Description

External board setting structure
Technical Field
The present invention relates to an exterior panel installation structure, and more particularly, to an exterior panel installation structure which can easily install (assemble) and separate and replace an exterior panel by using a locking member and/or an elastic clip for locking an upper portion and a lower portion of the exterior panel and an elastic clip for elastically supporting both side portions of the exterior panel, thereby saving a bolt fastening process, and can be easily installed even by unskilled workers, eliminating a space formed between the exterior panels, thereby eliminating the use of silicon, thereby having excellent workability, an aesthetic appearance, shortening construction time, and saving overall costs.
Background
In order to improve the efficiency of land use, buildings constructed in areas such as urban central areas having high density and high land prices are generally constructed in large-sized and high-rise buildings. In the case of such a large building, a structure is constructed by using steel frames and/or reinforcing bars, and then concrete is poured to construct a concrete structure, and then an exterior material is fixed to an outer wall of the concrete structure, thereby completing the building. The construction method of such a large building is being developed, and along with the technical development of the building, a technology for decorating the appearance of the building, particularly, a construction exterior material for decorating the outer wall of a concrete structure is also being developed.
The building exterior material can realize a beautiful appearance which cannot be realized by the construction of bricks or concrete, and a method of fixing a factory-prefabricated exterior panel, a heat insulating material, or the like to the outer wall of a building is widely used. As the material of the exterior material, glass, stone, metal, synthetic fiber, and the like can be cited, and the exterior material is attached or installed not only to the interior and exterior walls of buildings but also to bridges, railings, sculptures, and the like.
Further, in order to maintain a predetermined interval between exterior materials, a considerably high skill of a skilled operator is required, which causes problems such as an increase in labor cost, a long construction time, and an increase in construction cost, and in order to decorate and/or seal a space formed between adjacent exterior materials, construction is complicated, for example, expensive silicon is used, which causes problems such as a long construction time, and an increase in construction cost due to the use of a large amount of silicon.
Fig. 1 illustrates an exterior panel (exterior material) installation structure of a conventional building as follows: after the fixing portions 7 and 8 of the plurality of frames 4 fixed to the outer wall 3 by the anchor bolts 1 and the brackets 2 and the exterior plates 5 and 6 bent at the edge portions are brought into contact with the front surface portions of the frames 4, the exterior plates 5 and 6 are fixed to the frames 4 by fastening with a plurality of screws or bolts 9 and 10, and a space 11 of about 20mm formed between the exterior plate 5 and the exterior plate 6 is filled with silicon 12 to perform a decoration process so as to prevent the bolts 9 and 10 from being exposed to the outside (outward).
In this case, in order to reduce the amount of filling (consumption) of the expensive silicon 12, fibers, expanded polystyrene, or the like as an inexpensive auxiliary filler 13 is forcibly inserted into the space 11, and then the outer portion thereof is filled with the silicon 12 to perform a decoration process.
In the above-described conventional construction method, since the fixing portions 7 and 8 of the exterior panels 5 and 6 need to be fixed to the frame 4 by fastening them with a plurality of bolts 9 and 10 in a state of being in contact with the front surface of the frame 4 to prevent the movement thereof, the operation is complicated and inconvenient, and a lot of cost and time are consumed along with the process of inserting the auxiliary filler 13 into the space 11 and the operation of filling the silicon 12, and after the decoration operation, the exterior panels 5 and 6 are damaged and the overall landscape of the building is destroyed due to the contamination of the silicon 12 portion or the periphery, and the installation operation of the exterior panels 5 and 6 is performed in the air outside the building, so that there are many problems that the operation is difficult even by skilled workers.

As shown in fig. 10, the lateral frames 21, 22 and the vertical frames 23, 24 are configured at an appropriate interval and size in consideration of the size of the exterior panel 20 to be installed (assembled), and the exterior panel 20 can be attached and detached for repair and replacement or the like by installing one exterior panel 20 through elastic support means and/or locking means formed in the lateral frames 21, 22 and the vertical frames 23, 24.
For example, as shown in fig. 13 and 14, the upper and lower hangers 25 and 26 of the exterior plate 20 are locked and supported by the upper and lower locking pieces 17 and 18 provided on the lateral frames 21 and 22, and as shown in fig. 17 to 19, the insertion supports 27 and 28 formed on both sides of the exterior plate 20 are inserted into the elastic clips 15 and 16 of the vertical frames 23 and 24 and elastically supported.
A bent portion 40 bent at a right angle rearward is formed at an edge portion of the exterior plate 20. The bent portion 40 includes a bent portion 40a located at an upper portion, a bent portion 40b located at a lower portion, a bent portion 40c located at a left side, and a bent portion 40d located at a right side, and thereby the bent portions 40 are formed at 4 sides of the exterior panel 20, respectively.
