It is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all embodiments, and those skilled in the art can obtain other embodiments without inventive effort based on the embodiments of the present invention, and all embodiments are within the protection scope of the present invention. In addition, all the coupling/connection relationships mentioned herein do not mean that the components are directly connected, but mean that a better coupling structure can be formed by adding or reducing coupling accessories according to specific implementation conditions. All technical characteristics in the invention can be interactively combined on the premise of not conflicting with each other.
Example 1, referring to fig. 1 to 5, a reliable sanitary napkin includes: a facing layer 100, a flow-directing layer 200, a core layer 300, a left side flap nonwoven layer 130, a right side flap nonwoven layer 140, and a backsheet layer 150.
The surface layer 100 wraps the core layer 300, specifically: the facing layer 100 is wrapped from the left side of the lower side of the core layer 300, along the left side of the core layer 300, over the upper side of the core layer 300, along the right side of the core layer 300, and back to the right side of the lower side of the core layer 300.
The core layer 300 includes: the composite material comprises a non-woven fabric layer 310, a mixed layer 330 and a high-molecular water-absorbent resin layer 340, wherein the non-woven fabric layer 310, the mixed layer 330 and the high-molecular water-absorbent resin layer 340 are sequentially stacked from top to bottom, the mixed layer 330 is formed by mixing wood pulp particles and high-molecular water-absorbent resin particles, the wood pulp particles and the high-molecular water-absorbent resin particles are uniformly distributed in the mixed layer 330 through profiling, the mixed layer 330 is provided with a sponge hole structure, and the sponge hole structure is formed by hole-pressing the profiled mixed layer 330.
The flow guide layer 200 is embedded between the upper side of the core layer 300 and the face layer 100.
The left-side flap nonwoven layer 130 is connected to the lower side of the left side of the facing layer 100, and the right-side flap nonwoven layer 140 is connected to the lower side of the right side of the facing layer 100; the base film layer 150 covers the underside of the left side-flap nonwoven layer 130 and the underside of the right side-flap nonwoven layer 140.
During operation of the sanitary napkin, fluid is absorbed through the facing layer 100 and through the fluid-directing layer 200 into the core layer 300. The core layer 300 locks the liquid against leakage. Wherein the core layer 300 includes: a nonwoven fabric layer 310, a mixed layer 330, and a high-molecular water-absorbent resin layer 340. And uniformly distributing the wood pulp particles and the high-molecular water-absorbent resin particles by profiling. The mixed layer 330 is provided with a sponge hole structure, and the sponge hole structure is formed by punching the pressed mixed layer 330. When the core layer 300 is pressed, the holes in the sponge hole structure are pressed, so that a certain negative pressure is generated, and the negative pressure acts on the nonwoven fabric layer 310, the mixed layer 330 and the polymeric water absorbent resin layer 340, so that liquid can rapidly enter the nonwoven fabric layer 310, the mixed layer 330 and the polymeric water absorbent resin layer 340. In the mixed layer 330, the liquid is rapidly absorbed by the water-absorbent polymer particles. In the polymeric water-absorbent resin layer 340, the liquid is rapidly absorbed by the polymeric water-absorbent resin. The density of the mixed layer 330 is lower than that of the high-molecular water-absorbent resin layer 340. Since the density of the mixed layer 330 is lower than that of the high-molecular water-absorbent resin layer 340, the high-molecular water-absorbent resin layer 340 generates a force of robbing the liquid in the mixed layer 330, so that the liquid tends to the high-molecular water-absorbent resin layer 340. From another perspective, the liquid is prevented from escaping from the polymer water absorbent resin layer 340 into the mixed layer 330, and further, the anti-reverse osmosis capability is enhanced.
When core layer 300 reconversion, the hole in the sponge pore structure produces the negative pressure under the effect of elasticity, and this negative pressure can produce the effect to the polymer water-absorbent resin granule in mixing layer 330 for polymer water-absorbent resin granule produces the effect of the hole in the sponge pore structure, and water in the polymer water-absorbent resin granule is lived in the effect of this effect of force. Even if the high-molecular water-absorbent resin particles accidentally release absorbed liquid, the liquid still moves towards the pore direction in the sponge pore structure under the action of the force of the pores in the sponge pore structure and enters the pores in the sponge pore structure, so that the anti-reverse osmosis capacity is improved.
In some preferred embodiments, the present sanitary napkin further comprises: a left containment nonwoven layer 110 and a right containment nonwoven layer 120.
Left side is protected and is enclosed non-woven fabrics layer 110 and wrap up the left side of surface course 100, specifically do: the left containment nonwoven layer 110 is bent from the left side of the lower side of the face layer 100 to form a left folded portion 901 at the left side of the lower side of the face layer 100, then along the left side of the face layer 100, enters the left side of the upper side of the face layer 100, is bent at the left side of the upper side of the face layer 100 to form a left containment portion 111, and the left folded portion 901 and the left side of the upper side of the face layer 150 form a left suspended structure 112; the right side of the right side apron non-woven fabric layer 120 wraps the right side of the surface layer 100, and specifically comprises: the right containment nonwoven layer 120 is bent from the right side of the lower side of the face layer 100 to form a right folded portion 903, then along the right side of the face layer 100, and then enters the right side of the upper side of the face layer 100, and is bent from the right side of the upper side of the face layer 100 to form a right containment portion 121, and the right folded portion 903 and the right side of the upper side of the face layer 150 form a right suspended structure 122.
The left-side flap nonwoven layer 130 is connected to the left-side lower side of the face sheet 100 via the lower side of the left-side containment nonwoven layer 110, and the right-side flap nonwoven layer 140 is connected to the right-side lower side of the face sheet 100 via the lower side of the right-side containment nonwoven layer 120.
During operation of the sanitary napkin, fluid is absorbed through the facing layer 100 and through the fluid-directing layer 200 into the core layer 300. The core layer 300 locks the liquid against leakage. Meanwhile, since the left containment portion 111 is provided at the left side portion of the upper side of the facing layer 100 and the right containment portion 121 is provided at the right side portion of the upper side of the facing layer 100, the dam structures of the left and right sides are formed at the upper side of the facing layer 100 by the left and right containment portions 111 and 121. Thereby preventing leakage of liquid from the left or right side and preventing side leakage. Further, by providing the left side wing nonwoven layer 130 and the right side wing nonwoven layer 140, the wings are formed on the lower side of the core layer 300, which can provide a certain protection effect. Meanwhile, the bottom film layer 150 serves to further prevent liquid leakage, and thus, the water-locking capability of the core layer 300 is enhanced.
In some preferred embodiments, the left suspension structure 112 is formed by partially gluing the left folded portion 901 to the left portion of the upper side of the face layer 150, wherein after the left folded portion 901 is glued to the left portion of the upper side of the face layer 150, a left gap 902 exists between the left folded portion 901 and the left portion of the upper side of the face layer 150, so that the left portion of the upper side of the face layer 150 is partially separated from the left folded portion 901.
