the cutting device comprises a frame 6, a feeding roller assembly 4 is arranged at the feeding end of the frame 6, a cutting structure is arranged in the middle of the frame 6, a film collecting device 9 is arranged at the tail end of the frame 6, and a material moving mechanism 8 is further arranged at the upper part of the frame 6;
the cutting structure comprises a transverse cutting device 7 transversely arranged on the frame 6 and longitudinal cutting devices 10 vertically arranged on two sides of the frame 6, and the material moving mechanism 8 comprises a moving assembly capable of moving back and forth along the frame 6 and a material grabbing assembly 11 fixed on the lower part of the moving assembly;
the grabbing assembly 11 comprises a mounting table plate capable of moving up and down in a reciprocating mode, and a smoothing mechanism 12 and an adsorption mechanism 13 are fixed at the lower part of the mounting table plate;
the smoothing mechanism 12 comprises a smoothing roller 1206 at the bottom and a transmission rod system which can push the smoothing roller 1206 to smooth outwards along the medical film level along with the downward movement of the mounting platen, wherein the transmission rod system is also provided with a first air cylinder 1203 and a second air cylinder 1212 which are used for pumping air along with the outward movement of the smoothing roller 1206;
the first air cylinder 1203 and the second air cylinder 1212 are sealed cylinders, pistons are arranged in the sealed cylinders, the pistons are connected with an output shaft extending out of the cylinders, a first ventilation port is arranged at one end of the first air cylinder 1203 and the second air cylinder 1212 far away from the output shaft, and a one-way valve and an electromagnetic valve are arranged at one end of the first air cylinder 1203 and one end of the second air cylinder 1212 close to the output shaft;

The material moving mechanism 8 comprises a truss 805 fixed on the upper portion of the frame 6 and used for enabling the material moving device to reciprocate, a slide way is arranged on the truss 805, a sliding trolley 802 is connected in a sliding mode, a lifting device is fixed on the lower portion of the sliding trolley 802, a thread seat is arranged on the upper portion of the sliding trolley 802, the thread seat is connected with a driving screw 803 through threads, two ends of the driving screw 803 are rotatably connected with the truss 805 through bearing seats, the end portion of the driving screw 803 is fixedly connected with an output shaft of a first motor 804, the lifting device comprises a first cylinder 801 and a first sliding rod 806, the end portion of the output shaft of the first cylinder 801 is fixedly connected with a mounting platen, a sliding sleeve matched with the first sliding rod 806 is arranged on the side edge of the mounting platen, and the sliding sleeve 806 is sleeved on the first sliding rod.

the smoothing mechanism comprises a smoothing roller at the bottom and a transmission rod system which can push the smoothing roller to smooth outwards along the medical film level along with the downward movement of the mounting platen, and the transmission rod system is also provided with a first air cylinder and a second air cylinder which are used for exhausting along with the outward movement of the smoothing roller;
the first air cylinder and the second air cylinder are sealed cylinder bodies, a piston is arranged in each sealed cylinder body, the piston is connected with an output shaft extending out of the cylinder body, a first air exchanging port is arranged at one end, far away from the output shaft, of each first air cylinder and each second air cylinder, and a one-way valve and an electromagnetic valve are arranged at one end, close to the output shaft, of each first air cylinder and each second air cylinder;
the adsorption mechanism comprises a connecting rod fixedly connected with a mounting plate, a third air cylinder is fixed at the lower part of the connecting rod, one end of the third air cylinder is connected with an axially arranged threaded column through a threaded hole, one end of the threaded column is provided with a first operation panel, the other end of the threaded column is fixedly provided with a first sealing plate, the first sealing plate is connected with a piston plate through a spring, an exhaust pipe is connected to the piston plate, one end of the exhaust pipe, which is close to the piston plate, is provided with an air outlet, the exhaust pipe extends out from the other end of the third air cylinder, the exhaust pipe is in sealing and movable connection with the third air cylinder, a limit structure for preventing rotation is arranged between the piston plate and the third air cylinder, the end part of the exhaust pipe is vertically and downwards connected with a sucker, the middle part of the sucker is provided with an air inlet, the upper part of the third air cylinder is provided with a second air exchanging port, and the first air exchanging port is connected with the second air exchanging port through a pipeline;
