The adult colostomy enema device of claim 1, wherein the securing means comprises a belly-wrapping sleeve, a closure sleeve attached to both sides of the belly-wrapping sleeve, and a securing strap attached to the sides of the belly-wrapping sleeve and the closure sleeve in a penetrating manner; the abdomen covering sleeve is connected with the closed sleeve through a plurality of elastic force intervals, a linking bolt is arranged on the outer sleeve surface of the abdomen covering sleeve and used for linking a turnover box body, an infusion device and an air supply pipeline, the turnover box body is arranged on the belt surface of the abdomen covering sleeve, and the infusion device penetrates through the abdomen covering sleeve and is communicated with the turnover box body.

The adult colostomy enema device of claim 3, wherein the turnover box includes a solvent turnover chamber, the solvent turnover chamber is provided with a liquid injection channel connected with a liquid delivery pipeline and a gas injection channel connected with a gas supply pipeline, a fixing rod is disposed in the solvent turnover chamber, the fixing rod is provided with a filling air bag, the filling air bag is communicated with the gas injection channel, the liquid delivery end of the solvent turnover chamber is provided with a liquid outlet channel, and the perfusion apparatus is installed on the liquid outlet channel.
5. An adult colostomy enema device as claimed in claim 4, wherein said filling balloon is designed as a spherical cone structure having a lower coefficient of expansion near the outflow passage than at a point remote from the outflow passage.

The adult colostomy enema device of claim 4, wherein the syringe comprises an insertion head which is butted with the liquid outlet channel and an inner plug tube which is arranged on the insertion head, the connection area of the insertion head and the inner plug tube adopts a soft structure, the outer ring of the insertion head is provided with a fixing sleeve, and the side edge of the fixing sleeve is provided with a fixing paste.
7. An adult colostomy enema device of claim 6, wherein the plug is of a separable construction from an inner plug tube which is in turn externally connected with a closure plug.
8. The adult colostomy enema device of claim 1, wherein the pneumatic assembly comprises a gas supply pump and a regulating valve mounted at a gas delivery end of the gas supply pump, the gas supply conduit is connected with the regulating valve, a fine adjustment member is mounted at a gas supply end of the gas supply conduit, and the gas supply conduit is communicated with the gas injection channel through the fine adjustment member.
9. An adult colostomy enema device of claim 8, wherein the fine adjustment means is provided with a gas drainage chamber in communication with the gas injection channel, the side edge of the gas drainage chamber being provided with a releasable gas venting wick.
