Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of LED illumination, and particularly relates to an intelligent driving controller for an LED illuminating lamp.
Background
Because Light Emitting Diode (LED) Light sources have the advantages of small size, high brightness, low power consumption, long service life, etc., they are widely focused and applied, so that it is a trend to replace the conventional fluorescent lamp tubes with LED tubes.
In the prior art, there are two main ways for replacing the traditional fluorescent lamp tube with the LED lamp tube:
the first method is to completely remove the original fluorescent lamp tube and ballast and directly input the commercial power to the LED lamp tube, but this method needs to modify the internal wiring of the lamp, thus generating extra labor cost;
the second mode is that the original fluorescent lamp tube is only replaced without changing the internal circuit of the lamp, but the installed LED lamp tube is required to be compatible with the original ballast to work. However, in fluorescent ballasts, there is a considerable proportion of electronic ballasts, and thus a challenge in replacing fluorescent tubes is to operate compatible electronic ballasts.
Although white light LED is an ideal solution for today's large-scale lighting, if the electronic device for driving LED is popularized to each bulb, the main problem is that the performance of the current LED driving circuit has not achieved high efficiency conversion, wherein the key technical problem is that the electronic energy conversion efficiency of the driving electronic system is very large due to the discrete range, the parameters are difficult to control, and the height and stability are the main problems of the whole LED practical technology and product parameters. Secondly, heat dissipation and EMI (electromagnetic interference) factors are also considered, both of which have important effects on the reliability of the lighting device, and limit the design density. In addition, since the forward current-voltage characteristic of the LED is very steep, that is, the forward dynamic resistance is very small, it is difficult to supply power to the LED. The power supply can not be directly supplied by a voltage source like a common incandescent lamp, otherwise, the voltage fluctuation is slightly increased, and the current is increased to the extent of burning the LED. In order to stabilize the working current of the LED and ensure that the LED can work normally and reliably, various LED driving circuits are generated.
At present, the prior circuit has the following problems:
1) the existing LED driving controller only has a constant current or a voltage stabilizing circuit, and has a single function;
2) the traditional LED driving controller has narrow voltage range and small driving power;
3) poor heat dissipation and short service life;
4) the power utilization rate is low.
