore the sliding stability of the connecting frame is improved.
Further, the limiting piece is provided with the guide sliding groove, the connecting frame comprises a fixing part, a connecting part and a sliding part, the fixing part is fixedly connected with the sliding part through the connecting part, the fixing part is fixedly connected with the drain pipe joint, and the sliding part stretches into the guide sliding groove and can slide relative to the guide sliding groove. The sliding part can slide in the guide sliding groove so as to drive the drain pipe joint to slide relative to the water outlet pipe through the fixing part, and the guide sliding groove can limit the sliding direction of the sliding part.
Further, the joint quick-release assembly further comprises a matching piece, the matching piece is connected with the sliding part, and the matching piece is arranged in the guide chute and can move along the extending direction of the guide chute. The sliding part is driven to slide along the extending direction of the sliding guide groove, and the sliding guide groove can limit the matching piece and the sliding part at the same time, so that the stable and reliable sliding process of the connecting frame is ensured.
Further, the guide chute is provided with a first side wall, a connecting wall and a second side wall, the first side wall and the second side wall are oppositely arranged on two sides of the connecting wall, the first side wall is provided with a first limit groove, the second side wall is provided with a second limit groove, the first limit groove and the second limit groove are communicated with the guide chute, one end of the matching piece extends into the first limit groove, and the other end of the matching piece extends into the second limit groove. The fitting piece can move relative to the first limiting groove and the second limiting groove to drive the sliding part to slide in the guide sliding groove, so that the connecting frame drives the drain pipe joint to slide relative to the water outlet pipe, and the first limiting groove and the second limiting groove can limit the fitting piece to limit the position and the movement direction of the fitting piece.
Further, the joint quick-release assembly further comprises a rack, the rack is fixedly connected to the connecting wall, the matching piece comprises a connecting shaft and a gear, the gear is sleeved outside the connecting shaft and fixedly connected with the connecting shaft, the gear is meshed with the rack, the sliding part is rotationally connected with the connecting shaft, one end of the connecting shaft is arranged in the first limiting groove in a rolling mode, and the other end of the connecting shaft is arranged in the second limiting groove in a rolling mode. The first limit groove and the second limit groove can limit the connecting shaft.
Further, the sliding part is in a hook shape, is hung on the connecting shaft, and can rotate relative to the connecting shaft. So as to facilitate the installation and the disassembly, thereby facilitating the maintenance and the replacement of the matching piece.
Further, the sliding part is provided with a protruding block, and the protruding block stretches into the first limiting groove and can slide relative to the first limiting groove. The first limiting groove can limit the lug to prevent that the lug from rotating relative to the first limiting groove, thereby preventing the sliding part from rotating relative to the guide chute, and then ensuring that the connecting frame can only slide along the extending direction of the guide chute.
Further, the joint quick-release assembly further comprises a driving piece, the driving piece is connected with the matching piece, and the driving piece can drive the matching piece to move in the guide chute. To drive the water drainage through the connecting frame the pipe joint slides relative to the water outlet pipe.
Further, the fixed part is annular, the fixed part is sleeved outside the drain pipe joint, a boss is arranged at one end of the drain pipe joint, which is close to the base, and the fixed part is propped against the boss. The boss can stop the fixing portion to prevent the fixing portion from being separated from the drain pipe joint.
Further, the limiting piece comprises a body part and an end cover part, the end cover part is detachably connected with the body part, and the guide chute is arranged on the body part. The end cover part can be mounted on the body part and also can be dismounted from the body part so as to realize the mounting and replacement of the connecting frame.
Further, the water outlet pipe is obliquely arranged on the side surface of the base, and the limiting piece is arranged parallel to the axial direction of the water outlet pipe, so that the sliding direction of the connecting frame is the same as the axial direction of the water outlet pipe. Therefore, the sliding direction of the water draining pipe joint is the same as the axial direction of the water draining pipe joint, and the stable and reliable sliding process of the water draining pipe joint is ensured.