One or more hanging members 25 are formed at the upper bent portion 40a and bent downward, and the hanging members 25 are engaged with the support grooves 34 of the upper locking member 17. The upper hanger 25 is bent downward or welded and fixed downward at the end of the upper bent portion 40a, and is engaged with and locked to the support groove 39 of the lower locking piece 18.
The insertion support portions 27 and 28 formed on both sides of the exterior plate 20 include: bent portions 40c, 40d bent at right angles at both side (left and right side) edge portions of the exterior panel 20; reinforcing portions 44 and 45 bent at 360 ° inward of the bent portions 40c and 40d and contacting each other; and bent insertion portions 46 and 47 formed at the distal ends of the bent portions 40c and 40d and the reinforcing portions 44 and 45.
The insertion supports 27 and 28 may be formed entirely at the bent portions 40 on both sides of the exterior panel 20, or may be formed only in the region where the clips 15 and 16 are inserted.
The exterior plate 20 elastically supported by the above-described slopes 48, 49 is configured to be separable for repair, replacement, or the like. For example, when the exterior plate 20 is separated, even if the insertion supports 27, 28 are provided in combination with the coupling portions 61 of the elastic clips 15, 16, the insertion supports 27, 28 of the exterior plate 20 are separated by the external force applied at the time of separation and the inclined structure of the inclined surfaces 48, 49.
As shown in fig. 10 to 14, the lower hanger 26 formed at the lower portion of the rear surface 20a of the exterior panel 20 includes: a fixing portion 41 fixed to the rear surface of the exterior plate 20 by welding or the like; a bent portion 42 protruding toward the front surface of the fixing portion 41; a support portion 43 bent upward at a distal end portion of the bent portion 42; and a support groove 43a formed between the rear surface 20a of the exterior plate 20 and the support portion 43, and opened downward and locked to the lower locking piece 18.
The length L1 of the locking pieces 17 and 18 is the same as or similar to the lengths L3 and L4 of the upper hanger 25 and the lower hanger 26 so that the exterior panel 20 is sufficiently supported, and the length of the elastic clips 15 and 16 is sufficient to sufficiently elastically support the length of the insertion supports 27 and 28 of the exterior panel 20 and the distance L3.
The anchor bolt 1 is buried or fixed in a wall or an outer wall 3, and the lateral frames 21 and 22, the longitudinal frames 23 and 24, and the profile 70 are fixed by welding to the bracket 2 fastened to the anchor bolt 1, or fastened and fixed by fastening members such as screws or bolts 66, 67, 68, and 69.
In the present invention, a heat insulating material may be constructed or omitted between the exterior wall 3 and the exterior panel 20. For example, the heat insulating material may be applied to a building such as a housing facility of a building or a neighboring living facility requiring heat insulation, and the application of the heat insulating material may be omitted when the exterior panel 20 is installed in a facility such as an overhead bridge, an overpass, or a pier.
Fig. 10 to 19 are views illustrating a state where the exterior plate 20 is installed (assembled), and after the rear surface 20a of the exterior plate 20 is brought close to the upper and lower locking pieces 17 and 18 and the elastic clips 15 and 16 as shown in fig. 11, if the upper and lower bent portions 40 of the exterior plate 20 are brought into close contact with the front surfaces of the lateral frames 21 and 22, the upper hanger 25 of the exterior plate 20 is positioned above the upper support groove 34, and the lower hanger 26 of the exterior plate 20 is positioned above the lower support groove 39 as shown in fig. 12, then as shown in fig. 19, both sides of the exterior plate 20 are inserted into the support portions 27 and 28 to be coupled to and elastically supported by the elastic clips 15 and 16 fixed to the longitudinal frames 23 and 24, and in this state, if the exterior plate 20 is pushed down in the lower (bottom) direction, as shown in fig. 13, the upper hanger 25 of the exterior plate 20 is coupled to and supported by the upper support groove 34, and the lower hanger 26 of the exterior plate 20 is coupled to and supported by the lower support groove 39, thereby achieving the setting (assembly) of the exterior panel 20.
In the above, when the insertion supports 27, 28 of the exterior panel 20 enter the joint portion 61, the inclined elastic supports 57, 58 and the bent portions 63, 64 are opened to both sides, and when the insertion supports 27, 28 completely enter the joint portion 61 between the bent portions 63, 64, the opened inclined elastic supports 57, 58 and the bent portions 63, 64 are elastically contracted to the inside and restored, thereby elastically supporting (supporting) the insertion supports 27, 28 of the exterior panel 20 by pressing, and more specifically, the bent portions 40c, 40d by pressing.
