凸缘密封件
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于连接由塑料材料制成的两个管道端部的凸缘连接件,凸缘连接件包含:由塑料材料制成的彼此相对的两个管端部,其中管端部各自具有预焊接颈部;两个松型凸缘,其中松型凸缘布置在每个管端部处,其中松型凸缘具有用于彼此夹紧的孔;夹紧装置,其中夹紧装置布置在孔中并用来将松型凸缘与管道端部彼此拉在一起;以及密封元件。
背景技术
WO 2016/184801 A1公开一种凸缘连接件,其中用于加热塑料材料的加热线圈布置在凸缘中,并且凸缘的彼此面对的两个端面彼此直接焊接而没有中间部件。
GB 2 431 135 A也公开一种热塑性材料的凸缘,其中加热线结合于端面和密封元件处,密封元件布置在凸缘的端面处。
US 2003/0075919 A1公开一种凸缘连接件,其中焊接插入件布置在管端部的预焊接颈部之间,其中焊接插入件包含由塑料材料制成的盘,并且该盘被导线环绕,以便加热塑料材料和管端部以用于焊接。
US 6 398 264 B1公开一种用于热激活或加热管道端部的装置。为了将管道端部彼此紧密连接,在两个端面上放置有加热元件,该加热元件加热端部,并且同时向端面施加先前装配到加热元件的密封剂。这使得在装置已被移除之后能够进行管道端部的密封端面连结。
以上提到的连接件的缺点是,在一段时间之后,由于塑料材料开始蠕变,故凸缘连接件变得不紧密。这可在提供机械夹紧装置时借助于连接件的定期再调节或再紧固来克服,其中这样的凸缘连接件在大多数情况下难以利用已安装的管道接近,并且再紧固仅可能达到有限的程度。此外,以上提到的凸缘连接件不可为了维护目的而被释放并且被再次旋拧或重复使用相同的部件,因为部件不确保任何新的密封。
发明内容
本发明的目标是提供凸缘连接件和相关的用于组装的方法,使得意图在更长的一段时间内确保密封,并使得意图减少用于再紧固凸缘连接件的定期操作。此外,意图防止组装错误以及在维护操作之后不可再次使用同一密封元件的事实。
根据本发明实现该目标,因为密封元件包括传导性塑料材料并且只包括一种材料。
根据本发明的用于连接由塑料材料制成的两个管道的凸缘连接件包含由塑料材料制成的彼此相对的两个管端部。管端部各自具有预焊接颈部。为了将两个预焊接颈部彼此夹紧在一起,在每个管端部处布置松型凸缘。松型凸缘具有孔,在孔中布置用于将松型凸缘彼此夹紧在一起的夹紧装置。由于将松型凸缘拉在一起,所以同心地布置在其中的管端部也利用预焊接颈部相应地彼此拉在一起。另外,根据本发明的凸缘连接件包含密封元件,其中密封元件包括传导性塑料材料并且只包括一种材料。由于传导性塑料材料,密封元件可借助于所供应的电功率来加热。因此,密封元件没有额外的单独部件,或者密封元件构造成单件。这具有不需要额外的组装复杂性的优点。此外,密封元件具有以下优点:不会与具有集成加热线的常规密封件一样发生线放电。由于密封元件不仅被压在预焊接颈部上而且还被焊接在预焊接颈部上或被焊接到预焊接颈部的事实,确保了凸缘连接件的更高水平的紧密性。
密封元件优选地使用注射模制方法生产并且构造为注射模制的部件。
用于将管端部夹紧在一起的松型凸缘可构造为塑料部件和构造为金属部件。当然,松型凸缘也可由复合材料生产。
优选地,密封元件的传导性塑料材料以均质的方式构造。由此,密封元件以均匀的方式传导电功率并以均匀的方式被加热。由于密封元件的加热,材料变得更软,并且密封元件更好地适配于预焊接颈部的端面的表面,并且在密封元件与预焊接颈部之间实现最适宜的形状配合连接。另外,利用特定的材料组合,在密封元件与预焊接颈部之间,除了形状配合连接之外,还可获得材料接合连接。