Further, the base body comprises an upper base and a lower base, the upper base is detachably connected with the lower base, the water outlet pipe is arranged on the lower base, and the limiting piece is connected with the upper base. The connecting frame can slide relative to the limiting piece to drive the water draining pipe joint to detach the water draining pipe, so that the lower base is convenient to detach from the upper base, and the lower base is convenient to detach for cleaning.
The invention provides an air conditioner, which comprises the joint quick-release assembly, wherein the joint quick-release assembly comprises a base, a drain pipe joint and a connecting frame, the base is provided with a water outlet pipe, the drain pipe joint is sleeved outside the water outlet pipe and is detachably matched with the water outlet pipe, the connecting frame is arranged on the drain pipe joint and is movably connected with the base, and the connecting frame is used for driving the drain pipe joint to be detached from the water outlet pipe when the drain pipe joint is released from the water outlet pipe. The air conditioner can conveniently and rapidly detach the drain pipe joint, is high in detachment efficiency, and can fix the position of the detached drain pipe joint so as to prevent the drain pipe joint from falling.
Detailed Description
In order that the above objects, features and advantages of the invention will be readily understood, a more particular description of the invention will be rendered by reference to specific embodiments thereof which are illustrated in the appended drawings.
First embodiment
Referring to fig. 1,2, 3 and 4, a quick connector assembly 100 for removing a drain connector 120 is provided in an embodiment of the present invention. It can dismantle drain pipe joint 120 convenient and fast, dismantles efficiently to can fix the position of dismantling back drain pipe joint 120, avoid drain pipe joint 120 to drop.
In this embodiment, the joint quick release assembly 100 is applied to an air conditioner hanging machine (not shown), and the joint quick release assembly 100 is used for connecting the air conditioner hanging machine and a drain pipe (not shown). In the process of cleaning the air conditioner hanging machine, the joint quick-release assembly 100 needs to be detached firstly, and then the air conditioner hanging machine is detached, so that interference caused by the drain pipe to the detachment of the air conditioner hanging machine is avoided, the detachment efficiency of the air conditioner hanging machine is improved, and the air conditioner hanging machine is convenient to clean. However, the present invention is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the joint quick release assembly 100 may be applied to a cabinet air conditioner or other household appliances requiring drainage, and the application scenario of the joint quick release assembly 100 is not particularly limited.
The joint quick release assembly 100 includes a base 110, a drain pipe joint 120, a coupling frame 130, a mating member 140, a rack bar 150, and a driving member 160. The base 110 is provided with a water outlet pipe 111, and the water outlet pipe 111 is used for discharging condensed water generated by the hanging machine of the air conditioner. The drain pipe joint 120 is sleeved outside the water outlet pipe 111 and detachably matched with the water outlet pipe 111, so that the drain pipe joint 120 is conveniently mounted on the water outlet pipe 111 or detached from the water outlet pipe 111. One end of the drain pipe joint 120, which is far away from the water outlet pipe 111, is connected with a drain pipe, and condensed water generated by the air conditioner hanging machine can be discharged to the outside through the water outlet pipe 111, the drain pipe joint 120 and the drain pipe in sequence, so that the drain function of the air conditioner hanging machine is realized. The connecting frame 130 is installed on the drain pipe joint 120 and is movably connected with the base 110, the connecting frame 130 can move relative to the base 110, and the connecting frame 130 is used for driving the drain pipe joint 120 to detach the drain pipe 111 when the drain pipe joint 120 is disengaged from the drain pipe 111. Specifically, when the drain fitting 120 is disengaged from the outlet pipe 111, the connection frame 130 can move the drain fitting 120 relative to the base 110, so that the drain fitting 120 is displaced relative to the outlet pipe 111, and the drain fitting 120 is detached from the outlet pipe 111.
