According to the double-layer plastic hose provided by the invention, the whole tensile property and supporting property of the hose can be improved through the ethylene copolymer elastomer, the plasticizer and the rubber particles arranged in the elastic component, and the problem that the hose is too soft in surface, so that the hose is bent to cause the conveying of raw materials in the hose to be blocked and further the use of the hose is influenced is avoided.

Second embodiment
