Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects that a worker uses a mop to clean, the mop cannot be disinfected, viruses and bacteria on the ground spread, and infection is caused when some children play on the ground, the invention aims to provide indoor disinfection equipment for respiratory nursing, which can disinfect the ground and is convenient to clean.
The technical implementation scheme of the invention is as follows: an indoor disinfection apparatus for respiratory care, comprising: the shell, one side of bottom of the shell is provided with the first cleaning plate; the portable mechanism is arranged at the top of the shell; the driving mechanism is arranged on the other side of the bottom of the shell; the second cleaning plates are rotatably arranged on the driving mechanism.
Optionally, the portable mechanism comprises: the fixed block is arranged at the top of the shell; the handle is rotatably arranged on the fixed block; the clamping block is arranged on the handle in a sliding mode and matched with the fixed block; the first springs are connected between the two sides of the top of the clamping block and the two sides of the lower part of the grip.
Optionally, the drive mechanism comprises: the servo motor is arranged on the other side of the bottom of the shell; the output shaft of the servo motor is provided with the wheel disc; the limiting groove plate is arranged on the wheel disc in a sliding mode; the backup pad, casing bottom intermediate position is provided with the backup pad, the backup pad both sides all are connected with the second clearance board in rotation, and two second clearance boards one end are connected with spacing frid slidingtype.
Optionally, a sterilizing assembly is further included, the sterilizing assembly including: the storage box is embedded on one side of the shell, the bottom of the storage box is connected with the top of the first cleaning plate, and one side of the storage box is connected with the supporting plate; the discharging pipes are symmetrically arranged on one side of the storage box; the spray head is arranged on one side of the first cleaning plate; the sliding sleeves are arranged on two sides of the top of the spray head; the two sliding sleeves are provided with the stop blocks in a sliding mode, round holes are formed in the two stop blocks, and the round holes are communicated with the discharging pipe and the spray head; the two second springs are connected between the opposite side of the stop block and the two sliding sleeves; the ejector rods are arranged on two sides of the top of the limiting groove plate, and the two ejector rods are matched with the two stop blocks.
Optionally, a cleaning assembly is further included, the cleaning assembly including: the inner walls of the two sides of the shell are respectively provided with the sliding groove plates; the mounting blocks are arranged on two sides of the shell in a sliding mode; the pushing block is arranged at one end of the installation block at one side; the support rods are arranged on the two mounting blocks in a sliding mode, and the two support rods are connected with the two chute plates in a sliding mode; the third springs are connected between the tops of the two mounting blocks and the tops of the two supporting rods; the roller wheels are rotatably arranged between the bottom ends of the two supporting rods.
Optionally, a locking assembly is further included, the locking assembly including: the fixing rods are symmetrically arranged on the inner wall of one side of the shell; the wedge-shaped blocks are arranged on the two fixing rods in a sliding mode; and the fourth springs are connected between the bottoms of the two wedge blocks and the two fixing rods.
Optionally, an unlocking component is further included, and the unlocking component includes: the sliding block is arranged on one side of the top of the shell in a sliding manner; the fifth spring is connected between one side of the sliding block and the shell; the bottom of the sliding block is provided with the contact rod, and two ends of the contact rod are matched with the two wedge blocks.
Optionally, a rubber block is arranged on the grip.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: 1. the driving mechanism rotates to drive the second cleaning plate to continuously and internally and externally reciprocate to wipe and disinfect stains on the ground, and meanwhile, a worker drives the device to slide forwards by pushing the portable mechanism, so that the first cleaning plate moves forwards to disinfect the ground by the second cleaning plate.
2. The limiting groove plate continuously moves forwards and backwards, so that the sterilizing water in the storage box is intermittently sprayed on the ground, and workers are not required to spray the sterilizing water on the ground in advance, so that the sterilizing water volatilizes in advance.
3. The idler wheel rotates and cleans dirt and fragments on the second cleaning plate and the first cleaning plate, and staff is not required to manually clean the second cleaning plate and the first cleaning plate, so that the hand of the staff is prevented from being infected.
4. Under the effect of wedge, can carry out spacingly to the installation piece, prevent that the staff from making the installation piece remove about when the clearance ground and cause the influence to the normal operating of equipment.