It should be noted that, one end of the connecting frame 130 is fixedly connected with the drain pipe joint 120, the other end is slidably connected with the base 110 through the matching piece 140, and the connecting frame 130 can slide relative to the base 110 to drive the drain pipe joint 120 to slide relative to the drain pipe 111, so as to detach the drain pipe joint 120 from the drain pipe 111. The matching piece 140 is matched with the rack 150, the matching piece 140 can move relative to the rack 150, and the rack 150 can limit the matching piece 140 so as to ensure the stability that the matching piece 140 drives the connecting frame 130 to slide relative to the base 110. The driving member 160 is connected to the mating member 140, and the driving member 160 can provide power to the mating member 140, so that the mating member 140 drives the connecting frame 130 to slide relative to the base 110, and thus drives the drain pipe joint 120 to slide relative to the drain pipe 111.
The base 110 includes a base body 112 and a stopper 113. The water outlet pipe 111 is disposed on the base body 112, and the base body 112 is connected with the limiting member 113, so as to prevent the limiting member 113 from displacing relative to the base body 112. One end of the connecting frame 130 is fixedly connected with the drain pipe joint 120, the other end of the connecting frame 130 is in sliding connection with the limiting piece 113, the connecting frame 130 can slide relative to the limiting piece 113 so as to drive the drain pipe joint 120 to slide relative to the water outlet pipe 111, and the limiting piece 113 can limit the position and the sliding direction of the connecting frame 130 so as to improve the sliding stability of the connecting frame 130.
Further, the base body 112 includes an upper base 1121 and a lower base 1122. The upper base 1121 is detachably connected to the lower base 1122, the water outlet pipe 111 is disposed on the lower base 1122, and the stopper 113 is connected to the upper base 1121. The connecting frame 130 can slide relative to the limiting member 113 to drive the water discharging pipe joint 130 to detach from the water discharging pipe 111, so that the lower base 1122 is conveniently detached from the upper base 1121, and the lower base 1122 is conveniently detached for cleaning.
In this embodiment, the limiting member 113 is detachably connected to the upper base 1121, so that the limiting member 113 can be detached for maintenance or replacement. Specifically, the upper base 1121 is provided with a slot (not shown), the limiting member 113 is inserted into the slot, and the slot can limit the position of the limiting member 113. However, the present invention is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the limiting member 113 may be bonded to the upper base 1121, the limiting member 113 may be integrally formed with the upper base 1121, and the connection manner of the limiting member 113 and the upper base 1121 is not particularly limited.
In this embodiment, the water outlet pipe 111 is obliquely disposed on the side surface of the base 110, and the limiting member 113 is disposed parallel to the axial direction of the water outlet pipe 111, so that the sliding direction of the connecting frame 130 is the same as the axial direction of the water outlet pipe 111, and thus the sliding direction of the water outlet pipe joint 120 is the same as the axial direction of the water outlet pipe 111, and the stable and reliable sliding process of the water outlet pipe joint 120 is ensured. Specifically, the water outlet pipe 111 is extended obliquely downward so as to facilitate drainage of condensed water in the air conditioner hanging machine under the action of gravity, and the water outlet pipe joint 120 is extended obliquely upward so as to facilitate detachable engagement of the water outlet pipe joint 120 with the water outlet pipe 111. When link 130 slides to the extreme position of keeping away from base 110, drain pipe joint 120 breaks away from outlet pipe 111 completely, forms sufficient space of stepping down between drain pipe joint 120 and the base 110 this moment, and the dismantlement of the air conditioner hanging up of being convenient for to because drain pipe joint 120 slope upwards sets up, ponding in the drain pipe joint 120 can not flow, and user experience feels good.
