As shown in fig. 4, the air tube 9 is respectively linked with the auxiliary pillow 11 and the massage mechanism 10 through a four-way pipe 12 described below, divides one air flow into three air flows, and respectively utilizes the three air flows to play different roles, so that the linkage is good and the operation is easy.

The massage part 1004 is composed of an elastic part and a massage part, the elastic part is made of hollow rubber, the elastic part is communicated with the shunt tube 1003, air flow enters the elastic part along the shunt tube 1003, and the elastic part is soft in material and easy to deform, so that the massage part 1004 can be conveniently and rapidly sprung up, otherwise, when the shunt tube 1003 is under negative pressure, the elastic part is easy to be rapidly folded.
The massage part is of a spherical structure, the spherical structure is provided with massage lines, the spherical structure is easy to be in point contact with the skin of a patient, and the contact area is increased along with the continuous penetration of the massage part, so that the massage part has the effect of slightly stimulating the acupuncture points of the patient, and the blood circulation of the skin in a pressed area is easy to be promoted.
The massage mechanism 10 further comprises a conical sleeve 1005 for reducing the air flow, the enlarged end of the conical sleeve 1005 is connected with the air outlet end of the shunt tube 1003, the reduced end of the conical sleeve 1005 is positioned on the movable pad 2, and the conical sleeve 1005 has two functions, on one hand, when the air flow in the shunt tube 1003 passes through the conical sleeve 1005, the section of the outlet of the conical sleeve 1005 is in a reduced shape, so that the flow rate of the air flow is reduced, the formed air flow is poor to the inside of the shunt tube 1003, the massage part 1004 is convenient to spring, on the other hand, a small amount of ejected air flow can enter the outer surface of the air cushion 1 along the movable pad 2, and the dryness of the contact part of a patient and the air cushion 1 can be effectively ensured by utilizing the flowing air, so that pressure sores are avoided.