Example 1
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, an indoor disinfection device for respiratory nursing comprises a shell 1, a first cleaning plate 2, a second cleaning plate 3, a handheld mechanism 4 and a driving mechanism 5, wherein the front side of the bottom of the shell 1 is provided with the first cleaning plate 2, the top of the shell 1 is provided with the handheld mechanism 4, the rear side of the bottom of the shell 1 is provided with the driving mechanism 5, and two second cleaning plates 3 are rotatably arranged on the driving mechanism 5.
When needs disinfect the indoor ground of department of respiration, the staff is to the regional disinfection water that sprays that needs disinfect, then the staff places this device on ground and makes first clearance board 2 and the contact of second clearance board 3, rotate through actuating mechanism 5 and drive the continuous inside and outside reciprocal rotation of second clearance board 3 and clean the disinfection to the spot on ground afterwards, the staff drives this device through promoting portable mechanism 4 simultaneously and slides forward for first clearance board 2 is removed forward and disinfects ground, after the disinfection is accomplished, the staff is lifted this device through pulling portable mechanism 4, then stop rotating through actuating mechanism 5, make second clearance board 3 stop rotating, at this moment the staff washs first clearance board 2 and second clearance board 3. The device has simple structure and is convenient to operate.

As shown in fig. 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, based on embodiment 1, the portable mechanism 4 includes a fixed block 40, a grip 41, a clamping block 42 and a first spring 43, the top of the housing 1 is provided with the fixed block 40, the fixed block 40 is rotatably provided with the grip 41, the grip 41 is provided with a rubber block, the grip 41 is slidably provided with the clamping block 42, the clamping block 42 is matched with the fixed block 40, and the first spring 43 is connected between the left and right sides of the top of the clamping block 42 and the left and right sides of the lower part of the grip 41.
The driving mechanism 5 comprises a servo motor 50, a wheel disc 51, a limiting groove plate 52 and a supporting plate 53, wherein the servo motor 50 is arranged on the rear side of the bottom of the shell 1, the wheel disc 51 is arranged on an output shaft of the servo motor 50, the limiting groove plate 52 is arranged on the wheel disc 51 in a sliding mode, the supporting plate 53 is arranged in the middle of the bottom of the shell 1, the second cleaning plates 3 are rotatably connected to the left side and the right side of the supporting plate 53, and the rear ends of the two second cleaning plates 3 are slidably connected with the limiting groove plate 52.
After the staff sprays the disinfection water to the region that needs to disinfect, the staff places this device on ground so that first clearance board 2 and second clearance board 3 contact, at this moment the staff starts servo motor 50, servo motor 50's output shaft rotates and drives rim plate 51 rotation, rim plate 51 rotates and drives spacing frid 52 back and forth reciprocating sliding, spacing frid 52 back and forth reciprocating sliding drives second clearance board 3 constantly inside and outside reciprocating rotation and disinfects the spot on ground, then staff pulls handle 41 upwards to rotate, fixture block 42 rotates along with it upwards, fixture block 42 upwards rotates when contacting with fixed block 40 plane, fixture block 42 upwards slides along with it, first spring 43 is compressed, fixture block 42 upwards rotates to fixed block 40 recess department, first spring 43 resets along with it and drives fixture block 42 downwards to slide down and block fixed block 40 to handle 41 pivoted angle and carry out spacingly, when handle 41 rotates to suitable position, the staff drives this device forward through promoting handle 41, make first clearance board 2 forward movement carry out disinfection to ground, because be provided with the sliding block on handle 41, can make staff pull the time, the motor is upwards to be rotated with the fixed block 40, the disinfection device is accomplished to the staff is stopped to disinfect through pulling handle 50 later, the staff pulls the disinfection device, after that the staff is closed to disinfect. The device has a simple structure, and under the action of the back-and-forth reciprocating sliding of the limiting groove plate 52, the second cleaning plate 3 continuously rotates back and forth to wipe and disinfect dirt on the ground, the clamping block 42 slides downwards to clamp the fixing block 40 to limit the rotating angle of the handle 41, and a worker can conveniently pull the handle 41.

