However, both the two technologies have certain defects, the finned tube type fog dissipation has higher requirement on the space height of the cooling tower, the pump lift of a water pump needs to be increased, and the energy consumption of the cooling tower is increased; the fog dispersal procedure is complex in process, and a shutter system and a vacuum pumping system need to be adjusted; the surface of the finned tube is easy to collect dust, influences the heat exchange effect and needs to be cleaned regularly; the method is only suitable for new projects, and the original cooling tower cannot be modified. The condensing module type fog dissipation has certain requirements on the height of an air chamber, and a certain water pump lift needs to be increased, so that the biggest defect is that the resistance is large, and particularly, the resistance can increase the energy consumption of a cooling tower when the fog dissipation is not used in summer, thereby increasing the long-term operation cost of the cooling tower; the fog dispersal process is relatively complex, and a shutter on the outer wall and a plate turnover system at the lower part of the module need to be regulated and controlled; the method is only suitable for new projects, and the original cooling tower cannot be modified.

The installation position of the electrothermal film 9 in the invention is not limited to the embodiment 1 and the embodiment 2, and the electrothermal film 9 can also be installed at other parts of the wet cooling tower, and the electrothermal film 9 can also be made into universal integrated module equipment to be additionally installed and modified on the original cooling tower.