It should be noted that, the drain pipe joint 120 is sleeved outside the water outlet pipe 111 and is detachably connected to the water outlet pipe 111, and if the drain pipe joint 120 is to be detached from the water outlet pipe 111, the connection relationship between the drain pipe joint 120 and the water outlet pipe 111 needs to be released. In this embodiment, the water discharge pipe joint 120 is connected to the water outlet pipe 111 by means of a snap-locking connection, which is similar to the manner of ejecting or retracting a ball pen core in the prior art, that is, the water discharge pipe joint 120 is pushed down to achieve connection engagement between the water discharge pipe joint 120 and the water outlet pipe 111, and then the connection engagement between the water discharge pipe joint 120 and the water outlet pipe 111 is released, so that in the process of removing the water discharge pipe joint 120 from the water outlet pipe 111, the water discharge pipe joint 120 is pushed down in a direction approaching to the base 110 first to release the connection engagement between the water discharge pipe joint 120 and the water outlet pipe 111, and then the connecting frame 130 is slid relative to the limiting member 113 in a direction away from the base 110, and the connecting frame 130 drives the water discharge pipe joint 120 to slide relative to the water outlet pipe 111. However, in other embodiments, the drain pipe joint 120 is connected to the water outlet pipe 111 by a snap connection, and in the process of detaching the drain pipe joint 120 from the water outlet pipe 111, the drain pipe joint 120 is pulled away from the base 110 first, so that the drain pipe joint 120 is disengaged from the water outlet pipe 111, and then the connecting frame 130 is slid relative to the limiting member 113 in a direction away from the base 110, and the connecting frame 130 drives the drain pipe joint 120 to slide relative to the water outlet pipe 111, so that the detachable connection between the drain pipe joint 120 and the water outlet pipe 111 is not particularly limited.
The connecting frame 130 includes a fixing portion 131, a connecting portion 132, and a sliding portion 133, and the limiting member 113 is provided with a guide chute 114. The fixing portion 131 is fixedly connected with the sliding portion 133 through the connecting portion 132, and in this embodiment, the fixing portion 131, the connecting portion 132 and the sliding portion 133 are integrally formed to improve the connection strength. The fixing portion 131 is fixedly connected to the drain pipe joint 120, and the sliding portion 133 extends into the guide chute 114 and is capable of sliding relative to the guide chute 114. The sliding portion 133 can slide in the sliding guide groove 114, so that the fixing portion 131 drives the drain pipe joint 120 to slide relative to the water outlet pipe 111, and the sliding guide groove 114 can limit the sliding direction of the sliding portion 133.
In this embodiment, the fixing portion 131 is annular, the fixing portion 131 is sleeved outside the drain pipe joint 120 and is fixedly connected with the drain pipe joint 120, and the sliding portion 133 can drive the fixing portion 131 to slide through the connecting portion 132, so that the drain pipe joint 120 slides relative to the water outlet pipe 111. The drain pipe joint 120 is provided with a boss 121 near one end of the base 110, the fixing portion 131 abuts against the boss 121, and the boss 121 can stop the fixing portion 131 so as to prevent the fixing portion 131 from separating from the drain pipe joint 120. Specifically, the boss 121 is annular, and the boss 121 and the fixing portion 131 are coaxially disposed, so as to increase the contact area between the boss 121 and the fixing portion 131, and ensure that the fixing portion 131 is not separated from the drain fitting 120.
The stopper 113 includes a body portion 115 and an end cap portion 116. The end cover 116 is detachably connected with the body 115, the guide chute 114 is formed on the body 115, and the end cover 116 can be mounted on the body 115 or detached from the body 115, so as to facilitate the mounting and replacement of the connecting frame 130. Specifically, the end cover 116 is disposed on a side of the body 115 away from the base 110, and the end cover 116 is configured to abut against the connection frame 130 after the drain pipe joint 120 is separated from the water outlet pipe 111, so as to prevent the connection frame 130 from separating from the limiting member 113, and facilitate resetting of the drain pipe joint 120 and the connection frame 130.
It should be noted that, the matching piece 140 is connected to the sliding portion 133, and the matching piece 140 is disposed in the sliding chute 114 and can move along the extending direction of the sliding chute 114 to drive the sliding portion 133 to slide along the extending direction of the sliding chute 114, in this process, the sliding chute 114 can limit the matching piece 140 and the sliding portion 133 at the same time, so as to ensure the stable and reliable sliding process of the connecting frame 130.