When the indoor ground of the respiratory department needs to be disinfected, a certain amount of disinfectant is added into the storage tank 60 by staff, when the ground disinfection operation is carried out, the limiting groove plate 52 moves forward to drive the ejector rod 66 to move forward, the ejector rod 66 moves forward to press the stop block 64 to slide in opposite directions, the second spring 65 is compressed, the stop block 64 slides in opposite directions to enable a round hole to be communicated with the discharge pipe 61, the disinfectant in the storage tank 60 is sprayed to the ground from the spray head 62 through the discharge pipe 61 and the stop block 64, when the limiting groove plate 52 moves backward to drive the ejector rod 66 to move backward, the stop block 64 is not pressed any more by the ejector rod 66, the second spring 65 resets to drive the stop block 64 to slide back to enable the round hole to be separated from the discharge pipe 61, the discharge pipe 61 is blocked under the action of the stop block 64, and the disinfectant is not sprayed any more. The device simple structure, the limiting groove plate 52 is constantly moved back and forth and can make the sterilizing water in the storage box 60 intermittently spray on the ground, and no longer needs the staff to spray the sterilizing water on the ground in advance, so that the sterilizing water volatilizes in advance.

After the staff disinfects the ground, the staff drives the installation block 72 to slide left and right by pulling the push block 71 to move left and right when flushing the second cleaning plate 3 and the first cleaning plate 2, the installation block 72 slides left and right to drive the supporting rod 73 to slide left and right, the supporting rod 73 slides downwards under the action of the chute plate 70, the third spring 74 is compressed, the roller 75 rotates along with the supporting rod 73 to clean dirt and scraps on the second cleaning plate 3 and the first cleaning plate 2, after the cleaning is completed, the staff drives the installation block 72 to slide right and reset by pulling the push block 71, the supporting rod 73 slides right and resets along with the sliding, and the third spring 74 resets along with the resetting to drive the supporting rod 73 to slide upwards and reset. The device simple structure, gyro wheel 75 rotates and clear up spot and piece on second clearance board 3 and the first clearance board 2, no longer need the staff to manually clear up second clearance board 3 and first clearance board 2, has avoided the staff hand to cause the infection.
The locking assembly 8 comprises a fixing rod 80, a fourth spring 81 and wedge blocks 82, wherein the fixing rod 80 is symmetrically arranged on the inner wall on the right side of the shell 1 front and back, the wedge blocks 82 are arranged on the two fixing rods 80 in a sliding mode, and the fourth spring 81 is connected between the bottoms of the two wedge blocks 82 and the two fixing rods 80.
The unlocking assembly 9 comprises a sliding block 90, a fifth spring 91 and a contact rod 92, wherein the sliding block 90 is arranged on the right side of the top of the shell 1, the fifth spring 91 is connected between the right side of the sliding block 90 and the shell 1, the contact rod 92 is arranged at the bottom of the sliding block 90, and the front end and the rear end of the contact rod 92 are matched with the two wedge-shaped blocks 82.
After the operator completes the ground disinfection, the operator pushes the sliding block 90 to slide rightwards, the fifth spring 91 is compressed, the sliding block 90 slides rightwards to drive the contact rod 92 to move rightwards to press the wedge block 82 to slide downwards, the fourth spring 81 is compressed, the wedge block 82 slides downwards to not clamp the mounting block 72 any more, then the operator pushes the pushing block 71 to move leftwards and rightwards to enable the roller 75 to rotate to clean the second cleaning plate 3 and the first cleaning plate 2, after the cleaning is completed, the operator pushes the pushing block 71 to move rightwards to reset, the pushing block 71 moves rightwards to reset to drive the mounting block 72 to slide rightwards to reset, then the operator releases the sliding block 90, the fifth spring 91 resets to drive the sliding block 90 to slide leftwards to reset, the sliding block 90 slides leftwards to drive the contact rod 92 to slide leftwards to not press the wedge block 82 any more, and the fourth spring 81 resets to drive the wedge block 82 to slide upwards to reset to clamp the mounting block 72 again. The device is simple in structure, and can limit the mounting block 72 under the action of the wedge block 82, so that the mounting block 72 can be prevented from moving left and right to influence the normal operation of equipment when a worker cleans the ground.
