In one embodiment of the present application, a key protection system is disclosed, which includes a sliding assembly and a pressure maintaining assembly, and the key in this embodiment is a physical key.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the slide assembly includes a slide frame 1 and a sealing cylinder 2, and the key 3 is installed in the slide frame 1 and has a force receiving portion 5 protruding out of the housing 4. The force receiving portion 5 may be a key cap, and the key function of the key 3 is realized by pressing the force receiving portion 5.
At least part of the slideway frame 1 is arranged in the sealing cylinder 2 and can perform piston motion in the sealing cylinder 2; the pressing direction of the key 3 is consistent with the moving direction of the slide way frame 1 in the sealing cylinder 2; the pressure maintaining assembly is connected with the sealing cylinder 2 and used for pressurizing the inside of the sealing cylinder 2 so as to maintain the pressure between the slide way frame 1 and the sealing cylinder 2 at a preset pressure. The preset pressure is not less than the pressure required by the key 3 to realize the key function.
When the key 3 is normally pressed, namely the pressing pressure on the stress part 5 is the pressure required for realizing the key function, but is not more than the preset pressure, the slide way frame 1 does not move in the sealing cylinder 2; when the key 3 is excessively impacted by external force, namely the pressing pressure of the stress part 5 is greater than the preset pressure, the key 3 drives the slideway frame 1 to perform piston motion in the sealing cylinder 2, and the impact energy of the key 3 is absorbed by the piston motion acting to protect the key 3.
The concrete piston motion of slide frame 1 in sealed jar 2 does: the slideway frame 1 moves in a single direction towards the pressing direction of the key 3 in the sealing cylinder 2, or the slideway frame 1 moves in a reciprocating way in the sealing cylinder 2. When the key 3 is subjected to excessive impact force and the impact force is continuous all the time, the slide way frame 1 performs unidirectional motion because the impact force is greater than the preset pressure; when the key 3 is subjected to excessive impact force but the impact force disappears subsequently, the slide way frame 1 moves towards the pressing direction of the key 3 firstly under the action of the impact force, and the slide way frame 1 moves in the sealing cylinder 2 in the reverse direction under the action of the preset pressure.
In summary, in the key protection system of this embodiment, the key is installed in the slide frame, the slide frame is at least partially disposed in the sealing cylinder and can perform piston movement in the sealing cylinder, the sealing cylinder is pressurized by the pressure maintaining assembly, so that the pressure between the slide frame and the sealing cylinder is maintained at the preset pressure, and when the pressure for pressing the stressed portion is the pressure required for implementing the key function, but is not greater than the preset pressure, the slide frame does not move in the sealing cylinder; when the pressure of pressing the atress portion is greater than preset pressure, the button drives the slide frame and carries out piston motion in the sealed jar, and then absorbs impact energy, realizes the impact buffering, avoids the button because excessively strike the damage that leads to.

The pressurizing motor 6 is connected with the sealing cylinder 2 through a pressurizing pipeline 7, and the sealing cylinder 2 is pressurized through the pressurizing motor 6, so that the pressure between the slide way frame 1 and the sealing cylinder 2 reaches the preset pressure.
Furthermore, the key protection system also comprises a pressure control assembly; as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the pressure control assembly includes a pressure sensor 8 and a controller 9. The controller 9 may be a control circuit board.
The pressure sensor 8 is connected to the sealing cylinder 2 via a pressure line 7 for detecting the pressure in the sealing cylinder 2.
The controller 9 is used to control the pressure maintenance assembly according to the pressure detected by the pressure sensor 8.
Specifically, a pressure value of a preset pressure is set through the pressure sensor 8, when the pressure sensor 8 detects that the pressure in the sealing cylinder 2 is lower than the preset pressure, the pressure sensor 8 sends a pressurization signal to the controller 9, and the controller 9 controls the pressurization motor 6 to work according to the pressurization signal to pressurize the sealing cylinder 2; when the pressure sensor 8 detects that the pressure in the sealing cylinder 2 reaches the preset pressure, the pressure sensor 8 sends a pressurization stopping signal to the controller 9, and the controller 9 controls the pressurization motor 6 to stop working according to the pressurization stopping signal, so that the pressure in the sealing cylinder 2 is maintained at the preset pressure.
In one embodiment, the pressurizing pipeline 7 is a Y-shaped or T-shaped tee pipeline, and as shown in fig. 2 to 3, three ports of the pressurizing pipeline 7 are fixedly connected with the sealing cylinder 2, the pressurizing motor 6 and the pressure sensor 8 respectively.
In one or some embodiments, the ramp assembly further comprises a plurality of first sealing rings 10, and the number of the first sealing rings 10 can be set as required.
As shown in fig. 3 to 5, the first seal ring 10 is disposed in the seal groove 11 of the chute frame 1, and is in interference fit with the inner wall of the seal cylinder 2, for sealing between the chute frame 1 and the seal cylinder 2.
