The main functions are to shield light and eliminate interference, and create an environment suitable for sleeping, which is suitable for daytime and outdoor use, such as noon rest, airplane sitting and automobile driving.
The steam generated by the steam eye mask product is alkalescent at present, and the reason is that a small amount of side reaction occurs in the oxidation-reduction reaction process of the self-heating material body, namely nitrogen, elemental iron and water generate ammonia, and the ammonia generated by the side reaction can volatilize synchronously along with the release of the steam. Because the solubility of ammonia in water is extremely high, the water vapor released during the use of the steam eye mask contains ammonia, so that the vapor and vapor deposited on the skin surface show weak alkalinity, and the pH value is between 7.5 and 9. However, the normal pH value of human skin is about 6.5, the skin is slightly acidic, the release of slightly alkaline steam and deposition on the skin surface can change the pH value of the skin surface to slightly alkaline, and the long-term slightly alkaline environment of the eye skin is unfavorable for the maintenance and microecological balance of the eye skin.
Therefore, how to provide a novel eyeshade, which can make the steam eyeshade generate neutral or weak acid steam, is beneficial to the maintenance of the skin of eyes and is a technical problem to be solved urgently by those skilled in the art.

Detailed Description
Other advantages and advantages of the present invention will become apparent to those skilled in the art from the following detailed description, which, by way of illustration, is to be read in connection with certain specific embodiments, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1-3, embodiments of the present invention provide a self-heating eye shield for generating neutral or weakly acidic vapor, comprising: the eye mask comprises an eye mask body 1, a self-heating body 2 and an acid-base regulating layer 3, wherein the eye mask body 1 wraps the self-heating body 2 and the acid-base regulating layer 3;
wherein the acid-base regulating layer 3 is independently layered, or the acid-base regulating layer 3 is attached to the self-heating body 2 and/or the eye mask body 1; the acid-base adjusting layer 3 can be attached to one side of the self-heating body 2 close to the skin, can be attached to one side of the inner layer of the eyeshade body 1 far away from the skin, and can be attached to the self-heating body 2 and the inner layer of the eyeshade body 1 at the same time. The acid-base regulating layer 3 may be provided in a manner that ensures that the vapor generated from the heat generator 2 permeates the peracid-base regulating layer 3.
After the steam generated from the heat generator 2 permeates the acid-base regulating layer 3, the pH value of the steam is between 5 and 7.
In the prior art, the principle of generating steam from heat in the steam eye mask is as follows: the easily-oxidizable metal contained in the self-heating body is oxidized by oxygen in the air to generate heat. After an independent packaging bag outside the steam eyeshade is opened, oxygen in the air contacts with easily-oxidized metal contained in a self-heating body in the steam eyeshade to generate oxidation and heat release reaction, so that moisture in the eyeshade body is evaporated, steam is slowly released, and the eyes are healed by utilizing the warming effect of the steam, so that various discomforts such as dry eyes, dark circles and the like are eliminated. However, the self-heating body in the vapor patch generally contains some organic substances in addition to the oxidizable metal, and may generate some harmful alkaline gas in addition to heat and water vapor when the composition contained in the self-heating body 2 is chemically reacted. The alkaline gases are mixed with water vapor to release, so that the pH value of the released vapor is between 7.5 and 9, the vapor reaches eyes of a human body through the eyeshade body 1, and the weak alkaline vapor acts on the skin surface of the human body to change the normal weak acidic skin micro-ecological environment into a weak alkaline environment with larger pH value, so that the long-term weak alkaline environment is not beneficial to the maintenance and micro-ecological balance of the skin of the eyes.
The acid-base regulating layer 3 contains one or two of an acid-base regulator and a microporous adsorbent.
Compared with the prior art, the self-heating eye mask provided by the embodiment of the invention is additionally provided with the acid-base adjusting layer 3, the acid-base adjusting layer 3 contains the acid-base adjusting agent or the micropore adsorbent, and the steam generated by the self-heating body 2 is subjected to dealkalization treatment, weak acidification treatment or adsorption of the micropore adsorbent through the acid-base adjusting agent, so that the pH value of the steam finally contacted with the skin of a human body is between 5 and 7, and the steam is in a weak acid or neutral state. The weak acid or neutral water vapor is closer to the pH value of the skin, which is beneficial to maintaining the acid-base balance and microecological balance of the skin.
The acid-base regulator contained in the acid-base regulating layer 3 is one or more of nonvolatile acid, exertive acid or hydrogen salt.
The nonvolatile acid can be one or more of citric acid, malic acid, citric acid, succinic acid, oxalic acid, tartaric acid, various amino acids, vitamin C and its derivatives, etc., and the addition amount of nonvolatile acid is 0.01 g/square meter-200 g/square meter. When the self-heating body 2 wrapped in the eyeshade body 1 heats and releases water vapor with weak alkalinity, the water vapor with weak alkalinity enters the acid-base adjusting layer 3 and is neutralized by citric acid, malic acid, citric acid, succinic acid, oxalic acid, tartaric acid and other non-volatile acids, and the water vapor reaching the skin surface of the human body is in a weak acidic or neutral state due to the neutralization effect of the acid and the base.
