Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of paper bag manufacturing, in particular to a liquid leakage prevention paper bag and a preparation method thereof.
Background
As is well known, paper is a recyclable resource. The raw material for making paper mainly is plant fibre, and in addition to three main components of cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin, the raw material also contains other components with small content, such as resin and ash, etc.. Compared with plastic bags, the paper bag is made of trees as a raw material, is a renewable resource, and has the characteristics of degradability and recyclability, so that the paper bag is widely applied. The common paper bag has poor liquid resistance, and is easy to crack or break after meeting water, oil and the like, so that the strength of the common paper bag is reduced.
If chinese utility model patent 201620075835.8 discloses an express bag, including the bag body. The bag body is equipped with the sack, the bag body is close to the one end of sack is equipped with more than one and tears the line. The tearing line is an incising line or the thickness of the bag body at the tearing line is smaller than that of the bag body at the area outside the tearing line. This express delivery bag does not adopt waterproof measure, especially its bonding department, and such not enough can lead to the sack to intake in rainy day, damages the article in the sack.
In order to solve the above problem, chinese utility model patent 201720799005.4 discloses a waterproof paper bag is whole of sack not only carried out the water-proof measurements, has also set up waterproof banding at the side of the junction of sack, can avoid water to get into the expansion internal portion by the cross-section of expansion body in the junction of sack through waterproof banding, drenches the expansion body of paper, and then damages the structure of sack, avoids water further to enter into the sack in with the article damage in the paper bag.
The above paper bag product is applied to the outer package of express logistics packages, and is inspired by this, and can be also applied to the liquid leakage prevention type paper bag products such as shopping, food packaging, garbage packaging and the like in daily life, however, the applicant finds that when the above waterproof structure is applied to the daily paper bag, the liquid permeation phenomenon is easy to occur at the bonding part, most of the paper bags on the market are as shown in fig. 1, the bottom of the paper bag is sealed by two pieces of paper sheets 4 'folded into a trapezoid, but a gap exists at the overlapping part of the two pieces of paper sheets 4', so even if the above waterproof coating or structure is adopted, the liquid is easy to flow out from the gap when the liquid-containing articles are packaged; meanwhile, the prior liquid leakage prevention paper bag generally adopts a mode that a waterproof inner surface is attached to an outer surface which is not coated with a waterproof layer, liquid is easy to permeate through a fiber section of paper, and the leakage prevention effect is not ideal; in addition, the waterproof paper bag is firstly folded in the production sequence, and then glue films are respectively attached to the surface, the folding part and the adhering part of the paper bag, namely, glue is applied after folding, because the glue films formed by the glue are easily scratched in the subsequent folding process if the glue is sprayed by the equipment in the production process of the existing equipment, so that the folding part and the adhering part of the paper bag are particularly easily scratched to remove the glue, the sealing performance of the adhered paper bag is poor, and the waterproof failure is caused.
In order to solve the above problems, it is necessary to provide a liquid leakage preventing paper bag and a method for preparing the same.