The guide chute 114 is provided with a first side wall 117, a connecting wall 118 and a second side wall 119. The first side wall 117 is fixedly connected with the second side wall 119 through the connecting wall 118, the first side wall 117 and the second side wall 119 are oppositely arranged on two sides of the connecting wall 118, and the rack 150 is fixedly connected to the inner side of the connecting wall 118. The first side wall 117 is provided with a first limit groove 1171, the second side wall 119 is provided with a second limit groove 1191, the first limit groove 1171 and the second limit groove 1191 are communicated with the guide sliding groove 114, and the extending direction of the first limit groove 1171, the extending direction of the second limit groove 1191 and the extending direction of the guide sliding groove 114 are the same. The sliding portion 133 is slidably disposed in the sliding guide groove 114, one end of the mating member 140 extends into the first limiting groove 1171, the other end extends into the second limiting groove 1191, and the mating member 140 can move relative to the first limiting groove 1171 and the second limiting groove 1191, so as to drive the sliding portion 133 to slide in the sliding guide groove 114, and thus drive the drain pipe joint 120 to slide relative to the water outlet pipe 111 through the connecting frame 130, in this process, the first limiting groove 1171 and the second limiting groove 1191 can limit the mating member 140 to define the position and the movement direction of the mating member 140.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6 in combination, the mating member 140 includes a connecting shaft 141 and a gear 142. The gear 142 is sleeved outside the connecting shaft 141 and is fixedly connected with the connecting shaft 141, and the gear 142 can drive the connecting shaft 141 to rotate. The rack 150 is fixedly connected to the connecting wall 118, the length direction of the rack 150 is the same as the extending direction of the guide chute 114, the gear 142 is meshed with the rack 150, and the gear 142 can rotate relative to the rack 150 and move along the length direction of the rack 150, i.e. along the extending direction of the guide chute 114. The sliding portion 133 is rotatably connected to the connecting shaft 141, the sliding portion 133 can rotate relative to the connecting shaft 141, one end of the connecting shaft 141 is disposed in the first limiting groove 1171 in a rolling manner, the other end of the connecting shaft 141 is disposed in the second limiting groove 1191 in a rolling manner, and the first limiting groove 1171 and the second limiting groove 1191 can limit the connecting shaft 141. Specifically, the gear 142 rotates relative to the rack 150 to drive the connecting shaft 141 to roll in the first limit groove 1171 and the second limit groove 1191, and in this process, the sliding portion 133 rotates relative to the connecting shaft 141, that is, the sliding portion 133 keeps a sliding state in the sliding guide groove 114, and does not rotate relative to the sliding guide groove 114, so as to ensure the sliding stability of the connecting frame 130.
Referring to fig. 7, in the present embodiment, the sliding portion 133 is provided with a protrusion 134, the protrusion 134 extends into the first limiting groove 1171 and can slide relative to the first limiting groove 1171, the first limiting groove 1171 can limit the protrusion 134 to prevent the protrusion 134 from rotating relative to the first limiting groove 1171, so as to prevent the sliding portion 133 from rotating relative to the sliding guide groove 114, and further ensure that the connecting frame 130 can only slide along the extending direction of the sliding guide groove 114.
In this embodiment, the sliding portion 133 is in a hook shape, and the sliding portion 133 is hung on the connecting shaft 141 and can rotate relative to the connecting shaft 141, so as to facilitate installation and detachment, thereby facilitating maintenance and replacement of the mating member 140. However, the present invention is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the sliding portion 133 may be annular, the sliding portion 133 may be sleeved outside the connecting shaft 141, and the sliding portion 133 may be rotatable with respect to the sliding portion 133, and the shape of the sliding portion 133 is not particularly limited.
In this embodiment, the number of the sliding parts 133 is two, the two sliding parts 133 are disposed on the connecting part 132 in parallel at intervals, the gear 142 is disposed between the two sliding parts 133, one end of the connecting shaft 141 passes through one sliding part 133 and can rotate relative to the sliding part 133, and the other end of the connecting shaft 141 passes through the other sliding part 133 and can rotate relative to the sliding part 133. The two sliding parts 133 cooperate to define the position of the gear 142, prevent the gear 142 from being displaced relative to the connection frame 130, and improve the stability of the transmission process.