已经发现,在彼此相对的预焊接颈部之间只布置密封元件是有利的。这具有以下优点:在组装期间没有可被忘记的额外的部件,并且因此降低了连接不充分的风险。
导电热塑性弹性体材料(TPE)用作用于密封元件的优选材料。优选地,TPE以弹性方式构造,借此优化密封能力。由于通过所供应的功率的加热,由热塑性弹性体材料制成的密封元件变得更软并且最佳地适配于预焊接颈部的端面的表面。
优选地,由传导性材料优选地制成的用于供应功率的接触元件布置在密封元件上,其中该材料不必与密封元件的材料相同。
已经发现优选实施例是当预焊接颈部由聚乙烯(PE)制成时。与导电热塑性弹性体材料的密封元件组合,两种塑料材料形成材料接合连接,这继而在增加的程度上确保根据本发明的凸缘连接件的密封。
还已经发现预焊接颈部在端面处具有凹槽是有利的。当连接件被夹紧在一起时,密封元件被压入凹槽中并且由此确保承受高压的形状配合连接。
根据优选实施例,凹槽在预焊接颈部中构造为同心延伸的圆。
根据本发明实现该目标,因为在用于组装凸缘连接件的方法中,在将松型凸缘布置在彼此相对的管端部处并实施夹紧在一起之前,密封元件已经以不可释放的方式布置在预焊接颈部的端面上。
还已经发现有利的是,通过再次加热预焊接颈部能够释放密封元件,并且在清洁预焊接颈部和密封元件之后能够再次使用密封元件。
根据本发明的用于组装凸缘连接件的方法具有以下步骤:
将松型凸缘布置在由塑料材料制成的彼此相对的管端部处,使用夹紧装置将松型凸缘夹紧在一起,其中夹紧在一起仅实施直到轻微的预张紧。
随后,向传导性密封元件施加电流,其中传导性密封元件布置在管端部或管端部的预焊接颈部之间。由于向密封元件供应电流,故在密封元件的至少一侧与预焊接颈部之间实现焊接。随后,实施使用夹紧装置将松型凸缘夹紧在一起,直到需要的紧固扭矩。在根据本发明的用于组装凸缘连接件的方法期间,在将松型凸缘布置在彼此相对的管端部上并实施夹紧在一起之前,传导性密封元件已经以不可释放的方式布置在预焊接颈部的端面上。优选地,密封元件在工厂中已经固定到预焊接颈部的端面,这可已经通过借助于电流加热传导性密封元件且因此将密封元件焊接到预焊接颈部来实施,或者备选地,密封元件也可利用在焊接操作之前移除的粘附剂或机械固定装置来临时固定。这提供密封元件不可被忘记的优点,并由此降低了组装错误的风险。还确保正确的密封元件用于对应的凸缘连接件。
在根据本发明的方法中,提供以下优点:密封元件可在第一次加热之后被再次加热,不管是要从预焊接颈部移除密封元件(其中这也可备选地不加热而借助于分离来实施),还是用于再次焊接到预焊接颈部(例如由于凸缘连接件因管道的移位或其它适配而需要的调节)。
所有实施例可彼此自由组合,并且方法的特征可适用于凸缘连接件,并且反之亦然。

具体实施方式
图1中描绘的图是根据本发明的用于连接由塑料材料制成的管道端部的凸缘连接件1的截面视图。凸缘连接件1包含由塑料材料制成的彼此相对的两个管端部2,其中管端部相对于彼此同心地布置。管端部2各自具有预焊接颈部3,管端部2借助于预焊接颈部3彼此夹紧在一起,这在图2中也可清楚地看到。在每种情况下,在管端部2处布置有使用夹紧装置6彼此夹紧在一起的松型凸缘4。管端部2的预焊接颈部3布置在松型凸缘4之间,并由此被压在一起。夹紧装置6布置在为此目的而设置的松型凸缘4中的孔5中,并且优选地以均匀的方式分布。