Problems with existing technology

The technical objects and objects described above are substantially achieved by a cooker hood comprising the technical features disclosed in one or more of the accompanying solutions.

Advantages of the present invention

In particular, the hood avoids technical problems because it includes a hinge with a fixed element and a movable element. Referring to the drawings, reference numeral 1 denotes a cooker hood of the present invention.

The cooker hood 1 comprises a box-shaped housing 2 designed to be mounted to a wall 21 . In an alternative embodiment of the invention, the box-shaped housing 2 of the cooker hood 1 may be fully or partially embedded in a wall 21 or a ceiling (not shown). Without prejudice to the general scope of the invention, reference will be made below to mounting to a vertical wall 21 .

The box-shaped housing 2 has a front side surface 3a. The front side 3a is the side on which the range hood 1 is installed, and is opposite to the wall 21 on which the range hood 1 is installed and/or embedded.