It should be noted that, the driving member 160 is connected to the mating member 140, and the driving member 160 can drive the mating member 140 to move in the sliding guide groove 114, so as to drive the drain pipe joint 120 to slide relative to the outlet pipe 111 through the connecting frame 130. Specifically, the driving member 160 is in driving connection with the connecting shaft 141, and the driving member 160 can drive the gear 142 to rotate relative to the rack 150 through the connecting shaft 141, so as to drive the sliding portion 133 to slide in the sliding guide groove 114, and further drive the water draining pipe joint 120 to slide relative to the water draining pipe 111 through the connecting frame 130.
In this embodiment, the driving member 160 is a spring, which is in driving connection with the connecting shaft 141. When the connecting frame 130 slides towards the direction close to the base 110 relative to the guide chute 114, the gear 142 rotates relative to the rack 150, the connecting shaft 141 drives the spring to rotate so as to realize energy storage of the spring, when the connecting frame 130 slides to the limit position close to the base 110, the water discharge pipe joint 120 is connected with the water outlet pipe 111, the energy stored by the spring is maximum, when the water discharge pipe joint 120 and the water outlet pipe 111 are detached, the spring releases energy so as to drive the gear 142 to reversely rotate relative to the rack 150 through the connecting shaft 141, thereby driving the connecting frame 130 to slide towards the direction far away from the base 110 relative to the guide chute 114 and further driving the water discharge pipe joint 120 to slide relative to the water outlet pipe 111. However, the present invention is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the driving member 160 may be an electric motor, an air motor or a hydraulic motor, and the type of the driving member 160 is not particularly limited.
Referring to fig. 8 and 9, in the process of disassembling the quick connector assembly 100, the connection between the water drain pipe joint 120 and the water outlet pipe 111 is first released, then the driving member 160 drives the fitting 140 to rotate in the sliding guide groove 114, in this process, the gear 142 is meshed with the rack 150 to drive the connecting frame 130 to slide in the sliding guide groove 114 in a direction away from the base 110, meanwhile, the connecting frame 130 drives the water drain pipe joint 120 to slide relative to the water outlet pipe 111, when the fitting 140 abuts against the end cap 116 of the limiting member 113, the connecting frame 130 slides to a limit position away from the base 110, and at this time, the water drain pipe joint 120 is completely separated from the water outlet pipe 111, and a sufficient yielding space is formed between the water drain pipe joint 120 and the base 110, so as to facilitate the disassembly and cleaning of the air conditioner.
According to the quick connector assembly 100 of the embodiment of the invention, a water outlet pipe 111 is arranged on a base 110, a water outlet pipe joint 120 is sleeved outside the water outlet pipe 111 and is detachably matched with the water outlet pipe 111, a connecting frame 130 is arranged on the water outlet pipe joint 120 and is movably connected with the base 110, and the connecting frame 130 is used for driving the water outlet pipe joint 120 to be detached from the water outlet pipe 111 when the water outlet pipe joint 120 is disengaged from the water outlet pipe 111. Compared with the prior art, the joint quick-release assembly 100 provided by the invention has the advantages that the connecting frame 130 which is arranged on the drain pipe joint 120 and is movably connected with the base 110 is adopted, so that the drain pipe joint 120 can be conveniently and quickly detached, the detachment efficiency is high, the position of the detached drain pipe joint 120 can be fixed, and the drain pipe joint 120 is prevented from falling.
Second embodiment
The present invention provides an air conditioner (not shown) for controlling indoor air temperature. The air conditioner includes a joint quick release assembly 100 and an air conditioner main body (not shown). The basic structure and principle of the quick connector assembly 100 and the technical effects thereof are the same as those of the first embodiment, and for brevity, reference is made to the corresponding contents of the first embodiment.
In this embodiment, the air conditioner is an air conditioner hanging machine, the air conditioner main body is mounted on the base 110, and the air conditioner main body can blow out hot air or cold air outwards, so as to realize the heating or cooling function of the air conditioner.
