Detailed Description
In order to more clearly illustrate the embodiments of the present invention, the following description will explain the embodiments of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings. It is obvious that the drawings in the following description are only some examples of the invention, and that for a person skilled in the art, other drawings and embodiments can be derived from them without inventive effort.
Example (b):
the section view of the anti-drop terminal block with the indication is shown in fig. 1, and the anti-drop terminal block comprises a terminal block shell 10, wherein a row of six groups of wire terminal holes and needle-shaped terminal holes which are matched one by one are formed in the terminal block shell 10, and the wire terminal holes are horizontally opened outwards and used for inserting wires; and pin-type terminal holes vertically penetrate the bottom of the terminal block case 10 for inserting pin-type terminals.
A top plate 11 and a bottom plate 12 which are arranged oppositely are respectively arranged in the terminal row shell 10 and above and below each wire terminal hole, the wire terminal hole is positioned between the top plate 11 and the bottom plate 12, the opposite surfaces of the top plate 11 and the bottom plate 12 are clamped to form a clamping part for the wire terminal hole, and the top end of the pin-shaped terminal hole is electrically connected with a flexible conductor 14 which is extended to the top plate 11.
A fastening screw 1 is screwed on the terminal row shell 10 above each wire terminal hole, and each top plate 11 is also screwed on the corresponding fastening screw 1 in the terminal row shell 10. The fastening screw 1 and the terminal row shell 10 and the top plate 11 can rotate relatively, but the angle between the terminal row shell 10 and the top plate 11 is not changed when the fastening screw rotates; turning the tightening screw 1 enables the tightening screw 1 to move vertically in the terminal block case 10, thereby driving the top plate 11 screwed at the bottom thereof to move vertically.
The bottom plate 12 is mounted on the bottom of the inner side of the terminal block case 10 through the elastic supporting member 9, and the elastic supporting member 9 is fixedly connected with the bottom plate 12 and the terminal block case 10 through the positioning pin 9. The elastic support 9 supports the bottom plate 12 for elastic movement in the vertical direction. When the fastening screw 1 is screwed to move the top plate 11 downward, the top plate 11 gradually reduces the distance from the bottom plate 12 and can be further pressed downward, and the pressed bottom plate 12 can apply a force corresponding to the elastic movement distance to the top plate 11.
The flexible conductor 14 is electrically connected to the top end of the pin terminal hole 15 at the bottom of the terminal row housing 10, and the flexible conductor 14 may be a cable made of flexible material, such as a flexible copper wire. The other end of the flexible conductor 14 extends around the bottom of the top plate 11, moves with the top plate 11, and can be electrically connected to a wire clamped between the top plate 11 and the bottom plate 12.
In order to solve the problem that the existing terminal strip is difficult to overhaul, an indicating part is fixedly installed behind a bottom plate 12, the position of the indicating part is changed along with the movement of the bottom plate 12, the position of the bottom plate 12 is indicated, and the clamping degree of the top plate 11 and the bottom plate 12 to a lead is further indicated.
In the present embodiment, an implementation of the indication part is provided: the indicating part comprises an indicating rack 2 which is vertically arranged, the vertical part of the indicating rack 2 is provided with strip-shaped teeth, when the bottom plate 12 is pressed to move in the vertical direction, the indicating rack 2 also moves in the vertical direction, and then the strip-shaped teeth also move in the vertical direction. An indicating gear 6 is coupled on the terminal row shell 10, and the indicating gear 6 is meshed with the strip-shaped teeth, is immovable and can rotate; the indication gear 6 is fixedly provided with an extended pointer. When the bar-shaped teeth move in the vertical direction, the indicating gear 6 is driven to rotate, and the position of the pointer is changed, so that the pointer can indicate the current height of the bottom plate 12.
In order to show the clamping degree of the wires more clearly, as a modified scheme, the terminal row shell 10 is provided with an indicating window 4 which can partially expose the position of the pointer above the pointer, and the pointer is also divided into two parts, namely a clamping area 5 and a releasing area 3. When the base plate 12 is below a certain height, the grip area 5 of the pointer is below the indicator window 4 and exposed to the external viewing angle, and when the base plate 12 is above the certain height, the release area 3 of the pointer is below the indicator window 4 and exposed to the external viewing angle. As a further development, the clamping area 5 can be colored green and the release area 3 red. Furthermore, the indication window 4 is covered with transparent plastic, so that the dustproof and waterproof capability is realized while the position of the internal pointer is exposed.
Further, in order to simplify the installation of the terminal block of the present embodiment, two fixing screws 7 are further provided through both sides of the bottom of the terminal block housing 10, and corresponding fixing screw holes 20 are also provided at the device to be installed, and the pin terminals of the device are located at the bottom of the pin terminal holes 15 after the terminal block is installed, so that the pin terminals can be accurately inserted into the pin terminal holes 15 to be connected with the wires simply by correctly screwing the two fixing screws 7 of the terminal block of the present embodiment.
In order to further improve the firmness of the wire connection and prevent the wire from slipping out of the wire terminal hole under tension, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, a wire clamp 16 is inserted through the insertion groove 13 in front of the entrance of the wire terminal hole, the handle part 18 is pressed to open the wire clamp 16, and the wire inserted into the wire terminal hole is clamped by the wire clamp 16 to prevent the wire from being pulled out of the wire terminal hole. Furthermore, a rubber anti-slip shell 17 with knurls is arranged at the clamping opening of the wire clamp 16 to increase the friction force with the wire and simultaneously protect the outer skin of the wire from being damaged, and the rubber anti-slip shell 17 is also arranged on the handle part 18 to facilitate the use of the wire clamp 16.
The terminal block using method of the present embodiment is as follows: the needle-shaped terminal head is firstly crimped before the wire is inserted into the wire terminal hole, after the metal part of the wire is completely inserted into the terminal block, the fastening screw 1 is tightened to enable the top plate 11 to move downwards, gradually approach and press the bottom plate 12, and the wire is clamped between the top plate and the bottom plate until the indication window 4 is displayed in green, namely the clamping area 5 of the pointer is just below the indication window 4. This means that the bottom plate 12 has now been pressed down to a certain height and the contact with the wires and the top plate 11 is sufficiently tight. The pin terminal holes 15 under the terminal block case 10 are then aligned with the pin terminals 19 of the device, and the set screws 7 are inserted into the set screw holes 20 of the device and tightened to complete the connection of the wires to the pin terminals on the device.
In use of the terminal block, as shown in the top view of fig. 3, if the bottom plate 12 is in sufficiently close contact with the wires and the top plate 11, the operator should view the green gripping area 5 from the indicator window 4. If the red loosening zone 3 is observed, it indicates that the fastening screw 1 corresponding to the indication window 4 has been loosened, and the connection condition of the wire needs to be checked. After ensuring correct insertion of the conductor, it is simply screwed down again until the indicator window 4 shows a green clamping area 5, and the loose conductor can easily be found and compressed again.
Example two:
the difference between the present embodiment and the first embodiment is: the top plate and the bottom plate are respectively provided with only one wire terminal hole which is clamped together. Alternatively, the wire terminal holes may be grouped, such as six wire terminal holes into three groups, each group having a pair of top and bottom plates and corresponding indicators.
The terminal strip reduces the number of fastening screws and indicating parts, and is simpler in structure and simpler and more convenient to use.
Other structures and methods of use can be found in embodiment one.
It should be noted that the above-mentioned embodiments are merely illustrative of the preferred embodiments and principles of the present invention, and those skilled in the art will appreciate that there are variations in the specific embodiments based on the ideas provided by the present invention, and these variations should be considered as the scope of the present invention.