密封元件7布置在两个预焊接颈部3之间,其中密封元件7包括传导性塑料材料。为了改进密封,密封元件7借助于电流加热,这继而使密封元件7的材料更软,并且由此密封元件7在凸缘被夹紧时更好地抵靠预焊接颈部3的端面装配,并对应良好地密封。为了供应功率,使用布置在密封元件7上的接触元件8。接触元件8在图2中纯粹示意性地图示,接触元件8的构造根据连接可能性或凸缘连接件的可接近性而开发。除了由此实现的最适宜的形状配合连接之外,通过密封元件和预焊接颈部3的对应材料选择,还可实现材料接合连接,该连接继而有助于密封凸缘连接件的改进。为了组装,密封元件7已经固定到管端部的预焊接颈部3,借此确保密封元件7不会被忘记或丢失,并且不会安装错误的密封元件7。

Claims (10)

1.凸缘连接件(1),其用于连接由塑料材料制成的两个管道端部,所述凸缘连接件(1)包含:由塑料材料制成的彼此相对的两个管端部(2),其中所述管端部(2)各自具有预焊接颈部(3);两个松型凸缘(4),其中松型凸缘(4)布置在每个管端部(2)处,其中所述松型凸缘(4)具有用于彼此夹紧的孔(5);夹紧装置(6),其中所述夹紧装置(6)布置在所述孔(5)中并用来将所述松型凸缘(4)与所述管道端部彼此拉在一起;以及密封元件(7),其特征在于,所述密封元件(7)包括传导性塑料材料并且只包括一种材料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的凸缘连接件(1),其特征在于,所述密封元件(7)构造成单件。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的凸缘连接件(1),其特征在于,所述传导性塑料材料以均质的方式构造。
4.根据权利要求1或3中的任一项所述的凸缘连接件(1),其特征在于,在彼此相对的所述预焊接颈部(3)之间只布置所述密封元件(7)。
5.根据权利要求1至4中的任一项所述的凸缘连接件(1),其特征在于,所述密封元件(7)包括传导性热塑性弹性体材料(TPE)。
6.根据权利要求1至5中的任一项所述的凸缘连接件(1),其特征在于,所述预焊接颈部(3)由聚乙烯(PE)制成。
7.根据权利要求1至6中的任一项所述的凸缘连接件(1),其特征在于,所述预焊接颈部(3)在端面处具有凹槽。
8.根据权利要求1至7中的任一项所述的凸缘连接件(1),其特征在于,所述预焊接颈部(3)中的所述凹槽构造为同心延伸的圆。
9.用于组装根据权利要求1至8中的任一项所述的凸缘连接件(1)的方法,所述方法具有以下步骤:
将所述松型凸缘(4)布置在由塑料材料制成的彼此相对的管端部(2)处;使用夹紧装置(6)将所述松型凸缘(4)夹紧在一起,其中所述夹紧在一起仅实施直到轻微的预张紧;向传导性密封元件(7)施加电流,其中所述传导性密封元件(7)布置在所述管端部(2)或所述管端部(2)上的所述预焊接颈部(3)之间,以便在所述密封元件(7)的至少一侧与预焊接颈部(3)之间实施焊接;随后使用夹紧装置(6)将所述松型凸缘(4)夹紧在一起,直到需要的紧固扭矩,其特征在于,在将所述松型凸缘(4)布置在彼此相对的所述管端部(2)上并实施所述夹紧在一起之前,所述密封元件(7)已经以不可释放的方式布置在预焊接颈部(3)的所述端面处。
10.根据权利要求9所述的用于组装凸缘连接件(1)的方法,其特征在于,通过再次加热所述预焊接颈部(3)可释放所述密封元件(7),并且在清洁所述预焊接颈部(3)和所述密封元件(7)之后可再次使用所述密封元件(7)。
