综上,凉茶一共分为四种,分别为春季春茶、夏季伏茶、秋季凉茶以及冬季补茶,制备是首先进行生药片的制备,按重量份数称取,春季春茶:枳实2份、葛根2份,夏季伏茶:夏枯草4份、大竹叶2份、荷叶4份、金银花2份,秋季凉茶:菊花3份、吴茱萸1份、白茅根3份,冬季补茶:生地4份、麦冬3份,将上述原料经洗净、切碎后先用40-55℃温水冲洗1min,放入煎煮锅中加山泉水100-200份煮至沸腾,文火加热60-90min,加热完成后静置1-2小时,之后江药液进行滤渣,得到的煎取液再次进行静置,然后取上层清液得原药液并进行浓缩,按重量份数称取凉茶配料,春季春茶:桂花1份、赤豆4份、黑豆4份、莲子4份、红枣3份,夏季伏茶:茯苓4份、薏米仁4份,秋季凉茶:玉竹4份、石斛3份、百合5份,冬季补茶:枸杞子3份、红枣3份、核桃5份,采用破壁机将上述配料进行打碎成粉剂备用,随后进行四种凉茶的制备,取配料药粉50份、红曲3份以及药液50份,将其分装到压模工作台1上方的充压盒中,并按照叠层式结构将其压制成饼状结构,叠层结构共有九层,其中三层为药粉,两层为红曲,四层为药液,以药粉作为打底,再以药液为粘结层覆盖在红曲的上下两侧,最终制成九层的药饼结构,这种方式可以保障红曲发酵出的成分可以充分的与药液接触从而产生反应,帮助其提高药效,使用时药粉充压盒4的内部填充有配料粉剂,红曲充压盒5的内部则填充有红曲粉剂,而药液充压盒6则填充有提取出的原料药剂,药粉充压盒4一端作为起始端,而红曲充压盒5所处的一端作为尾端,药液充压盒6则是设计安装在药粉充压盒4和红曲充压盒5朝向尾端的一侧,使用时将联板模具3从药粉充压盒4一端放入即可,压模板2在初始下压的过程中,会先填充一组药粉,随后同时填充药粉和水剂,之后同时填充药粉、水剂和红曲,最后同时填充药粉、水剂、红曲和水剂,此时便可以进行循环操作知道该组联板模具3长度加工结束,然后将联板模具3中药饼取出放置在发酵设备中进行静置发酵,温度在28-30℃,湿度维持在80%,36h后取出放入到烘干箱中进行烘干,温度在70-80℃,烘干10h,最后将草茶曲块粉碎制成茶包颗粒或茶包粉剂。To sum up, there are four kinds of herbal teas, namely spring spring tea, summer tea, autumn herbal tea and winter tonic tea.