The volatile acid is one or more of lactic acid, gluconic acid, salicylic acid, formic acid, acetic acid, propionic acid and butyric acid; and the addition amount of the volatile acid is 0.01 g/square meter-200 g/square meter. The volatile acid has inherent volatility, so that the volatile acid can generate a stimulating taste, and weak acidic volatile acid with smaller stimulation is selected as much as possible when materials are selected, and simultaneously the stimulating taste which brings uncomfortable feeling to a user can be masked and removed by controlling the addition amount of the volatile acid and adding essence. When the self-heating body 2 wrapped in the eyeshade body 1 heats and releases water vapor with weak alkalinity, the water vapor with weak alkalinity enters the acid-base adjusting layer 3, and the low vapor pressure volatile acid such as lactic acid, gluconic acid, salicylic acid, formic acid, acetic acid, propionic acid, butyric acid and the like releases acid gas, so that the vapor is slightly acidic after volatile weak acid is carried by the vapor through the acid-base adjusting layer 3, the pH value of the vapor is close to 6.5, and the vapor is close to the pH value of the skin, thereby effectively avoiding the deposition of alkaline vapor on the skin surface, and ensuring that the acid-base balance and microecological balance of the skin of eyes can not be destroyed after the vapor eyeshade is used by a user, and being beneficial to the skin health of a human body.
The hydrogen salt is one or more of salts which contain hydrogen radicals and can absorb acid gas, such as citric acid monohydrogen salt, citric acid dihydrogen salt, bicarbonate, phosphoric acid monohydrogen salt, phosphoric acid dihydrogen salt, bisulfate and the like, and the addition amount of the salts which can absorb acid gas is 0.01 g/-200 g/. Square meter. When the self-heating body 2 wrapped in the eyeshade body 1 heats and releases the water vapor with weak alkalinity, the water vapor with weak alkalinity enters the acid-base adjusting layer 3 and is neutralized by hydrogen radical-containing salts such as citric acid monohydrogen salt, citric acid dihydrogen salt, bicarbonate, phosphoric acid monohydrogen salt, phosphoric acid dihydrogen salt, bisulfate and the like, and the water vapor reaching the skin surface of the human body is in a weak acidic or neutral state due to the neutralization effect of acid and base.
The microporous adsorbent contained in the acid-base regulating layer 3 is one or more of cyclodextrin, diatomite, active carbon, graphene, kaolin and cellulose. When the steam carrying alkaline gas passes through the acid-base regulating layer 3, the generated steam needs to be ensured to smoothly permeate through the acid-base regulating layer 3 to reach the skin surface of a human body, and meanwhile, the steam carrying alkaline gas is fully dealkalized or weakly acidic under the action of an acid-base regulator when permeating through the acid-base regulating layer 3, so that the speed of the steam penetrating through the acid-base regulating layer 3 becomes an important factor. For example, if the rate of vapor permeation through the acid-base adjusting layer is too low, the warming effect of the vapor eye mask is affected, and if the rate of vapor permeation through the acid-base adjusting layer 3 is too fast, the vapor carrying the alkaline gas cannot be sufficiently dealkalized or weak acid, so that the vapor eventually reaching the skin surface of the human body cannot be maintained in a weak acid or neutral state. The steam generated from the heating body 2 passes through the acid-base regulating layer 3 containing the microporous adsorbent, so that the steam can be ensured to pass through smoothly, and meanwhile, the steam can be fully weak base or weakly acidified when passing through.
The microporous adsorbent comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 0-5% of cyclodextrin, 0-15% of diatomite, 5-85% of activated carbon, 0-5% of graphene, 0-5% of kaolin and 0-10% of cellulose.
The microporous adsorbent can be realized by printing a coating on the surface of the self-heating eyeshade 2 and/or the eyeshade body 1 or weaving the microporous adsorbent and fibers together;
the acid-base modifier is uniformly distributed in the acid-base modifier layer 3, and the acid-base modifier can be dispersed in the acid-base modifier layer 3 in a spray, coating or infiltration mode.
The acid-base adjusting layer 3 is physically connected or integrated with the self-heating body 2 and/or the eye mask body 1 in an attaching mode; wherein, the physical connection mode can be carried out by adopting a gluing mode, a hot pressing mode or a spot welding mode.
The eye shield body 1 comprises an inner layer 11 and an outer layer 12, wherein the inner layer 11 and the outer layer 12 are connected at the side edges;
wherein, the outer layer 12 is made of non-woven fabric, woven fabric or paper breathable material, and the inner layer 11 is made of needled cotton or non-woven fabric material. The needled cotton or the spunlaced non-woven fabric is skin-friendly and breathable. When a user wears the steam eyeshade, the inner layer 11 directly contacts the surface of human skin, and the needled cotton or the spun-laced non-woven fabric material is skin-friendly, so that the skin of the eyes of the user is prevented from being pressed.
The invention will be further described with reference to specific embodiments.
